Background
Bentonite is defined as a non-metal mineral product with montmorillonite as a main mineral component, and the bentonite has good expansibility, cation exchange property, adsorbability, stability, suspensibility and dispersibility due to the physical properties of the bentonite, so the bentonite is used as a good material in the fields of sewage treatment, casting metallurgy, daily chemical industry and the like.
Sodium bentonite and calcium bentonite are used more at present; the expansion multiple of sodium bentonite is as high as 20-30 times, and the expansion multiple of calcium bentonite is only several times to dozens of times. However, the physical viscosity and the expansion rate of bentonite on the market are not very high in both sodium bentonite and calcium bentonite.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention discloses load modified cellulose-bentonite and a preparation method thereof, wherein the cellulose is modified by lithium chloride, and the bentonite is modified by sodium fluoride to finally obtain the load modified cellulose-bentonite, and the physical viscosity and the expansion rate of the bentonite prepared by the invention are greatly improved.
The invention is realized by the following steps:
the load modified cellulose-bentonite is characterized by being prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 50-80 parts of bentonite; 1-2 parts of sodium salt; 3-6 parts of nano-cellulose; 1-2 parts of bamboo powder; 0.1-0.2 part of lithium chloride; 1-2 parts of caustic soda; 10-16 parts of polyethylene glycol; 5-8 parts of deionized water.
Further, the sodium salt is sodium fluoride.
Further, the mass part ratio of the nano-cellulose to the bamboo powder is 3:1.
Further, the mass part ratio of the polyethylene glycol to the deionized water is 2:1.
The invention also discloses a preparation method of the load modified cellulose-bentonite, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, stirring and mixing 3-6 parts of nano cellulose and 1-2 parts of bamboo powder at a high speed for 30-50 min, and standing;
step two, after standing the mixed cellulose, adding 5-8 parts of deionized water and 10-16 parts of polyethylene glycol, stirring and mixing at a low speed for 10-15 min, adding 50-80 parts of bentonite and 1-2 parts of sodium salt after stirring, heating, and stirring and mixing at a high speed for 30-50 min; heating to 50-60 ℃, and keeping the temperature for 30min;
and step three, adding 0.1-0.2 part of lithium chloride and 1-2 parts of caustic soda into the slurry obtained in the step two, and stirring and mixing at a low speed for 10-15 min at normal temperature.
Further, the speed of the high-speed stirring and mixing is as follows: 200-300 r/min; the low-speed stirring and mixing speed is as follows: 50-80 r/min.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
according to the invention, the combination of lithium chloride and cellulose is adopted, so that the cellulose has higher tensile strength; according to the invention, sodium fluoride is adopted to completely exchange with Ca < 2+ > in bentonite, so that the bentonite has better colloid and dispersion properties, the suspension has good fluidity, and the bentonite has better retention and drainage effects on nano cellulose and bamboo powder.
