本公开提供一种网络切换方法及装置、存储介质，其中，所述网络切换方法包括：为多卡终端配置目标参数值，所述目标参数值至少包括目标时长，所述目标时长用于指示允许所述多卡终端离开所述基站所在的第一网络的时长；发送所述目标参数值。本公开可以确保多卡终端离开正在进行数据传输的第一网络并切换到第二网络执行业务的过程，不会对第一网络的业务造成较大影响，或造成第一网络的误操作，可用性高。
