Example 3
(1) Preparing an intermediate substrate: taking 85g of polyethylene particles and 15g of thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer according to the parts by weight, melting, blending and extruding the polyethylene particles and the thermoplastic polyurethane elastomer by a double-screw extruder for granulation, wherein the extrusion conditions are as follows: the machine speed of a main machine is 70r/min, the feeding speed is 15r/min, the temperature of each section is 150-160-175 ℃, the rotating speed of a stock cutter is controlled at 210r/min, the extruded raw material is cast and flattened by a forming roller, the thickness of the extruded film is 100um, and the extruded film is rolled after being dried to obtain the intermediate base material.

(1) Preparing an intermediate substrate: taking 90g of polyethylene particles and 10g of styrene thermoplastic elastomer according to the mass parts, melting, blending and extruding the polyethylene particles and the styrene thermoplastic elastomer by a double-screw extruder for granulation, wherein the extrusion conditions are as follows: the machine speed of a main machine is 60r/min, the feeding speed is 15r/min, the temperature of each section is 150-160-165-160 ℃, the rotating speed of a stock cutter is controlled at 210r/min, the extruded raw material is cast and flattened by a forming roller, the thickness of the extruded film is 100 mu m, and the extruded film is dried and rolled to obtain the intermediate base material.

(3) Preparing a pressure-sensitive adhesive: 47g of styrene-butadiene-styrene rubber, 51g of tackifying resin, 2g of antioxidant, 100g of toluene and 7g of adhesive are taken to be uniformly mixed, stirred, filtered, kept stand and bubble-removed, the mixed glue is coated on a knife coater, the thickness of two sides of the release film is 25 micrometers, the machine speed is 5m/min, the temperature of each drying oven is 60-70-80-105-120-90 ℃, and the solvent is dried and then wound to obtain a semi-finished product.
(4) Bonding: and respectively bonding the coated semi-finished products on two sides of the intermediate substrate, attaching one side of the intermediate substrate, which is not covered with the antistatic release film, to the surface of the intermediate substrate, and curing at 50 ℃ to obtain the double-sided adhesive tape.

(2) Preparation of the adhesive: firstly, 100g of butyl acrylate is added into a reaction kettle, then 220g of butyl acetate is added, stirring is started, after the butyl acrylate and the butyl acetate are completely dissolved, 15g of beta-carboxypropyl acrylate and 5g of photoinitiator 1-hydroxy cyclohexyl phenyl ketone are added into the reaction kettle, stirring is continued for 60min, and then ultraviolet light curing is carried out, so that the adhesive containing the special functional monomer is obtained.

(2) Preparing a pressure-sensitive adhesive: 87g of acrylic resin, 8g of tackifying resin, 2g of antioxidant, 1g of curing agent and 35g of ethyl acetate are uniformly mixed, stirred, filtered, stood and bubble-removed, the mixed glue is coated on a knife coater, the thickness of the mixed glue is 25um on both sides of a release film, the machine speed is 5m/min, the temperature of each drying oven is 60-70-80-100-110-90 ℃, and the solvent is dried and then wound to obtain a semi-finished product.
(3) Bonding: and respectively bonding the coated semi-finished products on two sides of the intermediate substrate, attaching one side of the intermediate substrate, which is not covered with the antistatic release film, to the surface of the intermediate substrate, and curing at 50 ℃ to obtain the double-sided adhesive tape.
Experiment of
The tapes prepared in examples and comparative examples were tested for peel force, tensile strength, and elongation at break, and the test results are shown in table 1;
the peel force of the tape was measured by reference to ASTM-D3330, and the tape was cut into pieces by leaving it to stand for 48 hours at 23 ℃/50 RH, the length and width of each piece was 15 cm. Times.2.5 cm, then the light release film was peeled off, PET of 23um thickness was applied, the other side was peeled off and stuck to a steel plate, the adherend was SUS304 steel plate, after sticking, it was pressed back 3 times with a 2kg rubber roller, left to stand for 20min, and peeled off at 180 ℃ at a speed of 300mm/min, and the peel strength was measured as peel force (gf/25 mm);
testing tensile strength and elongation at break by referring to ASTM-D3759, cutting the adhesive tape into samples, wherein the length and the width are respectively 80mm multiplied by 15mm, and the gauge length is 20mm;

from examples 1-3, it can be seen that, as the addition amount of the adhesive increases, the bonding force between the substrate and the surface adhesive becomes stronger, so that the tensile strength gradually increases, no delamination occurs between the substrate and the surface adhesive, and the influence of the addition of the adhesive on the peeling force of the surface adhesive is small; from example 4, it is clear that the tensile strength is increased and the influence of the peeling force is not large by changing the kind of the elastomer from the polyurethane elastomer to the styrene thermoplastic elastomer; from example 5, it can be seen that, by changing the type of the pressure-sensitive adhesive from acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive to styrene pressure-sensitive adhesive, the influence of the tensile strength is small, but the change of the peeling force is obvious; from the embodiment 6, it can be known that the effect of no rebound of stretching can be realized by changing the type of polyolefin from polyethylene to polypropylene, and the effect of no delamination between the base material and the surface adhesive is slightly improved by changing the tensile strength into polypropylene, so that the peeling force is not greatly influenced.
As can be seen from comparative example 1, the excessive addition of the polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer for modification results in significant reduction of tensile strength, longer elongation, and larger rebound due to too large elasticity; as can be seen from comparative example 2, polyolefin has a high strength without modification by adding an elastomer, and the adhesive tape after bonding has a high strength but no elasticity; as can be seen from comparative example 3, if no adhesive is added, the bonding force between the substrate and the surface adhesive is weak, and obvious delamination phenomenon occurs during the peeling force test or the tensile test, thereby affecting the use.
And (4) conclusion: according to the invention, the elastomer modified polyolefin film is used as a middle base material, acrylic or styrene pressure-sensitive adhesives are attached to two sides of the middle base material, and the adhesive is added, so that the adhesiveness between the middle elastomer modified polyolefin film base material and the pressure-sensitive adhesives attached to two sides is improved; the double-sided adhesive tape disclosed by the invention can realize deformation of the stretched adhesive tape, but the double-sided adhesive tape does not rebound and has a certain elongation, the shape of the stretched adhesive tape cannot be recovered, and the double-sided adhesive tape can be quickly removed after being stretched, so that the double-sided adhesive tape is practical and attractive, and the user experience is improved.

Claims (10)

1. A double-sided adhesive tape which can be removed by stretching and does not bounce is characterized in that: the double-sided adhesive tape comprises a middle substrate, a pressure-sensitive adhesive and an antistatic release film; the double-sided adhesive tape takes the middle base material as a central film, and the pressure-sensitive adhesive and the anti-static release film are sequentially adhered to the two sides of the double-sided adhesive tape from inside to outside; the middle substrate is an elastomer modified polyolefin film.

A stretch removable and non-resilient double sided tape as defined in claim 1, wherein: the content of the elastomer in the intermediate base material is 5 to 20 percent by mass percent; the polyolefin is one or more of polyethylene, polypropylene, polybutylene and cycloolefin; the elastomer is one or more of thermoplastic elastomer, natural rubber, ethylene propylene rubber, styrene butadiene rubber and nitrile butadiene rubber.
3. A stretch removable and non-resilient double sided tape as defined in claim 2, wherein: the thermoplastic elastomer is one or more of polyurethane thermoplastic elastomer, styrene-butadiene-styrene, styrene-ethylene-styrene, styrene-butylene-styrene and styrene-isoprene-styrene.
4. A stretch removable and non-resilient double sided tape as defined in claim 1, wherein: the pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises main body glue and a solvent A, wherein the mass ratio of the main body glue to the solvent A is 1: 0.3-1;
the main glue comprises the following components: 45-83 parts of matrix resin or matrix rubber, 5-50 parts of tackifying resin, 1-5 parts of antioxidant and 0-7 parts of curing agent by weight.

A stretch removable and non-resilient double sided tape as defined in claim 4, wherein: the pressure-sensitive adhesive comprises an adhesive, wherein the dosage of the adhesive is 1-13wt% of the main body adhesive, and the adhesive is obtained by photocuring a matrix resin, a solvent B, a functional monomer and a photoinitiator.

A stretch removable and non-resilient double sided tape as defined in claim 5, wherein: the preparation steps of the adhesive are as follows: and mixing the matrix resin and the solvent B, stirring, adding the functional monomer and the photoinitiator after the functional monomer and the photoinitiator are completely dissolved, continuously stirring for 40-80min, and performing ultraviolet curing to obtain the adhesive.

A stretch removable and non-resilient double sided tape as defined in claim 5, wherein: the functional monomer accounts for 5-30wt% of the matrix resin, and is one or more of ethoxylated bisphenol A dimethacrylate, 2-phenylphenoxyethyl acrylate, dipentaerythritol hexaacrylate, beta-carboxypropyl acrylate, dipropylene glycol diacrylate, isobornyl acrylate, 1,6-hexanediol diacrylate and polyethylene glycol (200) diacrylate;
the dosage of the photoinitiator accounts for 2-15wt% of the matrix resin; the photoinitiator is any one or a mixture of more than two of 2,2-dimethoxy-phenylacetophenone, alpha' -ethoxyacetophenone, 2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl ethyl phosphate and 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, and the initiation wavelength is 240-460um; the photocuring wave band is UVA wave band curing, and the photocuring energy is 200-2000mJ/cm 2
The solvent B is butyl acetate or/and ethyl acetate.
8. The stretch removable and non-resilient double-sided tape of claim 4, wherein the matrix resin is one or more of butyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, butyl methacrylate, isooctyl acrylate, hydroxyethyl methacrylate, hydroxypropyl methacrylate, hydroxyethyl acrylate, hydroxypropyl acrylate;
the matrix rubber is one or more of natural rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, nitrile rubber, ethylene-propylene rubber, styrene-butadiene-styrene (SBS), styrene-ethylene-styrene, styrene-butylene-styrene (SEBS) and styrene-isoprene-styrene (SIS);
the solvent A is any one of ethyl acetate or toluene.
9. The method for preparing a double-sided adhesive tape with stretch removal and no rebound according to any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein: the preparation method comprises the following specific steps:
(1) Preparing an intermediate substrate: feeding polyolefin and elastomer into a double-screw extruder, performing melt blending, extruding and granulating, casting, flattening and drying the extruded raw materials by a forming roller, and rolling to obtain an intermediate base material;
(2) Uniformly mixing matrix resin or matrix rubber, tackifying resin, an antioxidant, a curing agent, an adhesive and a solvent A, stirring, filtering, standing and discharging bubbles to obtain the pressure-sensitive adhesive glue; placing an antistatic release film on a scraper type coating machine, taking pressure-sensitive adhesive glue for coating, uniformly coating the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the antistatic release film, drying and rolling after coating is finished, and obtaining a semi-finished product;
