All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
The terms "first," "second," "third," "fourth," and the like in the description and in the claims of the present application and in the drawings described above, if any, are used for distinguishing between similar elements and not necessarily for describing a particular sequential or chronological order. It is to be understood that the data so used is interchangeable under appropriate circumstances such that the embodiments of the application described herein are capable of operation in sequences other than those illustrated or described herein. Furthermore, the terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, system, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of steps or elements is not necessarily limited to those steps or elements expressly listed, but may include other steps or elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus.
In the use process of the vehicle, the vehicle electronic module needs to be continuously and iteratively upgraded to realize new functions of the vehicle. At present, the FOTA mode is mainly adopted to realize the upgrade of the vehicle electronic module, and as the FOTA adopts a fixed flow to update the vehicle electronic module in the upgrade process, the fixed flow may not be matched with a target vehicle electronic model, thereby causing the upgrade failure of the vehicle electronic model.
In view of this, embodiments of the present application provide a method and an apparatus for upgrading a vehicle electronic module, which can improve the probability of successful upgrading of vehicle electronic modules of different versions by determining a corresponding upgrade file according to current version information of the vehicle electronic module.
An upgrade method for a vehicle electronic module provided in an embodiment of the present application is described below by a method embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, fig. 1 is a flowchart of an upgrade method for a vehicle electronic module provided in an embodiment of the present application, and is applied to an upgrade server, where the method includes the following steps:
s101, after the vehicle control system acquires the current version information of the vehicle electronic module, the upgrading server receives the current version information sent by the vehicle control system, and the vehicle electronic module is an electronic control module for controlling a vehicle electrical system.
The upgrading server is a background server used for upgrading the vehicle electronic module, and the vehicle control system is a system which is positioned on the vehicle and is related to the upgrading of the vehicle electronic module.
The vehicle electronic module is an electronic control module for controlling a vehicle electrical system, and the vehicle electronic module is frequently required to be iteratively upgraded in the use process of a vehicle.
The upgrade server may receive the current version information of the vehicle control system after the vehicle control system obtains the current version information of the vehicle electronic module, and the vehicle control system and the upgrade server may be communicatively connected through an on-board communication system, for example, the on-board communication system may include a Controller Area Network (CAN) bus for connecting with the vehicle control system.
And S102, the upgrading server generates a corresponding upgrading file according to the current version information.
After receiving the current version information, the upgrade server may generate an upgrade file that matches the current version information based on the current version information. Because the vehicle electronic module is not invariable in the use process of the vehicle, if the vehicle-connected electronic modules facing different versions adopt uniform upgrading files, the probability of successful upgrading can be reduced, and the current version information of the vehicle electronic module can be used as the generation basis of the upgrading files so as to obtain the upgrading files matched with the current version of the vehicle electronic module.
In some embodiments, the generating, by the upgrade server, a corresponding upgrade file according to the current version information includes:

the updating package manufacturing tool determines a corresponding firmware package file according to the current version information and a firmware package file table, the firmware package file is used for updating corresponding software in the vehicle electronic module, and the firmware package file table is used for representing the corresponding relation between the version information and the firmware package file;
the upgrading package manufacturing tool determines a corresponding calibration sub-file according to the current version information and the calibration sub-file table, the calibration sub-file is used for parameter configuration in vehicle electronic module upgrading, and the calibration sub-file table is used for representing the corresponding relation between the version information and the calibration sub-file;
and the upgrade patch manufacturing tool generates the upgrade file by packaging based on the flow subfile, the firmware patch subfile and the calibration subfile.
Specifically, the upgrade server comprises a brushing flow configuration tool and an upgrade patch manufacturing tool, wherein the brushing flow configuration tool is used for realizing design programming aiming at different versions of vehicle electronic modules and manufacturing corresponding flow subfiles, and the upgrade patch manufacturing tool is used for realizing manufacturing of the upgrade files.
Since the process for upgrading the vehicle electronic module cannot be designed at will, the flow subfile specification is required to be referred to by the flash flow configuration tool when the flow subfile is generated, and the flow subfile specification is the specification for generating the flow subfile according to the version information.
The flash process configuration tool may generate a process subfile matching the current version information according to the current version information and the process subfile specification, and the vehicle control system may execute the process subfile to implement the upgrade of the vehicle electronic module.
Because the software to be upgraded of the vehicle electronic modules with different versions is different from the corresponding parameters, the upgrade package manufacturing tool can determine the corresponding firmware package sub-file and the calibration sub-file according to the current version information, wherein the firmware package sub-file is used for upgrading the corresponding software in the vehicle electronic module, and the calibration sub-file is used for parameter configuration in the upgrading process of the vehicle electronic module.
And packaging the process subfile, the firmware sub-file and the calibration subfile to obtain an upgrade file.

In some embodiments, since the upgrade process of the vehicle electronic module may include multiple steps of downloading, pre-inspection, upgrading, determination of upgrade results, etc., the process subfile specification may include at least one of a process configuration specification, a diagnostic flash specification, a flash condition check specification, and a post-flash verification specification.
Specifically, in the process of upgrading the vehicle electronic module by using the process subfile in the upgrade file, the corresponding specification of upgrading the vehicle electronic module needs to be met to improve the success rate of upgrading the vehicle electronic module, so when the upgrade process of the vehicle electronic module comprises a plurality of steps, the content of the file in the process subfile for executing the corresponding step needs to meet the corresponding specification.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure file correctness and integrity of the upgrade file in the transmission process of the upgrade server and the vehicle control system, the upgrade server may generate a first check code corresponding to the upgrade file; and inserting the first check code into the upgrade file, and sending the first check code to the vehicle control system so that the vehicle control system can check the upgrade file according to the first check code.
Specifically, the upgrade server needs to transmit the upgrade file to the vehicle control system after generating the upgrade file, and during transmission, transmission errors such as partial loss of the upgrade file and total loss of the upgrade file may occur. In order to solve the above problem, a first check code corresponding to the upgrade file may be generated first, and then the first check code is inserted into the upgrade file and sent to the vehicle control system, so that the vehicle control system can check the correctness of the upgrade file according to the first check code.
S103, the upgrade server sends the upgrade file to the vehicle control system, so that the vehicle control system can upgrade the vehicle electronic module according to the upgrade file.

The vehicle electronic module is upgraded through the flow subfile, the firmware sub-package file and the calibration subfile, so that the probability of successful upgrading of the vehicle electronic module can be effectively improved.
In some embodiments, in order to verify the integrity of the upgrade file during transmission, the vehicle control system receives the first check code sent by the upgrade server after the upgrade server inserts the first check code into the upgrade file;
acquiring a second check code in the upgrade file based on the upgrade file;
and if the first check code is inconsistent with the second check code, sending a first response message of an upgrade file error to the upgrade server.
Specifically, when the upgrade server inserts the first check code into the upgrade file, the first check code is also transmitted to the vehicle control system. And the vehicle control system can acquire the second check code in the upgrade file according to the upgrade file. If the second check code is consistent with the first check code, the upgrade file is not transmitted in a transmission process between the upgrade server and the vehicle control system, wherein the transmission process is capable of damaging the integrity of the file; if the second check code is inconsistent with the first check code, the integrity of the file is lost in the transmission process, and a first response message of the upgrade file error can be sent to the upgrade server.
In some embodiments, after upgrading the vehicle electronic module based on the upgrade file, the vehicle control system may operate the upgraded vehicle electronic module to obtain a corresponding operation result, the upgraded vehicle electronic module being the vehicle electronic module from which the vehicle electronic module was upgraded;
and sending the operation result to the upgrade server.
