The technical solution of the present disclosure is explained in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 1 schematically illustrates a flow chart of an asset quality statistics method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 1, the method includes:
step S101, displaying a quality condition list of each asset on an asset quality display page;
step S102, responding to the selection of the asset conditions, selecting assets meeting the asset conditions in the quality condition lists of all the assets, and displaying the condition lists of the assets meeting the asset conditions;
step S103, responding to the selection of the fields in the condition list, and determining the statistical condition corresponding to the selected fields.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the asset may be a vehicle asset, for example, an enterprise owning the asset may be a vehicle sales enterprise, or an enterprise consigning vehicles, renting lessons, selling used vehicles, and the like, and the owned asset is a vehicle.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in step S101, a quality condition list of each asset may be presented on an asset quality presentation page. The asset presentation page may be a page displayed in a computer device, such as a webpage generated page, or an application page, which is not limited by this disclosure.
Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram illustrating a quality situation list according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and as shown in fig. 2, a variety of information, such as information of each vehicle asset, statistics of a variety of information of the asset, and the like, may be shown in the quality situation list of the asset.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, any button may be selected in the quality case list and corresponding information about the asset may be presented. For example, the click order management may show order information for the vehicle asset, the click sales statistics may show sales statistics for the vehicle asset, and the like, for example, in the sales statistics, the vehicle may be classified and counted, and the disclosure does not limit the statistical manner.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, in step S102, in response to the selection of the asset condition, among the quality situation lists of the respective assets, assets meeting the asset condition are selected, and the condition list of the assets meeting the asset condition is presented. The property condition may include a condition of a periodic repayment, for example, a purchaser may periodically pay a price during a sale of a vehicle property on a periodic basis, and thus, a situation of the property being normally performed, i.e., in a normal repayment, may be counted.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the asset condition includes a default condition, for example, during the course of an installment sale, a buyer may spend a price on an installment, but the price paid on an installment is not paid, i.e. the buyer does not normally perform, and the condition of the part of the asset may be counted.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the asset condition includes an on-schedule payment condition, and step S102 may include: and screening the assets paid according to the term in the quality condition lists of all the assets to obtain the condition list.
FIG. 3 schematically illustrates a diagram of a conditional list of assets subject to an installment payment, according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. In the list, normal performance, i.e. the status of the assets on due repayment, may be shown, e.g. vehicle model, owner information, order number, contract signing time, time of delivery, etc.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the asset condition includes a default condition, and step S102 includes: and screening out default assets from the quality condition lists of the assets to obtain the condition list.
FIG. 4 schematically illustrates a conditional list of default assets of an embodiment of the disclosure. In the list, a default, i.e., a condition of an overdue repayment asset, such as vehicle model, owner information, order number, contract signing time, time of delivery, etc., may be shown.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further comprises: in response to a selection process of a single asset, a list of details of the single asset is presented. A single asset may be selected in the above list (e.g., a quality case list or a condition list of each asset) so that a detailed list of the single asset, i.e., more detailed information of the single asset, may be presented.
Fig. 5 schematically shows a detailed list of an embodiment of the present disclosure.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, a single asset may be selected from the list of conditions of the breach, i.e., the condition of the single asset, such as bad records of the breached customer, may be presented.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, in step S103, some fields may be selected in the condition list, so as to obtain statistics corresponding to the fields.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, step S103 may include: acquiring asset information corresponding to the field; and carrying out statistics on the asset information to obtain the statistical condition.
Fig. 6 schematically illustrates an asset information corresponding to a field according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 6, for example, a field of a default order may be selected, then the asset information corresponding to the default field may be presented first.
Fig. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating asset information associated with a field project according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 7, the asset information of the dedicated asset, for example, the asset information of the asset in which the situation of the related event, the prosecution, or the like is violated, may be counted.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, after the asset information corresponding to the field is obtained, statistics can be performed on the asset information of the field. The field may include at least one of a default rate, an involved rate, and a number of vehicles delivered. As indicated above, a list of offending assets, a list of implicated assets, etc. may be obtained, and statistics may be applied to the contents of the list.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, information of dimensions such as the number of delivered vehicles can be counted, for example, statistics can be performed according to sales conditions of services such as new vehicles and sublist vehicles, that is, classification statistics is performed.
Fig. 8 schematically illustrates a list of classification statistics of an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 8, statistics may be performed on sales of new vehicles and leased vehicles, and other statistics of these sales services may also be performed, such as default rate, project rate, and the like.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the method further comprises: determining the vehicle sales condition by taking the first payment proportion and/or the vehicle pricing as classification conditions; counting the vehicle sales condition; and displaying the statistical result of the vehicle sales condition.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, statistics can be performed according to other conditions, for example, a first payment proportion, vehicle pricing and the like are taken as classification conditions, and corresponding statistical results are obtained.
Fig. 9 exemplarily shows a diagram of a statistical result of an embodiment of the present disclosure. As shown in fig. 9, the sales condition of various services such as new vehicles, sublist vehicles, etc. can be counted, and in the process of counting, the counting result can be further subdivided, further subdivided and counted according to factors such as the first payment proportion, vehicle pricing, etc., and the repayment condition of each period, for example, the default rate, the project rate, etc. of each period (repayment period) can be counted, so as to obtain the corresponding counting result.
According to embodiments of the present disclosure, the time to sell for each vehicle asset may also be displayed, such as factors such as average wait time from incoming to sales.
Fig. 10 schematically illustrates a delivery monitoring schematic of an embodiment of the present disclosure. As the fourteenth in fig. 10, the statistical result of the waiting time of the purchased vehicle asset in each date can be counted. Such as time of purchase, time of delivery, time of inventory, time of clearance, time of sublist, etc., and the number of vehicle assets purchased, cars, inventory, clearance, sublist, etc.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, the status of each order can be displayed, so that the details of each order can be known, and a single order can be selected from the orders for more detailed display.
