An assembled membrane wall section shear wall structure comprising a membrane wall section according to any one of claims 1 to 7 and first and second square steel columns (2, 2) disposed at opposite ends of the membrane wall section (3); the method is characterized in that: the lower-layer film wall web (3) is inserted into the bottom of the upper-layer film wall web (3) through a first lap joint reinforcing steel bar, lap joint parts of the upper-layer film wall web (3) and the lower-layer film wall web (3) are connected in a welded mode, square holes are formed in lap joint surfaces of a first square steel column (2) and a second square steel column and the film wall web (3), a second lap joint reinforcing steel bar and a third lap joint reinforcing steel bar on two sides of the film wall web (3) are inserted into the square holes of the first square steel column (2) and the second square steel column respectively in a penetrating mode, two sides of the film wall web (3) are connected with the lap joint parts of the first square steel column (2) and the second square steel column in a welded mode, and pouring cavities of the film wall web (3), the first square steel column (2) and the second square steel column are filled with concrete (5).

The fabricated membrane wall web composite shear wall structure of claim 8, wherein: vertical steel bars are reserved at the tops of the first square steel column (2) and the second square steel column, and anticorrosive paint and thin fireproof paint are coated outside the first square steel column (2) and the second square steel column.
10. The fabricated membrane wall web composite shear wall structure of claim 8, wherein: the first square steel column (2) and/or the second square steel column are L-shaped, T-shaped or straight.
