Abstract
The invention discloses a parallel stacking type lightning arrester with a short circuit structure, which comprises an outer conductor, an inner conductor and a grounding bolt, wherein the inner conductor and the grounding bolt are arranged on the outer conductor; the short-circuit protection device is characterized in that the inner conductor is detachably provided with a parallel stacking short circuit structure and a short-circuit metal cap arranged outside the parallel stacking short circuit structure; the parallel stacking short circuit structure comprises a short circuit metal rod and a plurality of parallel metal sheets which are arranged on the short circuit metal rod in series; the short circuit metal rod and the parallel metal sheet are integrally processed. According to the invention, the parallel stacking short circuit is detachably arranged on the inner conductor, and the parallel metal sheets with different sizes, quantities and gaps are replaced according to different conditions, so that different influences are generated on a plurality of resonance parts, and the effect of widening the use frequency band of the lightning arrester is achieved; the parallel metal sheets and the short circuit metal rods are integrally processed, so that the processing difficulty is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.

In a communication signal transmission system, surge pulses on an inner conductor of a coaxial transmission line, which are generated due to thunder or line problems, threaten equipment of a machine room, and a lightning arrester is generally adopted between an outdoor line and the machine room to lead out harmful pulses to be grounded; among the prior art, the short circuit line structure on the arrester is through adopting the spiral inductance line structure, but its impedance leads to the cover frequency range narrow for even transition, is difficult to satisfy the spread spectrum demand after broadcasting and TV and 5G signal incorporate into, moreover because the big and precision of the metal helix processing degree of difficulty is difficult to control, its reflection coefficient is also extremely unstable, and the cross section of last helix itself is little, has restricted the transmission ability to pulse signal. To this end, a parallel stacked type arrester having a short line structure is proposed.
Disclosure of Invention
An object of the present invention is to provide a parallel stacked type surge arrester having a short line structure in order to solve the above problems.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention provides the following technical scheme: a parallel stacked type surge arrester with a short line structure includes an outer conductor, and an inner conductor and a ground bolt mounted on the outer conductor; the short-circuit protection device is characterized in that the inner conductor is detachably provided with a parallel stacking short circuit structure and a short-circuit metal cap arranged outside the parallel stacking short circuit structure; the parallel stacking short circuit structure comprises a short circuit metal rod and a plurality of parallel metal sheets which are arranged on the short circuit metal rod in series; the short circuit metal rod and the parallel metal sheet are integrally processed.
Preferably, the short circuit metal cap is provided with a groove matched with the short circuit metal rod; and the short circuit metal rod is also provided with an installation external thread.
Preferably, the thickness of the parallel metal sheets and the gap between the parallel metal sheets are not less than 1mm.
Preferably, the number of the parallel metal sheets, the size of each parallel metal sheet and the gap between the parallel metal sheets can be replaced according to actual needs.
Preferably, the short-circuit metal rod has a diameter of not less than 2mm.
Preferably, the outer conductor comprises a middle outer conductor, a front outer conductor and a rear outer conductor, wherein the front outer conductor and the rear outer conductor are arranged at two ends of the middle outer conductor; the inner conductor is also provided with a plurality of mounting grooves; and an insulating support piece is arranged in the mounting groove.
Preferably, the insulating support is a polytetrafluoroethylene material.
Preferably, the outer conductor, the inner conductor, the short circuit metal cap, the short circuit metal rod and the parallel metal sheets are made of brass materials and are protected by electroplating.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the parallel stacking short circuit is detachably mounted on the inner conductor, and the parallel metal sheets with different sizes, quantities and gaps are replaced according to different conditions, so that different influences are generated on a plurality of resonance parts, and the effect of widening the use frequency range of the lightning arrester is achieved;

Detailed Description
A parallel stacked type surge arrester having a short circuit structure according to the present invention will be further described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Referring to fig. 1, a parallel stacked-type surge arrester having a short line structure in the present embodiment includes an outer conductor 1, and an inner conductor 2 and a ground bolt 3 mounted on the outer conductor 1; the short-circuit protection device is characterized in that the inner conductor 2 is detachably provided with a parallel stacking short circuit structure 4 and a short circuit metal cap 5 which is arranged outside the parallel stacking short circuit structure 4 in an interference fit manner; the parallel stacked short circuit structure 4 comprises a short circuit metal rod 401 and a plurality of parallel metal sheets 402 which are arranged on the short circuit metal rod 401 in series; the short circuit metal rod 401 and the parallel metal sheet 402 are integrally processed; the parallel stacking short circuit structure 4 is detachably arranged on the inner conductor 2, and the parallel metal sheets 402 with different sizes, quantities and gaps are replaced according to different conditions, so that different influences are generated on a plurality of resonance parts, and the effect of widening the use frequency range of the lightning arrester is achieved; the parallel metal sheets 402 and the short circuit metal rods 401 are integrally processed, so that the processing difficulty is reduced, and the processing efficiency is improved.
Referring to fig. 1-4, a groove 501 adapted to the short-circuit metal rod 401 is formed on the short-circuit metal cap 5; the short circuit metal rod 401 is also provided with an installation external thread 403; the thickness of the parallel metal sheet 402 and the gap between the parallel metal sheet 402 and the parallel metal sheet 402 are not less than 1mm. The number of the parallel metal sheets 402, the size of each parallel metal sheet 402 and the gap between the parallel metal sheets 402 can be changed as required; the diameter of the short circuit metal rod 401 is not less than 2mm; the short-circuit metal rod 401 is detachably mounted on the inner conductor 2 by utilizing the external thread 403 mounted on the short-circuit metal rod 401, so that the short-circuit metal rod 401 can be conveniently dismounted according to requirements to replace parallel metal sheets 402 with different quantities, sizes and gaps for mounting, the effect of widening the use frequency range of the lightning arrester is achieved, and the transmission capability is improved; the connection between the short circuit metal bar 401 and the short circuit metal cap 5 is facilitated by fitting one end of the short circuit metal bar 401 into the groove 501 on the short circuit metal cap 5.
Referring to fig. 1-4, the outer conductor 1 includes a middle outer conductor 101, and a front outer conductor 102 and a rear outer conductor 103 which are installed at both ends of the middle outer conductor 101 by interference fit; the inner conductor 2 is also provided with a plurality of mounting grooves 201; an insulating support member 202 is arranged in the mounting groove 201; the insulating support 202 is made of polytetrafluoroethylene; the outer conductor 1, the inner conductor 2, the short circuit metal cap 5, the short circuit metal rod 401 and the parallel metal sheet 402 are made of brass materials and are protected by electroplating; the positioning and installation of the insulation support 202 is facilitated by installing the insulation support 202 to the inner conductor 2 using the installation groove 201.
During the use process of the invention, a pulse signal flows in from any end of an inner conductor 2, then the pulse signal is led into a short-circuit metal rod 401 and a plurality of parallel metal sheets 402 arranged on the short-circuit metal rod 401 through the inner conductor 2, different resonant circuits are formed in gaps at each position of the short-circuit metal rod 401 and the parallel metal sheets 402, then the pulse signal is led into a short-circuit metal cap 5, the pulse signal is led into a middle outer conductor 101 and a grounding bolt 3 in sequence through the short-circuit metal cap 5, and finally the pulse signal is grounded.
The above embodiments are illustrative of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the present invention, and any simple modifications of the present invention are within the scope of the present invention.
Claims (8)
1. A parallel stacked type lightning arrester with a short line structure includes an outer conductor (1), and an inner conductor (2) and a ground bolt (3) mounted on the outer conductor (1); the short-circuit protection circuit is characterized in that the inner conductor (2) is detachably provided with a parallel stacking short circuit structure (4) and a short-circuit metal cap (5) arranged outside the parallel stacking short circuit structure (4); the parallel stacking short circuit structure (4) comprises a short circuit metal rod (401) and a plurality of parallel metal sheets (402) which are arranged on the short circuit metal rod (401) in series; the short circuit metal rod (401) and the parallel metal sheet (402) are integrally processed.
2. The parallel stacking type arrester with a short line structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein: a groove (501) matched with the short circuit metal rod (401) is formed in the short circuit metal cap (5); and the short circuit metal rod (401) is also provided with an installation external thread (403).
3. The parallel stacked-type arrester as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the thickness of the parallel metal sheets (402) and the clearance between the parallel metal sheets (402) and the parallel metal sheets (402) are not less than 1mm.
4. The parallel stacking type arrester with a short line structure as claimed in claim 3, wherein: the number of the parallel metal sheets (402), the size of each parallel metal sheet (402) and the gap of the parallel metal sheets (402) can be replaced according to actual needs.
5. The parallel stacked-type arrester as claimed in claim 2, wherein: the diameter of the short circuit metal rod (401) is not less than 2mm.

The parallel stacking type arrester with short line structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer conductor (1) comprises a middle outer conductor (101), a front outer conductor (102) and a rear outer conductor (103), wherein the front outer conductor (102) and the rear outer conductor are arranged at two ends of the middle outer conductor (101); the inner conductor (2) is also provided with a plurality of mounting grooves (201); an insulating support member (202) is arranged in the mounting groove (201).
7. The parallel stacking type arrester with a short line structure as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the insulating support (202) is made of polytetrafluoroethylene.

The parallel stacking type arrester with short line structure as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the outer conductor (1), the inner conductor (2), the short circuit metal cap (5), the short circuit metal rod (401) and the parallel metal sheet (402) are made of brass materials and are protected by electroplating.
