Arranging the sheets: rotating the sheet arranging die 11, and sequentially inserting a plurality of abrasive cloth sheets 201 with set lengths into gaps of the sheet arranging die 11 through the feeding mechanism 2 to form a formed abrasive cloth wheel 202 with a handle; specifically, after the abrasive cloth sheet 201 is conveyed into the gap of the sheet arranging die 11 by the feeding mechanism 21, the abrasive cloth sheet 201 is cut to a set length by the blanking mechanism 22, the sheet arranging die 11 is driven to rotate by the sheet arranging motor 23, the gap position of the sheet arranging die 11 butted with the feeding mechanism 21 is switched, the abrasive cloth sheet 201 is conveyed by the feeding mechanism 21 again, the abrasive cloth sheet 201 is cut by the blanking mechanism 22, the steps of feeding and blanking are repeated, and a plurality of abrasive cloth sheets 201 are sequentially inserted into the respective gaps of the sheet arranging die 11 by analogy to form the molded abrasive cloth wheel 202 with a handle.
Shaping: the rotary platform 1 is rotated, so that the sheet arranging die 11 is in butt joint with the shaping mechanism 9, and shaping treatment is carried out on the shaped abrasive cloth wheel 202 with the handle through the shaping mechanism 9.
And (3) backing ring mounting: the rotary platform 1 is rotated so that the sheet arranging die 11 is in butt joint with the upper backing ring mechanism 3, and the annular pad is placed at one end of the forming abrasive cloth wheel 202 with the handle through the upper backing ring mechanism 3.
Shaping: the rotary platform 1 is rotated, so that the sheet arranging die 11 is in butt joint with the shaping mechanism 4, and the shaping die 401 is sleeved at one end of the shaping abrasive cloth wheel 202 with the handle, on which the annular pad is arranged, through the shaping mechanism 4.
And (3) blanking: the rotary platform 1 is rotated, so that the sheet arranging die 11 is in butt joint with the blanking mechanism 5, and the formed abrasive cloth wheel 202 with the attached handle sleeved with the shaping die 401 is transported to the conveying mechanism 6 through the blanking mechanism 5.
And (3) pouring: the shaping abrasive cloth wheel 202 with the handle of the shaping mould 401 is sleeved by the stirring mechanism, so that the upper core opening 2021 of the shaping abrasive cloth wheel 202 with the handle faces upwards.
And (3) core loading: the mandrel 71 with the handle is inserted into the abrasive cloth wheel 202 with the handle, which is provided with the shaping mould 401 in a sleeved mode, through the core feeding mechanism 7.
Dispensing: glue is injected into the formed abrasive cloth wheel 202 with the attached handle through the glue dispensing mechanism 8, and the abrasive cloth sheet is adhered and fixed with the mandrel with the attached handle and the annular pad through the glue.
According to the invention, the rotary platform 1 is rotated to switch the corresponding stations of the sheet arranging die 11, such as a blanking station, a paper feeding 31 station, a shaping station and the like, so that the operation is convenient, and the degree of automation is improved.
Further, the step of dispensing further includes a curing step, wherein the molded abrasive cloth wheel 202 with attached handle filled with glue solution is put into an oven to be baked until the glue solution is cured, and then the shaping mold 401 is taken down.
It should be noted that, other embodiments of the method for producing the abrasive wheel with a handle of the present invention are substantially the same as the method for producing the abrasive wheel with a handle of the present invention, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted.
The foregoing is merely a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that modifications and substitutions can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the technical principles of the present invention, and these modifications and substitutions should also be considered as being within the scope of the present invention.
