The anti-idle-rotation capability detection device for the belt pulley of the textile machine is characterized in that a driving assembly (3) is arranged on the mounting bottom plate (1), the driving assembly (3) comprises a telescopic cylinder (31), a motor (32), a bevel gear (33) and a bevel gear ring (34), the motor (32) is horizontally and fixedly connected to the mounting bottom plate (1) through a mounting plate and is positioned on the side of the sliding groove, the fixed end of the motor (32) is fixedly connected with the telescopic cylinder (31), the bevel gear (33) is fixedly connected to the output end of the motor (32), and the bevel gear ring (34) is fixed on a fixing ring and is in meshing contact with the bevel gear (33).
