The enterprise credit investigation data also comprises credit businesses such as loan, trade financing, bank acceptance draft, bill discount, guarantee, credit card, insurance letter and the like, and guarantee, payment and debt information related to the businesses. The loans comprise various loans such as mobile capital loans, fixed asset loans, project financing loans, parallel purchasing loans, banker loans, entrusted loans and the like.

According to the method for determining the financing scheme, the target application data of the target client are received to authorize the target client according to the target application data, then the target credit investigation data of the target client are obtained after the authorization of the target client is completed, finally, the target financing scheme is determined according to the target credit investigation data to carry out loan processing according to the target financing scheme, and the target client carries out financing processing according to the target financing scheme. It should be understood that each module in fig. 2 may be applied to the execution flow of fig. 4, and for convenience of description, details thereof are not repeated in the following.

It will be appreciated that the verification interface is the target verification interface described in the preceding section. For convenience of description and understanding, the following description of the target verification interface is described in detail in terms of a verification interface.
Specifically, the device data module can complete collection of tax-related data under the condition of client authorization through the verification interface, so that credit granting evaluation information of the enterprise user, namely enterprise credit investigation data of the enterprise user, is obtained.

Step 403 in this embodiment is similar to step 302 in fig. 3, and is not described herein again. The strong rule can be understood as a basic admission rule, and is a rule which is extracted based on anti-fraud, compliance and other requirements and is necessary and common to carry out user preliminary screening, so that non-target enterprise users are filtered. For example, an age threshold may be set that is eliminated if the legal representative of the enterprise user is below.
It should be noted that AHP is a simple, flexible and practical multi-criteria decision method for quantitative analysis of qualitative problems. The method is characterized in that various factors in the complex problem are classified into mutually-connected ordered levels, so that the factors are organized, opinions and objective judgment results are directly and effectively combined according to a certain objective and realistic subjective judgment structure (mainly pairwise comparison), and the importance of pairwise comparison of elements in one level is quantitatively described. Then, a weight value reflecting the relative importance order of each layer element is calculated by a mathematical method, and the relative weight of all the elements is calculated through the total ordering among all the layers and the elements are ordered.
The quantitative scoring card can be understood as a scoring rule, and can be used for scoring various indexes in the enterprise credit investigation data and the like. In other words, the quantitative rating card may also be understood as a credit rating model that is a model for evaluating the credit degree of a manufacturing enterprise based on the customer application information and other related information, and predicts and assesses the risk of the application enterprise by developing a rating model to research the customer characteristics of the manufacturing enterprise. And classifying the risks in an application processing link, and determining which applications can be approved, which applications need to be rejected and which applications need to be manually approved. And determining different risk levels according to the grading distribution of the application enterprises, thereby deciding what loan conditions are given to the accounts which can be approved. And (3) establishing a credit scoring model through a sample for pre-credit auxiliary examination and approval, and constructing a complete model application strategy by combining with tax-related data and other forming rules. High-risk customers can be identified, scored according to model results, and risk graded.
408. And generating post-loan inventory data corresponding to the target customer according to the target financing scheme.
In this embodiment, step 408 requires the use of a post-loan manifest module. After the target financing scheme is confirmed, the financial institution and the enterprise user can sign a contract to deposit money, which may be a manufacturing enterprise in this embodiment. It should be noted that, the specific action of post-loan management may be to import the processed post-loan data or post-loan index into a post-loan early warning model, so as to dynamically manage the post-loan data, so as to dynamically monitor enterprise users.
And finally, carrying out an expiration repayment process according to the analysis on the data after the loan. In particular, the payment due flow relates to monthly payment and payment due of the enterprise, namely, the enterprise user pays the payment due by time. Thereby providing a full-flow solution for medium and long term financing for manufacturing enterprises.
According to the method for determining the financing scheme, firstly, the whole operation condition of an enterprise is measured through enterprise credit investigation data, the whole condition of the enterprise is judged in a multi-dimensional mode, and the loan risk is reduced. And secondly, online real-time application and real-time approval are realized by constructing a wind control model and establishing an online application process, the operation process of an enterprise is simplified, and the application efficiency is improved. And thirdly, the loan is dynamically managed through the post-loan management system, so that the financial institution is helped to monitor the operation dynamic of the enterprise in real time. Finally, a medium and long term financing scheme is provided for manufacturing enterprises. Specifically, enterprise trades, judicial works, taxes (including acquired tax data) and invoice data are introduced, a manufacturing model is built, an online product application channel is built, an online application and real-time approval medium-long term financing scheme is provided for manufacturing enterprises, and the transformation and upgrading of the manufacturing enterprises are supported.
It should be understood that, although the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments as described above are sequentially displayed as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not performed in the exact order shown and described, and may be performed in other orders, unless explicitly stated otherwise. Moreover, at least a part of the steps in the flowcharts related to the embodiments described above may include multiple steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the execution order of the steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a part of the steps or stages in other steps.

An embodiment of the present application further provides a chip system, where the chip system includes at least one processor and a communication interface, where the communication interface and the at least one processor are interconnected by a line, and the at least one processor is configured to execute a computer program or instructions to perform the method in any one of the embodiments shown in fig. 3 to fig. 4.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the above-described systems, apparatuses and units may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In the several embodiments provided in the present application, it should be understood that the disclosed system, apparatus and method may be implemented in other ways. Claims (10)

1. A method for determining a financing program, the method comprising:
receiving target application data of a target client to authorize the target client according to the target application data;
after the authorization of the target client is completed, target credit investigation data of the target client is obtained;
and determining a target financing scheme according to the target credit investigation data, performing loan processing according to the target financing scheme, and enabling the target client to perform financing processing according to the target financing scheme.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving target application data for a target customer to authorize the target customer based on the target application data comprises:
receiving target address data of the target client;
calling a target authentication link corresponding to the target address data according to the target address data so that the target client performs authentication authorization according to the target authentication link;
and/or calling a target verification interface corresponding to the target address data according to the target address data so that the target client performs authentication and authorization according to the target verification interface.
3. The method of determining a financing scheme according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the obtaining of the target credit data of the target client comprises:
acquiring target credit investigation data of the target client through the target authentication link; the target credit investigation data comprises enterprise tax data, enterprise income tax data and invoice data of the target client;
and/or acquiring target credit investigation data of the target client through the target verification interface.
4. The method of determining a financing scheme according to claim 1, characterized in that before determining a target financing scheme based on the target credit data, the method further comprises:
carrying out initial processing on the target credit investigation data to obtain the initially processed target credit investigation data;
and performing secondary processing on the initially processed target credit investigation data so as to process the secondarily processed target credit investigation data into target index data corresponding to different categories.
5. The method of determining a financing scheme according to claim 4, characterized in that the determining a target financing scheme according to the target credit data comprises:
inputting the target index data of different categories into a target model so that the target model can examine and approve the target index data and generate target examination and approval data;
and determining the target financing scheme according to the target approval data.
6. The method of determining a financing scheme as claimed in claim 1, wherein after determining a target financing scheme based on the target credit data, the method further comprises:
generating post-loan inventory data corresponding to the target customer according to the target financing scheme;
and generating post-loan management data according to the target financing scheme, processing the post-loan inventory data, and outputting post-loan management operation.
7. The method of determining a financing scheme according to claim 6, wherein the post-loan management operations comprise:
generating a target repayment scheme after financing processing of the target customer according to the target financing scheme;
and sending the target payment scheme to the target customer so that the target customer carries out payment processing according to the target payment scheme.
8. A system for determining a financing program, the system comprising:
the receiving unit is used for receiving target application data of a target client so as to authorize the target client according to the target application data;
the acquisition unit is used for acquiring target credit investigation data of the target client after the authorization of the target client is finished;
and the determining unit is used for determining a target financing scheme according to the target credit investigation data, so as to carry out loan processing according to the target financing scheme and enable the target client to carry out financing processing according to the target financing scheme.
9. An apparatus for determining a financing scheme, the apparatus comprising:
the system comprises a central processing unit, a memory, an input/output interface, a wired or wireless network interface and a power supply;
the memory is a transient storage memory or a persistent storage memory;
the central processor is configured to communicate with the memory and execute instructions in the memory operative to perform the method of determining a financing scheme as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer-readable storage medium comprising instructions that when executed on a computer cause the computer to perform a method of determining a financing scheme as defined in any of claims 1 to 7.
