Abstract

一种装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构、自密实混凝土材料及墙体施工方法,其中混凝土墙结构通过EPS模块分隔形成多仓空腔,在各分仓中分别浇筑不同强度自密实混凝土,形成具有剪力墙结构特征的装配式建筑体系;其施工方法是,将工厂预制的EPS模块通过连接桥进行组装形成空腔,起到免拆模板、保温的双重作用,采用非受力仓填充墙内浇筑低强度自密实轻骨料混凝土,受力仓剪力墙内浇筑普通自密实混凝土,填充墙与剪力墙分仓通过柔性分隔板及预先植入钢筋进行连接;实现免振捣,可提高混凝土浇筑高度,加快施工速度;受力仓剪力墙与非受力仓格构式填充墙分仓浇筑可有效降低结构整体刚度,减小地震作用,达到抗震更为合理、降低房屋造价的目的。

技术领域
本发明属于建筑结构技术领域,具体涉及一种装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构、自密实混凝土材料及墙体施工方法。
背景技术
目前,EPS(Expanded polystyrene,发泡式聚苯乙烯)模块建筑是北方村镇建筑中较为常见的结构保温一体化装配式建筑体系。其采用的EPS模块具有轻质(1.05g/cm3)、低热导率、隔音、防潮、介电性能优良等优点,是较为理想的绿色建筑材料。
然而,通过对已有EPS模块建筑结构形式、施工模式等的调研发现,传统建造采用的通腔浇筑方式,所形成的结构类似于混凝土筒体结构,会导致整体结构刚度和自重过大,不仅增加了造价,也不利于结构抗震;此外,在施工过程中考虑模块变形、空腔内部空间狭窄等因素,传统普通混凝土浇筑不便振捣,易出现不密实等问题,限制了混凝土浇筑高度,影响施工效率。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构、自密实混凝土材料及墙体施工方法,通过聚苯分隔板将EPS模块空腔分隔形成多仓,在各分仓中分别浇筑不同强度自密实混凝土,从而形成具有剪力墙结构特征的装配式建筑体系;具有良好的保温性,有效降低结构整体刚度,抗震更为合理、房屋造价低,施工高效的优点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构,包括非受力仓墙体4,非受力仓墙体4上方通过连梁2与两侧的受力仓墙体1相连接,所述非受力仓墙体4包括外部的非受力仓4-1及非受力仓4-1内填充的低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土4-2;受力仓墙体1包括外部的受力仓1-1及受力仓1-1内填充的普通自密实混凝土1-2,所述连梁2结构组成与受力仓墙体1相同。
所述非受力仓4-1内外两面设有EPS填充墙模块5,左右两侧设有EPS分隔板7。
所述非受力仓4-1内外的EPS填充墙模块5之间连接有EPS填充墙模块连接桥4-3。
所述受力仓1-1内外两面设有EPS剪力墙模块8,左右两侧设有EPS分隔板7。
所述受力仓1-1内外的EPS剪力墙模块8之间连接有EPS剪力墙模块连接桥1-3。
所述EPS分隔板7两侧,且EPS填充墙模块连接桥4-3与EPS剪力墙模块连接桥1-3之间,通过连接钢筋3连接固定。
所述非受力仓墙体4内设有加劲肋6,加劲肋6宽度c,厚度b,间距l,内外EPS填充墙模块5、加劲肋6与低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土4-2厚度叠加形成符合标准的单层房屋或多层房屋的墙厚。
基于上述装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构的自密实混凝土材料中,受力仓1-1内填充的普通自密实混凝土1-2的强度为SCC40,普通自密实混凝土的基准配合比为:水泥220-250kg/m3、粉煤灰80-90kg/m3、水140-155kg/m3、砂800-845kg/m3、青石850-915kg/m3、矿粉100-120kg/m3和减水剂8-10kg/m3,容重2058-2230kg/m3;水泥采用42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥;粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰;青石直径为5~20mm;矿粉的级别为S95;减水剂为聚羧酸高性能减水剂;
所述非受力仓4-1内填充的低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土4-2的强度为SCC10,低强度自密实轻骨料混凝土基准配合比为:水泥140-161.7kg/m3、粉煤灰55-69.3kg/m3、陶粒400-468kg/m3、沙漠砂520-587kg/m3、减水剂3.5-4.62kg/m3、水105-121.5kg/m3,容重1118.5-1412.12kg/m3;水泥为42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥;粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰;轻质粗骨料为直径5~15mm的页岩陶粒。
所述加劲肋6宽度c为30-50mm,厚度b为30-50mm,间距l为300-600mm。
装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构的施工方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(a)按照建筑结构设计要求,在工厂生产车间将EPS颗粒通过模具分别形成EPS剪力墙模块8与EPS填充墙模块5及EPS分隔板7,同时预制EPS填充墙模块连接桥4-3、EPS剪力墙模块连接桥1-3以及连接钢筋3,其中EPS分隔板7上预留连接钢筋3的穿过孔;
(b)将步骤(a)中工厂加工好的模块与配件运至施工现场,在已完成的预留有竖向受力钢筋的混凝土基础顶面上,按照受力仓与非受力仓进行EPS模块的组装,先将EPS剪力墙模块8与EPS填充墙模块5同步组装一层,然后插接EPS分隔板7形成一层受力仓与非受力仓;
(c)设置临时支撑:根据结构计算与构造要求绑扎水平受力钢筋,并预植墙体连接钢筋3,依次循环操作组装一层模块,转角处L型和T型剪力墙与一字型填充墙协同浇筑,模块拼装过程中遇到门窗、洞口时,布置相应的临时支撑,并预留好每个仓的浇筑料口;
(d)混凝土浇筑:将预制的普通自密实混凝土浇筑到受力仓内,将低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土浇筑到非受力仓内,连梁内浇筑混凝土普通自密实混凝土。
所述临时支撑的装置采用可调节式斜钢管19,可调节式斜钢管19与水平地面21之间的夹角在45°-60°范围内。
本发明的效益在于:
1、该结构由剪力墙EPS模块8、填充墙EPS模块5、EPS分隔板7、模块连接桥、墙体连接钢筋、非受力仓墙体4、受力仓墙体1组成,具备良好的抗震性能。通过不同配比自密实普通混凝土和轻骨料低强度混凝土分仓浇筑形成填充墙与剪力墙,并采用分隔板与预植连接钢筋实现柔性连接,与传统通腔浇筑形成的类似于筒体结构相比,在村镇建筑结构抗震性能需求不高的背景下,可保证结构抗震承载力与变形能力,同时降低了结构自重及抗侧刚度,实现确保结构抗震性能与节约工程造价的优化结合。
2、用低强度的轻骨料混凝土4-2浇筑非受力仓填充墙,同时将非受力仓的EPS模块设计成格构形式,减小混凝土用量,降低造价。
3、该技术采用自密实混凝土浇筑,实现结构墙体由原来的一次浇筑三层模块向一次可浇筑十层模块(一个楼层)转变,大幅提高施工效率。
4、该结构具备了模块装配便捷、构造设计简单的属性,施工过程中无需大型的机械设备,施工工序中省去了支模、拆模、贴外保温的环节,其建造过程简单、施工速度快、保温性能好,在机械设备缺乏、技术力量短缺的村镇地区尤其适用。

参见图1、图2,一种装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构,包括非受力仓墙体4,非受力仓墙体4上方通过连梁2与两侧的受力仓墙体1相连接,所述非受力仓墙体4包括外部的非受力仓4-1及非受力仓4-1内填充的低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土4-2;受力仓墙体1包括外部的受力仓1-1及受力仓1-1内填充的普通自密实混凝土1-2,所述连梁2结构组成与受力仓墙体1相同。

基于上述装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构的自密实混凝土材料中,受力仓1-1内填充的普通自密实混凝土1-2的强度为SCC40,普通自密实混凝土的基准配合比为:水泥220-250kg/m3、粉煤灰80-90kg/m3、水140-155kg/m3、砂800-845kg/m3、青石850-915kg/m3、矿粉100-120kg/m3和减水剂8-10kg/m3,容重2058-2230kg/m3;水泥采用42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥;粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰;青石直径为5~20mm;矿粉的级别为S95;减水剂为聚羧酸高性能减水剂;
所述非受力仓4-1内填充的低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土4-2的强度为SCC10,低强度自密实轻骨料混凝土基准配合比为:水泥140-161.7kg/m3、粉煤灰55-69.3kg/m3、陶粒400-468kg/m3、沙漠砂520-587kg/m3、减水剂3.5-4.62kg/m3、水105-121.5kg/m3,容重1118.5-1412.12kg/m3;水泥为42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥;粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰;轻质粗骨料为直径5~15mm的页岩陶粒。
所述加劲肋6宽度c为30-50mm,厚度b为30-50mm,间距l为300-600mm。
装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构的施工方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(a)按照建筑结构设计要求,在工厂生产车间将EPS颗粒通过模具分别形成EPS剪力墙模块8与EPS填充墙模块5及EPS分隔板7,同时预制EPS填充墙模块连接桥4-3、EPS剪力墙模块连接桥1-3以及连接钢筋3,其中EPS分隔板7上预留连接钢筋3的穿过孔;
(b)将步骤(a)中工厂加工好的模块与配件运至施工现场,在已完成的预留有竖向受力钢筋的混凝土基础顶面上,按照受力仓与非受力仓进行EPS模块的组装,先将EPS剪力墙模块8与EPS填充墙模块5同步组装一层,然后插接EPS分隔板7形成一层受力仓与非受力仓;
(c)设置临时支撑:根据结构计算与构造要求绑扎水平受力钢筋,并预植墙体连接钢筋3,依次循环操作组装一层模块,转角处L型和T型剪力墙与一字型填充墙协同浇筑,模块拼装过程中遇到门窗、洞口时,布置相应的临时支撑,并预留好每个仓的浇筑料口;参见图8、图9;
(d)混凝土浇筑:将预制的普通自密实混凝土浇筑到受力仓内,将低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土浇筑到非受力仓内,连梁内浇筑混凝土普通自密实混凝土。
所述临时支撑的装置采用可调节式斜钢管19,可调节式斜钢管19与水平地面21之间的夹角在45°-60°范围内。

7.根据权利要求1所述的一种装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构,其特征在于:所述非受力仓墙体(4)内设有加劲肋(6),加劲肋(6)宽度c,厚度b,间距l,内外EPS填充墙模块(5)、加劲肋(6)与低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土(4-2)厚度叠加形成符合标准的单层房屋或多层房屋的墙厚;所述加劲肋6宽度c为30-50mm,厚度b为30-50mm,间距l为300-600mm。
8.基于装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构的自密实混凝土材料,其特征在于:所述受力仓(1-1)内填充的普通自密实混凝土(1-2)的强度为SCC40,普通自密实混凝土的基准配合比为:水泥220-250kg/m3、粉煤灰80-90kg/m3、水140-155kg/m3、砂800-845kg/m3、青石850-915kg/m3、矿粉100-120kg/m3和减水剂8-10kg/m3,容重2058-2230kg/m3;水泥采用42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥;粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰;青石直径为5~20mm;矿粉的级别为S95;减水剂为聚羧酸高性能减水剂;
所述非受力仓(4-1)内填充的低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土(4-2)的强度为SCC10,低强度自密实轻骨料混凝土基准配合比为:水泥140-161.7kg/m3、粉煤灰55-69.3kg/m3、陶粒400-468kg/m3、沙漠砂520-587kg/m3、减水剂3.5-4.62kg/m3、水105-121.5kg/m3,容重1118.5-1412.12kg/m3;水泥为42.5R普通硅酸盐水泥;粉煤灰为II级粉煤灰;轻质粗骨料为直径5~15mm的页岩陶粒。
9.基于装配式EPS模块分仓浇筑自密实混凝土墙结构的施工方法,其特征在于:具体包括以下步骤:
(a)按照建筑结构设计要求,在工厂生产车间将EPS颗粒通过模具分别形成EPS剪力墙模块(8)与EPS填充墙模块(5)及EPS分隔板(7),同时预制EPS填充墙模块连接桥(4-3)、EPS剪力墙模块连接桥(1-3)以及连接钢筋(3),其中EPS分隔板(7)上预留连接钢筋(3)的穿过孔;
(b)将步骤(a)中工厂加工好的模块与配件运至施工现场,在已完成的预留有竖向受力钢筋的混凝土基础顶面上,按照受力仓与非受力仓进行EPS模块的组装,先将EPS剪力墙模块(8)与EPS填充墙模块(5)同步组装一层,然后插接EPS分隔板(7)形成一层受力仓与非受力仓;
(c)设置临时支撑:根据结构计算与构造要求绑扎水平受力钢筋,并预植墙体连接钢筋(3),依次循环操作组装一层模块,转角处L型和T型剪力墙与一字型填充墙协同浇筑,模块拼装过程中遇到门窗、洞口时,布置相应的临时支撑,并预留好每个仓的浇筑料口;
(d)混凝土浇筑:将预制的普通自密实混凝土浇筑到受力仓内,将低强度轻骨料自密实混凝土浇筑到非受力仓内,连梁内浇筑混凝土普通自密实混凝土。
10.根据权利要求9所述的施工方法,其特征在于:步骤(c)所述临时支撑的装置采用可调节式斜钢管(19),可调节式斜钢管(19)与水平地面(21)之间的夹角在45°-60°范围内。
