Specifically, if the alarm type of the alarm information sent by the monitoring service chatbot to the terminal is a sound alarm, after the alarm information is sent, the monitoring service chatbot determines whether third receipt information sent by the terminal for indicating that the user has read the alarm information is received within a third preset time period, and if the third receipt information sent by the terminal for indicating that the user has read the alarm information is not received within the third preset time period, sends second prompt information to a preset sound alarm contact (such as a property manager), where the second prompt information is used for prompting that the owner's family corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user has risks of theft, fire and the like, and asks the property manager to check the alarm information in time.
In a specific embodiment, taking a terminal as a mobile phone and an alarm type as a picture alarm as an example, the intelligent monitoring method in the family scene may include the following steps:
(1) The user opens a mobile phone 5G message application (namely, a mobile phone short message native application based on RCS), and finds the monitoring service chatbot by scanning a chatbot two-dimensional code provided by a monitoring equipment manufacturer or searching a chatbot name and the like.
(2) And the user inputs the number of the monitoring equipment in the monitoring service chatbot to realize the binding of the mobile phone number of the user and the used monitoring equipment.
(3) The user mobile phone sends a 5G message to the monitoring service chatbot to request the number setting of the emergency contact (picture alarm contact).
(4) The method comprises the steps that a user mobile phone sends a 5G message to a monitoring service chatbot, requests for monitoring mode setting, the monitoring service chatbot issues a card message carrying a suggestion option, a user clicks the suggestion option, the monitoring mode is set to be in a 'leaving mode', the monitoring service chatbot synchronizes the setting information of the user monitoring mode to a monitoring service platform, the monitoring service platform notifies monitoring equipment, and the monitoring equipment immediately starts the leaving mode. Or when monitoring that the picture is unchanged for one hour, the monitoring equipment automatically starts the leaving mode, synchronizes information of the automatically started leaving mode to the monitoring service platform, and synchronizes the monitoring service platform to the monitoring service chatbot.
(5) And if the monitoring equipment finds the coming person at home in the off-home mode, the monitoring equipment sends alarm information to the monitoring service platform, wherein the alarm type is 'picture alarm'. The monitoring service platform synchronizes the alarm information to the monitoring service chatbot, the alarm information is transmitted through an interface between the monitoring service platform and the monitoring service chatbot, and the monitoring service chatbot issues to the mobile phone of the user through the 5G message service platform so as to prompt the user of the coming person at home.
(6) And when the monitoring equipment sends the alarm information, synchronously recording the monitoring video for 3 minutes, and storing the monitoring video in the time period in the monitoring service platform.
(7) After the user mobile phone receives the alarm information, if the user mobile phone does not reply, the monitoring service platform and the monitoring service chatbot repeatedly send the alarm information every 3 minutes. Specifically, if the user opens the 5G messaging application to view the alert message, the user will reply with a "read" response piece message to the monitoring service chatbot.
(8) The monitoring service chatbot judges whether the alarm information from the monitoring service platform or the monitoring equipment is continuously received within a short time, when the sending frequency of the alarm information is higher than the preset frequency (for example, 5 times of alarm information is sent within 15 minutes), the monitoring service chatbot requests the monitoring service chatbot to send the monitoring video of the sending time period of the first alarm information, and the monitoring service chatbot informs the monitoring service platform to send the monitoring video to the mobile phone of the user through the 5G message service platform.
(9) After receiving the monitoring video, the user mobile phone sends the 'read' receipt information, and the monitoring service chatbot stops repeatedly sending the alarm information.
(10) If the monitoring service chatbot does not receive the read receipt information within 15 minutes, the warning information or the prompt information is sent to the emergency contact number set by the user.
In another specific embodiment, taking a terminal as a mobile phone and taking an alarm type as a sound alarm as an example, the intelligent monitoring method in the family scene may include the following steps:
(1) The user opens a mobile phone 5G message application (namely, a mobile phone short message native application based on RCS), and finds a monitoring service chatbot by scanning a chatbot two-dimensional code provided by a monitoring equipment manufacturer or searching a chatbot name and the like.
(2) And the user inputs the number of the monitoring equipment in the monitoring service chatbot to realize the binding of the mobile phone number of the user and the used monitoring equipment.
(3) The user mobile phone sends a 5G message to the monitoring service chatbot to request for the number setting of property management personnel (sound alarm contact persons).
(4) The method comprises the steps that a user mobile phone sends a 5G message to a monitoring service chatbot, monitoring mode setting is requested, the monitoring service chatbot issues a card message carrying a suggested option, a user clicks the suggested option, the monitoring mode is set to be an 'away mode', the monitoring service chatbot synchronizes the setting information of the user monitoring mode to a monitoring service platform, the monitoring service platform informs a monitoring device, and the monitoring device immediately starts the away mode. Or when the monitoring equipment monitors that the picture is unchanged for one hour, the away mode is automatically started, the information of the automatically started away mode is synchronized to the monitoring service platform, and the monitoring service platform is synchronized to the monitoring service chatbot.
(5) In the away mode, when monitoring equipment monitors an alarm sound (the alarm sound is confirmed to be the alarm sound if the alarm sound is higher than a certain decibel and does not stop within a period of time), alarm information is sent to the monitoring service platform, the type is 'sound alarm', the alarm information is transmitted through an interface between the monitoring service platform and the monitoring service chatbot, and the monitoring service chatbot is sent to a user mobile phone through the 5G message service platform so as to prompt that the alarm sound exists in the home of the user.
(6) After the user mobile phone receives the warning message, if the user opens the message, the mobile phone sends the read receipt message to the monitoring service chatbot, and if the monitoring service chatbot does not receive the read receipt message, the warning message can be repeatedly sent every 3 minutes until the read receipt message is received.
(7) If the monitoring service chatbot does not receive the read receipt information within 3 minutes, a prompt message is sent to the set property service personnel number to prompt that the owner and the family of the corresponding user mobile phone number have risks of theft, fire and the like, and the property personnel are asked to go to check in time.
The intelligent monitoring method in the family scene provided by the embodiment of the invention does not need the monitoring equipment to support the RCS protocol stack, does not change the interface between the monitoring equipment and the monitoring service platform, only needs to open the monitoring service platform and the 5G message service platform through the constructed monitoring service chatbot, and when the monitoring service platform receives the alarm information sent by the monitoring equipment in the leaving-home mode, the alarm information is sent to the monitoring service chatbot through the interface between the monitoring service chatbot and the monitoring service platform, so that the monitoring service chatbot sends the alarm information to the terminal bound with the monitoring equipment through the 5G message service platform.
Example 2:
as shown in fig. 3, this embodiment provides an intelligent monitoring method in a family scenario, which is applied to monitoring a service chat robot chatbot, and the method includes:
step S201: receiving alarm information sent by a monitoring service platform through an interface between the monitoring service platform and the monitoring service platform, wherein the alarm information is sent after the monitoring service platform receives the alarm information sent by monitoring equipment in an away mode;
optionally, before receiving the alarm information sent by the monitoring service platform through the interface with the monitoring service platform, the method further includes:
binding the terminal with the monitoring equipment;
and receiving and storing the picture alarm contact and/or the sound alarm contact set by the user through the terminal.
In this embodiment, a two-dimensional code is pasted on the monitoring service chatbot, and when a user opens a 5G message application (i.e., a native application of a mobile short message based on RCS) on the terminal, the monitoring service chatbot can be found by scanning the two-dimensional code or searching the name of the chatbot. When a user inputs a monitoring equipment identifier (such as a monitoring equipment number) corresponding to monitoring equipment in a monitoring service chatbot, the monitoring service chatbot receives the monitoring equipment identifier input by the user through a terminal, and binds the terminal and the monitoring equipment according to the monitoring equipment identifier, meanwhile, the monitoring service chatbot can receive and store a picture alarm contact and/or a sound alarm contact set by the user through the terminal, specifically, the user sends a 5G message to the monitoring service chatbot through the terminal to request the number setting of the picture alarm contact (emergency contact) and the sound alarm contact (property management staff), and the monitoring service chatbot receives and stores the picture alarm contact and/or the sound alarm contact set by the user.
Optionally, before receiving the alarm information sent by the monitoring service platform through the interface with the monitoring service platform, the method further includes:
receiving setting information of a user for setting a monitoring mode to be an away mode through the terminal, and synchronizing the setting information to the monitoring service platform so that the monitoring service platform informs the monitoring equipment of starting the away mode according to the setting information; or,
and receiving the information of the automatic starting leaving mode synchronized by the monitoring service platform, and updating the corresponding monitoring mode according to the information of the automatic starting leaving mode.
In this embodiment, a user can send a 5G message to a monitoring service chatbot through a terminal, request for monitoring mode setting, send a card message carrying a suggested option to the chatbot, click the suggested option by the user, set the monitoring mode to be an "away mode" or a "home mode", synchronize the setting information of the monitoring mode of the user to the monitoring service platform, and notify the monitoring equipment of starting a corresponding monitoring mode by the monitoring service platform.
In this embodiment, in addition to the manual setting of the away mode by the user, in order to avoid a safety wind caused by forgetting to set the away mode when the user leaves the home, the away mode may be automatically set, specifically, when the monitoring device monitors that a monitoring picture in a first preset time period remains unchanged, the away mode may be automatically started, where the first preset time period is, for example, 1 hour, 2 hours, and the like, and after the monitoring device automatically starts the away mode, the monitoring device sends information of automatically starting the away mode to the monitoring service platform, so that the monitoring service platform synchronizes the information of automatically starting the away mode to the monitoring service chatbot, and the monitoring service chatbot updates the corresponding monitoring mode.
Optionally, the receiving, through an interface with a monitoring service platform, the alarm information sent by the monitoring service platform specifically includes:
receiving alarm information which is sent by a monitoring service platform and has an alarm type of picture alarm through an interface between the monitoring service platform and the monitoring service platform; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
receiving alarm information which is sent by a monitoring service platform and has an alarm type of sound alarm through an interface between the monitoring service platform and the monitoring service platform;
the issuing of the alarm information to the terminal bound with the monitoring equipment through the 5G message service platform specifically includes:
sending alarm information with the alarm type of picture alarm to the terminal through the 5G message service platform; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and sending alarm information with an alarm type of sound alarm to the terminal through the 5G message service platform.
In this embodiment, the alarm types of the alarm information include a picture alarm and a sound alarm, when the monitoring device monitors that the monitoring range is changed from an unmanned state to a manned state in the away-from-home mode, the alarm information with the alarm type of the picture alarm is sent to the monitoring service platform, when the monitoring device monitors that the alarm sound is generated in the away-from-home mode, the alarm information with the alarm type of the sound alarm is sent to the monitoring service platform, wherein if the monitored sound is higher than a certain decibel and does not stop within a period of time, the alarm sound can be determined.
Step S202: and issuing the alarm information to a terminal bound with the monitoring equipment through a 5G message service platform.
Optionally, after the 5G message service platform issues the alarm information with the alarm type of the screen alarm to the terminal, the method further includes:
judging whether first receipt information which is sent by the terminal and used for indicating that the user has read the alarm information of which the alarm type is the sound alarm is received, if not, repeatedly sending the alarm information to the terminal at preset time intervals;
continuously receiving the alarm information sent by the monitoring service platform, and judging whether the frequency for receiving the alarm information is greater than a preset frequency, if so, sending a notification message for indicating to send a monitoring video to the terminal to the monitoring service platform;
receiving the monitoring video returned by the monitoring service platform based on the notification message, and forwarding the monitoring video to the terminal through the 5G message service platform;
and judging whether second receipt information which is sent by the terminal and used for indicating that the user has read the monitoring video is received, and if not, sending first prompt information to a preset picture warning contact person.
Specifically, if the alarm type of the alarm information sent by the monitoring service chatbot to the terminal is a screen alarm, after the alarm information is sent, the monitoring service chatbot determines whether the first receipt information sent by the terminal is received, which is used for indicating that the user has read the alarm information of which the alarm type is a sound alarm, and if not, the alarm information is repeatedly sent to the terminal at preset time intervals, for example, the alarm information is repeatedly sent every 3 minutes. Meanwhile, the monitoring service chatbot continuously receives (for example, every 3 minutes) the alarm information sent by the monitoring service platform, and judges whether the frequency of receiving the alarm information is greater than a preset frequency (for example, more than 5 times in 15 minutes), if so, sends a notification message for instructing to send a monitoring video to the terminal to the monitoring service platform, so that the monitoring service platform returns the corresponding monitoring video, and the monitoring service chatbot forwards the monitoring video to the terminal through the 5G message service platform; after forwarding the monitoring video, the monitoring service chatbot judges whether second receipt information which is sent by the terminal and used for indicating that the user has read the monitoring video is received, if not, first prompt information is sent to a preset picture alarm contact person, and the first prompt information is used for prompting a coming person at home.
Optionally, after the 5G message service platform issues the alarm information with the alarm type of sound alarm to the terminal, the method further includes:
and if the third receipt information which is sent by the terminal and used for indicating that the user has read the alarm information of which the alarm type is the sound alarm is not received within a third preset time length, sending second prompt information to a preset sound alarm contact person.
Specifically, if the alarm type of the alarm information sent by the monitoring service chatbot to the terminal is a sound alarm, after the alarm information is sent, the monitoring service chatbot determines whether third receipt information sent by the terminal for indicating that the user has read the alarm information is received within a third preset time period, and if the third receipt information sent by the terminal for indicating that the user has read the alarm information is not received within the third preset time period, sends second prompt information to a preset sound alarm contact (such as a property manager), where the second prompt information is used for prompting that the owner's family corresponding to the mobile phone number of the user has risks of theft, fire and the like, and asks the property manager to check the alarm information in time.

as shown in fig. 4, this embodiment provides an intelligent monitoring apparatus in a home scenario, which is disposed on a monitoring service platform and is configured to execute the intelligent monitoring method in the home scenario in embodiment 1, where the apparatus includes:
the first receiving module 11 is configured to receive alarm information sent by the monitoring device in an away-from-home mode;
and the first sending module 12 is connected to the first receiving module 11, and is configured to send the alarm information to the monitoring service chatbot through an interface between the monitoring service chatbot and the monitoring service chatbot, so that the monitoring service chatbot sends the alarm information to the terminal bound to the monitoring device through the 5G message service platform.

The memory 31 is connected to the processor 32, the memory 31 may be a flash memory, a read-only memory or other memories, and the processor 32 may be a central processing unit or a single chip microcomputer.

Embodiments 2 to 6 provide an intelligent monitoring method, an apparatus, and a readable storage medium in a home scenario, where a monitoring device does not need to support an RCS protocol stack, an interface between the monitoring device and a monitoring service platform is not changed, and only a constructed monitoring service chatbot needs to be connected to a 5G message service platform, and when the monitoring service platform receives an alarm message sent by the monitoring device in an away mode, the alarm message is sent to the monitoring service chatbot through the interface between the monitoring service chatbot and the monitoring service chatbot, so that the monitoring service chatbot issues the alarm message to a terminal bound to the monitoring device via the 5G message service platform.

Claims (15)

1. An intelligent monitoring method under a family scene is characterized by being applied to a monitoring service platform, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving alarm information sent by monitoring equipment in a leaving mode;
and sending the alarm information to a monitoring service chatbot through an interface between the monitoring service chatbot and the monitoring service chatbot so that the monitoring service chatbot sends the alarm information to a terminal bound with the monitoring equipment through a 5G message service platform.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the receiving of the alert message sent by the monitoring device in the away-from-home mode is preceded by:
receiving setting information of the monitoring service chatbot for setting the monitoring mode to be the away mode synchronously, and informing the monitoring equipment to start the away mode according to the setting information; or,
and receiving information of automatically starting the leaving mode sent by the monitoring equipment when monitoring that the monitoring picture in the first preset time length is kept unchanged, and synchronizing the information of automatically starting the leaving mode to the monitoring service chatbot so that the monitoring service chatbot updates the corresponding monitoring mode.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein receiving the alarm information sent by the monitoring device in the away-from-home mode comprises:
receiving alarm information which is sent when the monitoring equipment monitors that the monitoring range is changed from an unmanned state to a manned state in an away mode, wherein the alarm type is a picture alarm; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,
and receiving alarm information which is sent by the monitoring equipment and has the alarm type of sound alarm when the monitoring equipment monitors the alarm sound in the away mode.
4. The method according to claim 3, wherein after receiving the alarm information that the alarm type sent is a screen alarm when the monitoring device monitors that the monitoring range is changed from an unmanned state to a manned state in a away-from-home mode, the method further comprises:
receiving and storing a monitoring video with a second preset time length recorded when the monitoring device changes from an unmanned state to a manned state in a monitoring range;
and if a notification message which is sent by the monitoring service chatbot and used for indicating that the monitoring video is sent to the terminal is received, sending the monitoring video to the monitoring service chatbot according to the notification message, so that the monitoring service chatbot forwards the monitoring video to the terminal through the 5G message service platform.
5. An intelligent monitoring method under a family scene is characterized by being applied to a monitoring service chatting robot chatbot, and the method comprises the following steps:
receiving alarm information sent by a monitoring service platform through an interface between the monitoring service platform and the monitoring service platform, wherein the alarm information is sent after the monitoring service platform receives the alarm information sent by monitoring equipment in an away mode;
and issuing the alarm information to a terminal bound with the monitoring equipment through a 5G message service platform.
6. The method of claim 5, wherein before receiving the alarm information sent by the monitoring service platform through the interface with the monitoring service platform, the method further comprises:
binding the terminal with the monitoring equipment;
and receiving and storing the picture alarm contact and/or the sound alarm contact set by the user through the terminal.
7. The method according to claim 6, wherein the binding the terminal and the monitoring device specifically includes:
receiving a monitoring device identification corresponding to the monitoring device input by a user through the terminal, and binding the terminal and the monitoring device according to the monitoring device identification.
8. The method according to claim 5, wherein before the receiving the alarm information sent by the monitoring service platform through the interface with the monitoring service platform, the method further comprises:
receiving setting information of a user for setting a monitoring mode to be an away mode through the terminal, and synchronizing the setting information to the monitoring service platform so that the monitoring service platform informs the monitoring equipment of starting the away mode according to the setting information; or,
and receiving the information of the automatic starting leaving mode synchronized by the monitoring service platform, and updating the corresponding monitoring mode according to the information of the automatic starting leaving mode.
9. The method according to claim 5, wherein the receiving the alarm information sent by the monitoring service platform through an interface with the monitoring service platform specifically includes:
receiving alarm information which is sent by a monitoring service platform and has an alarm type of picture alarm through an interface between the monitoring service platform and the monitoring service platform; and/or the presence of a gas in the gas,

and judging whether second receipt information which is sent by the terminal and used for indicating that the user has read the monitoring video is received, and if not, sending first prompt information to a preset picture warning contact person.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein after the sending the alarm information with the alarm type of the sound alarm to the terminal via the 5G message service platform, the method further comprises:
and if third receipt information which is sent by the terminal and used for indicating that the user reads the alarm information of which the alarm type is the sound alarm is not received within a third preset time length, sending second prompt information to a preset sound alarm contact.
