Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention are clearly and completely described below, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1-8, the present embodiment provides a band sawing machine, as shown in fig. 1, which mainly includes a machine body (not shown), a saw band 1 rotatably disposed on the machine body, and two guide arms 2 disposed on the machine body, wherein the saw band 1 is in a ring structure, the saw band 1 is mounted on two transmission wheels on the machine body, the two transmission wheels rotate to drive the saw band 1 to rotate, and a saw segment is formed between the two guide arms 2 under the guidance of the two guide arms 2.
Along the advancing direction of saw blade, two guiding arms 2 one is located the saw blade and gets into the side, and another is located the output side of saw blade, as shown in fig. 1, saw area 1 is clockwise rotation, and the part of saw area 1 between two guiding arms 2 is the direction of turning from the right side to the left this moment, and the right side is the saw blade and gets into the side this moment, and the left side is the saw blade output side.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, the guide arm 2 includes a guide head 21 for guiding the saw blade, the guide head 21 includes two guide blocks 211 arranged oppositely, a gap for the saw band 1 to pass through is formed between the two guide blocks 211, and in operation, the saw blade passes through the gap between the two opposite guide blocks 211, so that the saw band 1 is clamped by the two guide blocks 211, and it is ensured that the saw band 1 does not deflect when rotating.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the guide head 21 further includes two rotating bearings 212 arranged side by side, and the two rotating bearings 212 are located outside the guide block 211, and it should be noted that here, the outside refers to a side where the two guide heads 21 are far away from each other, whereas a side opposite to the two guide heads 21 is referred to as an inside.
In order to clean the saw band 1 before the saw band 1 enters the left guide block 211, so as to prevent the saw band 1 from bringing cutting waste chips into the guide block 211, in this embodiment, the band sawing machine further includes a cleaning mechanism for cleaning the saw blade, and the cleaning mechanism is disposed inside the guide block 211 located on the output side of the saw blade, that is, inside the left guide block 211, along the advancing direction of the saw blade, as shown in fig. 1.
The cleaning mechanism comprises a mounting seat 4 and two scraping members arranged on the mounting seat 4, the mounting seat 4 can be mounted on the guide head 21 or the guide arm 2, and is not limited in particular.
As shown in fig. 2-6, the scraping member can be freely turned around a rotation axis L parallel to the side wall of the saw blade, specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, two vertically arranged rotation shafts 5 are fixed in the mounting seat 4, and the two scraping members are respectively mounted on the two rotation shafts 5, so that the scraping member rotates with the central axis of the rotation shaft 5 as the rotation axis L.
As shown in fig. 2 and 4, the scraping member includes two scraping plates 31, the two scraping plates 31 are disposed opposite to each other, the saw band 1 passes between the two scraping plates 31, spray heads 32 for spraying liquid are disposed on both sides of the scraping members away from the saw band 1, and the liquid sprayed by the spray heads 32 may be a liquid medium such as cooling liquid, cutting liquid, or clean water, which is not limited in this respect.
The spraying direction of the spray head 32 faces the corresponding scraper 31, and in a working state, the spray head 32 sprays liquid to the scraper 31, and the scraper 31 is driven to overturn under the impact force of the liquid so that the end side of the scraper 31 is abutted against the side wall of the saw band 1 to clean the side wall of the saw band 1.
As a preferred embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the scraper 31 extends in an inclined state in a state where the scraper 31 is in contact with the saw band 1, an angle α between an end side of the scraper 31 and a side wall of the saw band 1 is in a range of 30 ° to 80 °, and the spray head 32 sprays water to the scraper 31 substantially along an inclined direction of the scraper 31. As shown in fig. 2, the solid arrows indicate the spraying direction of the spray heads 32, and the hollow arrows indicate the running direction of the saw band 1.
Through the arrangement, taking the spray head 32 spraying clear water as an example, when the saw blade cleaning device works, the spray head 32 spraying water flow to the scraper 31, the water flow sprayed by the spray head 32 can generate a large impact force on the scraper 31 to drive the cleaning member to turn over, and finally the end side of the scraper 31 can be abutted against the saw belt 1 after the cleaning member is turned over, so that the state shown in fig. 2 is formed; the saw belt 1 is thus scraped by the scraping blade 31 during continuous operation, so that the scraping blade 31 scrapes off the scraps attached to the saw belt 1, and the saw belt 1 is prevented from bringing the scraps into the guide block 211.
It can be known from the above-mentioned process, the conflict power that scraper blade 31 produced in this scheme (conflict power here refers to the power that scraper blade 31 and saw area 1 lateral wall looks butt) derives from the rivers impact force of shower nozzle 32, so long as shower nozzle 32 lasts the water spray, scraper blade 31 just can offset with saw area 1 lateral wall all the time, so in case shut down shower nozzle 32 and stop the water spray, scraper blade 31 no longer receives the impact force of rivers, just can not take place relative conflict with saw area 1, be equivalent to scraper blade 31 no longer receive the effect of external force this moment, do not have the existence of interference power, so scraper blade 31 is difficult for taking place buckling deformation, so compare traditional mode that utilizes the spring to provide interference power to scraper blade 31, undoubtedly, be more favorable to scraper blade 31's life.
Furthermore, shower nozzle 32 water spray in this scheme not only can play and provide the effect of conflict to scraper blade 31, and shower nozzle 32 spun water will be clearly scraped the in-process and attached to the sweeps on scraper blade 31 and wash away along scraper blade 31 to can improve scraper blade 31 clearly scrape the effect.
The structure of the mount 4 is: as shown in fig. 3 and 5, the mounting seat 4 includes a top plate 42 and two opposite side plates 41, the spray head 32 and the scraping member are located between the two side plates 41, and the water sprayed from the spray head 32 can be limited from being widely splashed to both sides by the two side plates 41.
In order to realize the water supply to the spray head 32, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 8, the rotating shaft 5 has a water channel 51 inside, and the rotating shaft 5 is provided with a water inlet 53 communicated with the water channel 51; a water outlet 52 communicated with the water channel 51 is formed in the peripheral wall of the rotating shaft 5, the spray head 32 is mounted on the rotating shaft 5, and the spray head 32 is communicated with the water outlet 52. Therefore, only the water pump is used for pumping water, the water outlet end of the water pump is communicated with the water channel 51, at the moment, the water is pumped into the water channel 51 and then is discharged into the spray head 32 through the water outlet 52, and finally is sprayed to the scraper 31 through the spray head 32.
Through setting up water course 51 in pivot 5 and installing shower nozzle 32 on pivot 5 in this scheme, so design can be so that the structure is more compact, make full use of the space.
In order to increase the spraying area of the spray head 32, in this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 8, the spray head 32 is a flat nozzle spray head, the length of the nozzle of the spray head 32 extends along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 5, and the corresponding water channel 51 and the water outlet 52 extend along the axial direction of the rotating shaft 5.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and 6, the scraping member further includes a turning plate 33 and a mounting bracket 34, the turning plate 33 freely rotates around the rotation axis L, specifically, ear plates 54 are respectively disposed on the upper portion and the lower portion of the turning plate 33, the turning plate 33 is rotatably disposed on the rotating shaft 5 through the ear plates 54, and the mounting bracket 34 is disposed on the turning plate 33.
Since the end side of the blade 31 (i.e., the end abutting the saw band 1) is easily worn out during long-term use, and the blade 31 needs to be replaced if the wear is serious, the blade 31 is detachably mounted on the mounting bracket 34 in the present embodiment, for example, the blade 31 is mounted on the mounting bracket 34 by screwing.
In practical applications, the scraper 31 and the mounting bracket 34 are located at the mounting seat 4, and the space inside the mounting seat 4 is relatively small, so that it is difficult to attach and detach screws in the mounting seat 4 by a screwdriver, and therefore, the present embodiment is further improved to attach and detach screws connecting the scraper 31 and the mounting bracket 34, so as to attach and detach the scraper 31.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the mounting frame 34 includes a connecting portion 341 for connecting the scraper 31 and at least two guide rods 342 fixed to the connecting portion 341, the connecting portion 341 includes a side portion 341a extending in the vertical direction, the scraper 31 is mounted on the bar portion by a plurality of screws, the plurality of screws are distributed at intervals in the vertical direction, and the scraper 31 and the side portion 341a can be connected more stably by the plurality of screws.
The guide rod 342 is movably disposed through the turning plate 33 and can move between a first position and a second position along a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis L, specifically, as shown in fig. 7, a channel 333 for the guide rod 342 to move is disposed in the turning plate 33 at a position corresponding to the guide rod 342, the channel 333 is disposed along a direction perpendicular to the rotation axis L, one end of the guide rod 342 is fixed on the connecting portion 341, and the other end of the guide rod 342 is inserted into the channel 333.
Of course, in order to prevent the guide rod 342 from being removed from the channel 333 when the guide rod 342 is pulled out, in this embodiment, a stopper 342a is provided at one end of the guide rod 342 located in the channel 333, and a stop step 333a is provided at the mouth of the channel 333, so that the stopper 342a is stopped by the stop step 333a, and the guide rod 342 is prevented from being pulled out.
In the first position, referring to the states shown in fig. 3 and 4, the connecting portion 341 is accommodated in the mounting seat 4 and is closed with the turning plate 33; in the second position, as can be seen in fig. 5 and 6, the connection portion 341 is outside the mounting seat 4; thus, when the scraper 31 needs to be replaced, the guide rod 342 can be pulled to the second position, and the screw connection position of the connection portion 341 and the scraper 31 is located outside the mounting seat 4, so that the screw can be assembled and disassembled by the screwdriver without being limited by the interference of the mounting seat 4.
As shown in fig. 4 and 6, the flap 33 and the top of the connecting portion 341 are fixed to each other by a vertically disposed locking bolt 6, specifically, the top of the flap 33 has a first insertion hole 332, and the top of the connecting portion 341 has a second insertion hole 343a, where the second insertion hole 343a is a screw hole structure adapted to the locking bolt 6; the locking bolt 6 is screwed into the second insertion hole 343a and then inserted into the first insertion hole 332, so that the flap 33 and the connecting portion 341 are connected together, and the connecting portion 341 and the scraper 31 cannot move relative to the flap 33, as shown in fig. 4.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the top of the mounting seat 4 has an operation hole 40 penetrating through the top wall of the mounting seat 4, since the connection portion 341 and the scraper 31 are required to be firstly pulled out from the mounting seat 4, so that the locking bolt 6 connecting the turning plate 33 and the connection portion 341 is required to be firstly screwed up to be pulled out from the first insertion hole 332, and in the assembled state, the locking bolt 6 is in the mounting seat 4, and the screwdriver cannot operate the locking bolt 6 in the mounting seat 4; when the flap 33 is turned to the assembly position and the guide rod 342 is in the first position, the locking bolt 6 is axially aligned with the operation hole 40, so that when the locking bolt 6 needs to be pulled out of the first insertion hole 332, the flap 33 can be first turned to the assembly position, the operation hole 40 and the locking bolt 6 are just axially aligned, namely, the operation hole is positioned right above the locking bolt, so that a screwdriver can be vertically inserted downwards from the top of the operation hole 40, finally, the screwdriver bit can be inserted into the notch at the head end of the locking bolt 6, and thus, the screwdriver can be rotated to move the locking bolt 6 upwards until the locking bolt is pulled out of the first insertion hole 332.
In order to enable the turning plate 33 to be turned to the assembling position accurately, in the embodiment, as shown in fig. 4 and fig. 6, the positioning element 7 for abutting against the turning plate 33 is fixedly installed on the spray head 32, and of course, in other alternative embodiments, the positioning element 7 may also be installed on the inner wall of the installation seat 4; when the flap 33 is against the positioning element 7, said flap 33 is in the assembly position. In this way, as soon as the flap 33 is turned over against the securing element 7, it is indicated that the locking bolt 6 has fallen directly below the actuating opening 40.
In order to align the first insertion hole 332 and the second insertion hole 343a when they are butted, as shown in fig. 6, in this embodiment, the top of the flap 33 has a cutout 331, the first insertion hole 332 is disposed in the cutout 331, the top of the connecting portion 341 has a protrusion 343 extending to a side close to the cutout 331, the second insertion hole 343a is disposed on the protrusion 343, and when a front end wall 343b of the protrusion 343 abuts against a front end wall 331a of the cutout 331, the first insertion hole 332 and the second insertion hole 343a are axially aligned.
In other alternative embodiments, the first and second receptacles 332, 343a are axially aligned when the mounting bracket 34 is against the side wall of the flap 33 on the opposite side; both of the above manners can achieve the alignment of the first insertion hole 332 and the second insertion hole 343 a.
