本发明涉及IPC分类的A61K8领域,尤其涉及一种保湿型多泡型沐浴油及其制备方法。保湿型多泡型沐浴油,按质量百分比计,原料至少包含以下成分:月桂醇聚醚类混合物30~50%,植物精油混合物25~30%,多元醇混合物1~2%,香精2~4%,油酯混合物补充余量。本申请制备的沐浴油具在有良好的清洁性和保湿性的同时还能够具有优异的使用泡沫量,并且有效降低了沐浴油的刺激性,适宜在沐浴用品领域推广,具有广阔的发展前景。

技术领域
本发明涉及IPC分类的A61K8领域,尤其涉及一种保湿型多泡型沐浴油及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着社会的进步和经济的发展,人们的生活水平也在不断的提高,如今,人们除了关注面部肌肤的护理,同时也对全身肌肤的呵护和保养更加重视,而沐浴用品则成为了人们进行全身肌肤呵护的主要产品之一。而现有市售的沐浴用品,99%为传统的沐浴露剂型,优点是容易起起泡,且泡沫丰富;缺点是洗后假滑冲不干净,洗后干涩敏感,不能够具有良好的保湿效果。因此,近些年来,具有保湿良好保湿的沐浴油产品在沐浴用品行业得到了广泛的关注,但同时沐浴油产品也具有一定的缺点。
现有技术(CN202011430120.7)提供了一种沐浴油及其制备方法,其主要通过植物油脂,清洁剂,乳化剂和抗氧剂制备沐浴油产品,声称其制备的沐浴油具有优异的清爽冲洗效果,且温和不刺激,但是其较多乳化剂的加入减少了清洁剂以及植物油脂的含量,虽然同时具有保湿和清洁效果,但是两者的效果都不够突出,且泡沫量较少,无法满足现有年轻人的产品需求。
因此,亟需一种在具有优异保湿效果的同时,还能够同时具有优异的泡沫量和温和清洁效果的沐浴油。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明第一方面提供了一种保湿型多泡型沐浴油,按质量百分比计,原料至少包含以下成分:月桂醇聚醚类混合物30~50%,植物精油混合物25~30%,多元醇混合物1~2%,香精2~4%,油酯混合物补充余量。
作为一种优选的方案,所述月桂醇聚醚类混合物为月桂醇聚醚及其衍生物与甘油,丙二醇,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,椰油酰胺甲基和水的混合物;所述月桂醇聚醚及其衍生物为月桂醇聚醚-2、月桂醇聚醚-4、聚甘油-10月桂酸酯、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MIPA盐、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯TIPA盐中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的方案,所述椰油酰胺甲基占沐浴油的总质量的4~5wt%。
作为一种优选的方案,所述PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯占沐浴油的总质量的1~3wt%。
作为一种最优选的方案,所述月桂醇聚醚及其衍生物为月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MIPA盐,月桂醇聚醚-2和月桂醇聚醚-4。
作为一种优选的方案,所述月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MIPA盐,月桂醇聚醚-2和月桂醇聚醚-4的质量比为19.125:0.9:17.964。
本申请中,通过选用特定的月桂醇聚醚及其衍生物,并且限定其之间的复配比例和总体含量有效的提高了沐浴油使用泡沫量的同时,还保持有优异的保湿性能和清洗性能。本申请人推测为:月桂醇类的物质的复配能够有效增加沐浴油体系中的活性基团的整体数量,使得油脂类物质在使用时,能够具有更加优异的分散性能,同时,上述含量和配比下的月桂醇类物质能够有效地的保持沐浴油使用时整体的油脂含量,通过适宜量的亲油基团保持油脂在肌肤表面的持续含量,减少油脂类物质的流失,因此保持的高含量的油脂同时能够带来优异发泡效果。
作为一种优选的方案,所述植物精油混合物为植物精油与生育酚乙酸酯以及苯并三唑基十二烷基p-甲酚的混合物。
作为一种优选的方案,所述生育酚乙酸酯占沐浴油的总质量的0.1~0.2wt%。
作为一种优选的方案,所述苯并三唑基十二烷基p-甲酚占沐浴油的总质量的0.01~0.1wt%。
作为一种优选的方案,所述植物精油为向日葵籽油、甜扁桃油、白池花籽油、霍霍巴籽油、刺阿干树仁油、茉莉花花油、玫瑰花油、柠檬精油、薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、月见草精油中的至少一种。
作为一种优选的方案,所述植物精油为向日葵籽油,甜扁桃油,白池花籽油,霍霍巴籽油,刺阿干树仁油,茉莉花花油和玫瑰花油。
作为一种优选的方案,所述植物精油为向日葵籽油,甜扁桃油,白池花籽油,霍霍巴籽油,刺阿干树仁油,茉莉花花油和玫瑰花油的质量比为22~23:4~5:0.1:0.1:0.1:0.1:0.01。
作为一种优选的方案,所述多元醇混合物为泛醇,姜黄根提取物,红没药醇和1,3-丙二醇的混合物。
作为一种优选的方案,所述泛醇,姜黄根提取物,红没药醇和1,3-丙二醇的质量比为8~9:0.01~0.02:4~6:0.07~0.1。
本申请中,上述添加含量和配比下的泛醇,姜黄根提取物和红没药醇的协同作用,能够有效地的舒缓修复肌肤的同时,降低且延缓多种且大量的月桂醇类物质的加入而导致的刺激性效果。
作为一种优选的方案,所述香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、薰衣草香精、甜橙香精中的任一种。

作为一种优选的方案,所述油酯混合物为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯与季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯的混合物。
在本申请中,季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯的加入能够有效与并三唑基十二烷基p-甲酚以及生育酚乙酸酯协同作用,有效地避免因为多种且大量的植物油酯和香精的加入而导致的变色现象。
作为一种优选的方案,所述季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯所占沐浴油的总质量的0.01~0.1wt%。
作为一种优选的方案,所述季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯所占沐浴油的总质量的0.08wt%。
本发明第二方面提供了一种上述保湿型多泡型沐浴油的制备方法,步骤至少包含以下几步:(1)将月桂醇聚醚类混合物加入主锅内搅拌均匀,加入预溶解均匀油酯混合物,最后直至完全加热溶解,升温加热至40~60℃;(2)依次加入植物精油混合物,多元醇混合物,香精,搅拌均匀,既得。
有益效果:
1、本申请中制备的一种沐浴油具有良好的清洁效果,且能够在具有优异的清洁效果的同时,具有良好的使用泡沫量和保湿性能,具有全面的性能,能够有效地满足现有年轻人对于沐浴产品的使用需求。
2、本申请中制备的一种沐浴油,能够通过月桂醇类物质的有效复配,在保持沐浴油良好的油脂量的基础上,减少因为其作为活性物质添加而导致的油脂量的下降现象。
具体实施方式
实施例1
实施例1第一方面提供了一种保湿型多泡型沐浴油,按质量百分比计,原料包含:
月桂醇聚醚类混合物:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MIPA盐19.125%,月桂醇聚醚-2 0.9%,丙二醇2.475%,椰油酰胺甲基4.05%,甘油0.45%,月桂醇聚醚-4 17.964%,水0.036%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%;
植物精油混合物:向日葵籽油22.2%,甜扁桃油4.5%,生育酚乙酸酯0.1%,苯并三唑基十二烷基p-甲酚0.03%,白池花籽油0.1%,霍霍巴籽油0.1%,刺阿干树仁油0.1%,茉莉花花油0.1%,玫瑰花油0.01%;
多元醇混合物:泛醇0.8%,姜黄根提取物0.001%,红没药醇0.49%,1,3-丙二醇0.009%;
香精:玫瑰香精3%;
油酯混合物:季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯0.08%,辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯补充余量至100%。
本实施例中,月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MIPA盐为南非沙索公司出售的月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MIPA盐产品。
本实施例中,月桂醇聚醚-2为南非沙索出售的月桂醇聚醚-2产品。
本实施例中,椰油酰胺甲基为上海花王公司出售的椰油酰胺甲基MEA产品。
本实施例中,月桂醇聚醚-4为上海花王公司出售的月桂醇聚醚-4产品。
本实施例中,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯为英国禾大公司出售的PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯产品。
本实施例中,向日葵籽油购买自广州市飞科贸易有限公司。
本实施例中,甜扁桃油购买自广州利美达进出口商贸有限公司。
本实施例中,白池花籽油购买自广州华图化妆品科技有限公司。
本实施例中,霍霍巴籽油购买自广州利美达进出口商贸有限公司。
本实施例中,刺阿干树仁油购买自广州旭帆贸易有限公司。
本实施例中,茉莉花花油购买自广州市晟吉雅贸易有限公司。

本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:月桂醇聚醚类混合物:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯TIPA盐18.4%,丙二醇1.6%,椰油酰胺甲基4.05%,甘油0.45%,月桂醇聚醚-4 17.964%,水0.036%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%。
对比例4
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:月桂醇聚醚类混合物:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯TIPA盐20.7%,丙二醇1.8%,椰油酰胺甲基4.05%,甘油0.45%,月桂醇聚醚-4 17.964%,水0.036%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%。
对比例5
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:月桂醇聚醚类混合物:月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯TIPA盐23%,丙二醇2%,椰油酰胺甲基4.05%,甘油0.45%,月桂醇聚醚-417.964%,水0.036%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%。
对比例6
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:聚甘油-10月桂酸酯30%,椰油酰胺甲基19.8%,甘油2.2%,水3%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%。
对比例7
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:聚甘油-10月桂酸酯33%,椰油酰胺甲基21.15%,甘油2.35%,水3%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%。
对比例8
本对比例的具体实施方式同实施例1,不同之处在于:聚甘油-10月桂酸酯35%,椰油酰胺甲基22.5%,甘油2.5%,水3%,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯2%。
性能评价
1.泡沫量测试:采用罗氏泡沫仪测试对实施例和对比例所制得沐浴油进行泡沫量测试;
测试方法:1、取2.5g的样版,加入100mL的硬水及900mL的纯水于烧杯内;2、加热至41℃,搅拌使样品均匀溶解;3、用200mL定量漏斗吸取部分试液,沿泡沫仪管壁冲洗一下;4、再取试液放入泡沫仪底部对准标准刻度到50mL;5、再用200mL定量漏斗吸取部分试液,固定漏斗中心位,放下试液;6、记下泡沫最高值与最低值;7、重复两次取平均值。
测试用具:罗氏泡沫仪、电子称、量筒、温度计、超级恒温仪、烧杯。
测得的结果记入表1。
2.保湿性测试:对实施例和对比例制得沐浴油进行保湿型测试;
测试过程方法:随机选择志愿者25人,随机分为5组,每组5人(男1人,女4人),5组志愿者分别对应涂抹实施例1,对比例1-8的样品,打湿身体手部肌肤,挤出10mL沐浴油于手部,揉出泡沫后擦拭双手,最后用清水冲洗干净;采用测试仪器Corneometer CM825测试冲洗前和冲洗后1~4h的皮肤水分含量,取平均值,测试结果如下表所示;
测得的结果记入表2。

通过实施例1、对比例1~8和表1以及表2可以得知,本发明提供的一种保湿型多泡型沐浴油及其制备方法,本申请制备的沐浴油具在有良好的清洁性和保湿性的同时还能够具有优异的使用泡沫量,并且有效降低了沐浴油的刺激性,适宜在沐浴用品领域推广,具有广阔的发展前景。其中实施例1在具有最佳的制备原料配比和制备工艺等因素下获得了最佳性能指数。
Claims (10)
1.一种保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:按质量百分比计,原料至少包含以下成分:月桂醇聚醚类混合物30~50%,植物精油混合物25~30%,多元醇混合物1~2%,香精2~4%,油酯混合物补充余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:所述月桂醇聚醚类混合物为月桂醇聚醚及其衍生物与甘油,丙二醇,PEG-7甘油椰油酸酯,椰油酰胺甲基和水的混合物;所述月桂醇聚醚及其衍生物为月桂醇聚醚-2、月桂醇聚醚-4、聚甘油-10月桂酸酯、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯MIPA盐、月桂醇聚醚硫酸酯TIPA盐中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1~2任一项所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:所述植物精油混合物为植物精油与生育酚乙酸酯以及苯并三唑基十二烷基p-甲酚的混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:所述植物精油为向日葵籽油、甜扁桃油、白池花籽油、霍霍巴籽油、刺阿干树仁油、茉莉花花油、玫瑰花油、柠檬精油、薄荷精油、薰衣草精油、茶树精油、月见草精油中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1~4任一项所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:所述多元醇混合物为泛醇,姜黄根提取物,红没药醇和1,3-丙二醇的混合物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:所述泛醇,姜黄根提取物,红没药醇和1,3-丙二醇的质量比为8~9:0.01~0.02:4~6:0.07~0.1。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:所述香精为玫瑰香精、茉莉香精、薰衣草香精、甜橙香精中的任一种。
8.根据权利要求1~7任一项所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:所述油酯混合物为辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯与季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯的混合物。
9.根据权利要求1~8任一项所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油,其特征在于:所述季戊四醇四(双-叔丁基羟基氢化肉桂酸)酯所占沐浴油的总质量的0.01~0.1wt%。
10.一种根据权利要求1~9任一项所述的保湿型多泡型沐浴油的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤至少包含以下几步:(1)将月桂醇聚醚类混合物加入主锅内搅拌均匀,加入预溶解均匀油酯混合物,最后直至完全加热溶解,升温加热至40~60℃;(2)依次加入植物精油混合物,多元醇混合物,香精,搅拌均匀,既得。
