Because the summer weather is hot, the clothes worn by people are generally thin, and if the permeability resistance of the clothes is too poor, embarrassing situations such as exposure of underwear and the like can occur. In addition, the ultraviolet rays are stronger in summer, which also puts high requirements on the ultraviolet protection performance of the clothes.
When people do outdoor exercises, people have to wear clothes with good ultraviolet protection and see-through prevention performance, so that the embarrassing situation that ultraviolet rays damage skin and penetrate out underwear during the exercises can be avoided, and a better shielding effect is achieved. Patent CN105155084A discloses a super perspective-proof fabric and a preparation method thereof, wherein non-peeling orange-petal-shaped perspective-proof fibers are adopted as yarn components, and a warp and weft yarn interweaving mode is adopted to obtain the perspective-proof fabric, but the defects of complex process for preparing the perspective-proof fibers and low ultraviolet resistance exist. Patent CN107354560A discloses a production process of a fabric with light transmission prevention function, and the fabric prepared by the production process has a certain light transmission prevention effect and strong pilling fuzzing resistance, but does not have ultraviolet resistance, and cannot be used for outdoor wearing. In order to overcome the problems, the invention provides the ultraviolet-resistant and anti-permeability fabric and the preparation process thereof, and the ultraviolet-resistant and anti-permeability fabric has excellent ultraviolet resistance and anti-permeability performance, high fabric dimensional stability, high tensile strength and certain surface water repellency. Is especially suitable for the fabric of trousers, such as outdoor golf, sun-proof clothes, etc.
