In some embodiments, the face module 11 is provided with a plurality of limiting protrusions 113, the plurality of limiting protrusions 113 are distributed around the pivot shaft 114 and are respectively in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of face areas 111, and the pressing groove 112 is formed between two adjacent limiting protrusions 113, in other words, the pressing protrusion 1221 extends into the pressing groove 112 to cooperate with the limiting protrusions 113, so as to press the limiting protrusions 113 to drive the face module 11.
As shown in fig. 6, one side of the face module 11 is provided with three limit protrusions 113, the three limit protrusions 113 and the three face areas 111 are opposite to each other in the axial direction of the pivot shaft 114, and the three limit protrusions 113 are uniformly spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the pivot shaft 114 to define three pressing grooves 112 between the three limit protrusions 113, so that the pressing protrusions 1221 can push and press any one of the three limit protrusions 113, thereby realizing angle switching of the face module 11.
In some embodiments, the switching module 12 includes a driver for driving the follower to move relative to the carrier body 2, and a follower for pressing contact with the face module 11.
That is, in actual design, the driving member serves as a driving member, and the driven member serves as a transmitting member, so that when the driving member drives the driven member, the driven member can drive the face module 11 to switch the face module 11 to a different position state.
The driving piece can be a manual piece or an automatic piece, and the driving mode is flexible and selectable.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the driving member is configured as a driving handle 121, one end of the driving handle 121 is connected to the driven member, and the other end of the driving handle 121 has a pressing portion, and the other end of the driving handle 121 is adapted to extend out of the carrier body 2, in other words, the driving member may be configured as a manual member, so that the user may manually drive the switching module 12 to achieve manual switching of the face module 11.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the upper end of the driving handle 121 is provided with a pressing portion 1212, and when actually installed, the pressing portion 1212 extends out of the carrier body 2, for example, the pressing portion 1212 protrudes upward from the carrier body 2, and at the same time, the lower end of the driving handle 121 is fixedly connected with the driven member, and the driving handle 121 is vertically slidable relative to the carrier body 2. Therefore, when the user manually presses the pressing portion 1212 from the upper side of the carrier body 2, the driving handle 121 can be moved downward, and the facial module 11 is driven in the moving process, so that the driving process is simple, and the expression switching is easy to realize.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the driven member is configured as a driven link 122, where one end of the driven link 122 is fixedly sleeved outside the driving handle 121, and the other end of the driven link 122 is provided with a pressing protrusion 1221 to press against the face module 11, so that the driving handle 121 may drive the driven link 122 to move relative to the face module 11, and further drive the face module 11 to rotate.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, one end of the driven link 122 is sleeved on the lower end of the driving handle 121, the pressing protrusion 1221 is provided on the other end of the driven link 122, and as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the pressing protrusion 1221 protrudes in a direction away from the driving handle 121 and forms a contractile structure. Thus, when the driving handle 121 moves downward, the driven link 122 moves downward, and the tip of the pressing protrusion 1221 is located in the pressing groove 112, and the tip of the pressing protrusion 1221 can push the limit protrusion 113 to rotate the face module 11, thereby realizing switching of facial expressions.
In some embodiments, the driving member is configured as an electric driving member, and a power output end of the electric driving member is in power connection with the driven member, for example, the electric driving member is a driving motor, and a motor shaft of the driving motor is in power connection with the driven member, so that the driving motor drives the driven member to move when outputting driving force, and thus the facial module 11 is automatically driven.
That is, a driving motor may be provided to drive the driven member. And in actual design, control buttons can be arranged on the outer side of the carrier body 2 for controlling the working state of the driving motor, so that automatic control is realized, driving force is not required to be applied manually, and switching difficulty is reduced.
In some embodiments, the face switching mechanism 1 of the toy vehicle further comprises: a reset member 13, the switching module 12 is adapted to be slidably mounted on the carrier body 2, wherein the switching module 12 is adapted to push the face module 11 during sliding from the first position to the second position, and the reset member 13 is used for driving the switching module 12 to reset from the second position to the first position.
As shown in fig. 8, the switching module 12 is vertically slidable relative to the carrier body 2, and the first position and the second position are sequentially distributed along the up-down direction, and the first position is located above the second position. The driving handle 121 of the switching module 12 is located in the pressing concave groove 112 in the first position, and the pressing protrusion 1221 gradually presses the limiting protrusion 113 in the process of moving towards the second position, and when moving to the second position, the pressing protrusion 1221 is completely separated from the contact of the limiting protrusion 113 and is not in the rotation range of the limiting protrusion 113, so that the high-speed rotation of the face module 11 is not blocked, and the switching from one face area 111 to the other face area 111 is opposite to the visual window 22, thereby realizing the adjustment of the facial expression.
In this application, by providing the reset member 13, the reset member 13 can adjust the position of the switching module 12, that is, can reset the switching module 12 to the first position, so that the pressing protrusion 1221 of the switching module 12 enters the pressing recess 112 again and is kept in the pressing recess 112, so that the rotation of the face module 11 is stopped, and one of the face areas 111 is positioned and displayed from the visual window 22. When the user performs the pressing drive again on the pressing portion 1212, the pressing protrusion 1221 may perform the pressing drive again on the limit protrusion 113, thereby realizing the switching again of the facial expression.
Wherein, when the pressing protrusion 1221 is located in the pressing recess 112 and the pressing force is not applied to the pressing portion 1212 by the user, the position of the pressing protrusion 1221 remains unchanged, and the position of the facial module 11 can play a role in limiting, so that the angle of the facial module 11 is stable, the automatic random switching of facial expression is avoided, and the stability of the structural setting is ensured.
In some specific embodiments, the return member 13 is configured as a spring, one end of which is adapted to be fixed to the carrier body 2, and the other end of which is fixedly connected to the switching module 12, so as to achieve a return action of the switching module 12 by means of the elastic force of the spring.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the lower end of the spring may be fixedly connected to the carrier body 2, and the upper end of the spring may be fixedly connected to the switching module 12, such as the upper end of the spring is connected to the lower end of the driving handle 121. Thus, when the driving handle 121 is depressed to drive the switching module 12 to switch the face region 111, the spring enters a compressed state and gradually accumulates elastic potential energy. After the user removes the pressing force, the elastic force of the spring works and pushes the driving handle 121 to move upwards to a position where the pressing protrusion 1221 is located in the pressing recess 112, and the limiting protrusion 113 collides with the pressing protrusion 1221, so that the face module 11 stops rotating, and the face area 111 is positioned again.
Wherein, as shown in fig. 8, an opening 1211 may be provided at the lower end of the driving handle 121, so that the upper end of the spring extends into the opening 1211 to be fixed, thereby improving the connection stability of the spring.
