when the action data of the user, which is acquired by the control terminal, meets the preset elevator taking requirement, acquiring the operation data of the elevator, and adjusting the operation state of the elevator in real time according to the action data and the operation data;
when the action data and the running state are determined to simultaneously meet preset elevator taking conditions, the control end acquires monitoring data and operation data corresponding to the user in the elevator;
when the user is determined to leave the elevator according to one or more of the monitoring data, the operation data and the operation state, integrating two or more of the monitoring data, the operation state and the operation data, and generating an elevator taking backup corresponding to the user.

The method for regulating and controlling the running state of the elevator according to claim 1, wherein when the action data of the user acquired by the control terminal meets a preset elevator riding requirement, the running data of the elevator is acquired, and the running state of the elevator is regulated in real time according to the action data and the running data, and the method comprises the following steps:
after the control terminal acquires the identity data of the user, acquiring the floor information of the user and the walking characteristics of the user according to the identity data;
determining the elevator taking demand according to the walking characteristics and a preset first distance range, and determining the elevator taking condition according to the floor information and a preset second distance range, wherein the first distance range is larger than the second distance range.

analyzing the action data to obtain the current position information of the user;
and calculating the walking speed of the user according to the position information and the walking characteristics, and calculating the first moment when the user enters the first distance range according to the walking speed and the position information.

The method for regulating and controlling the running state of the elevator according to claim 3, wherein when the action data of the user acquired by the control terminal meets a preset elevator riding requirement, the running data of the elevator is acquired, and the running state of the elevator is regulated in real time according to the action data and the running data, further comprising:
acquiring a first time interval between the first moment and the current moment, and analyzing the operation data to obtain the current task of the elevator;
and adjusting the operation parameters of the elevator and/or the current task in real time according to the time relation between the execution time of the current task and the first time interval.

The method for regulating and controlling the operation state of the elevator according to claim 4, wherein the step of acquiring the monitoring data and the operation data corresponding to the user in the elevator by the control terminal when the action data and the operation state are determined to simultaneously meet the preset elevator-taking condition comprises the steps of:
calculating to obtain a second moment when the user enters the second distance range according to the walking speed and the position information;
and acquiring a second time interval between the second moment and the current moment, and adjusting the operation parameters of the elevator and/or the current task in real time so as to enable the elevator to reach the current initial floor of the user in the second time interval.

The method for regulating and controlling the operation state of the elevator according to claim 5, wherein the step of acquiring, by the control terminal, the monitoring data and the operation data corresponding to the user in the elevator when it is determined that the action data and the operation state simultaneously satisfy a preset elevator-taking condition further comprises the steps of:
analyzing the monitoring data to obtain the image data of the user in the elevator environment;
and determining the operation time interval of the user according to the image data, and acquiring the operation data generated in the operation time interval, wherein the operation data comprises one or more of floor trigger data, door opening and closing data and alarm call data.

The method for regulating and controlling the operation state of the elevator according to claim 6, wherein the integrating two or more of the monitoring data, the operation state and the operation data to generate the elevator riding backup corresponding to the user when determining that the user leaves the elevator according to one or more of the monitoring data, the operation data and the operation state comprises:
determining the departure time of the user according to the image data;
and acquiring one or more of the monitoring data, the operation data and the running state of the elevator in a preset time period before and after the elevator leaving time.

The method of claim 7, wherein the integrating the two or more of the monitoring data, the operating status, and the operating data to generate an elevator-taking backup corresponding to the user when the user is determined to leave the elevator according to one or more of the monitoring data, the operating data, and the operating status further comprises:
acquiring two or more of the monitoring data, the operation state and the operation data, generating an elevator taking backup when receiving an elevator taking backup request of a user, and sending the elevator taking backup to a terminal device of the user;
and receiving a backup processing instruction of the terminal equipment, wherein the backup processing instruction comprises personal belongings identification and marking, elevator taking fault detection and floor information memory and updating.
