Abstract
本发明公开一种碳币装置,其包含有一机体及一设于机体内的记价电路,而该记价电路至少包含有一处理单元、一记忆单元、一通讯单元及一碳量计算模块,以此,让该碳币装置可依据耗能数据,进行设备的碳排放量计算,并进一步计算出一可得的有价数字币,且生成一碳币交易。

技术领域
本发明隶属一种碳币交易的技术领域,具体而言是指一种碳币装置,以此供能配合设备实时计算碳排量,并转换及储存有价的数字币,以方便使用者进行碳币的交易。
背景技术
为了达成减缓温室气体排放的目标,人们对于减碳的方法一般采用诱因策略,以碳交易进行碳排放权[亦称碳权]的买卖,以通过市场机制的运作,来有效管制碳排放总量。
然而,不论何种交易模式都是以大型企业或国家间的交易为主,反而对于碳排放占大宗的中小型企业或个人[下称小个体],由于其碳排放因不易形成经济规模而未能建立有效的碳权交易系统,影响到人们减碳的意愿;
换言之,如能让小个体也能进行有效的碳权交易,则不仅可以改变碳权交易被少数大型企业当成垄断及敛财的工具的现况,也能让小个体投入减碳行列及取回减碳利益,进而快速且有效减缓温室效应。因此,如何发展一种适用小个体的碳权交易模式,让碳权交易能在有制度的条件下进行,是当今非常重要的议题,亦为本发明所欲探讨的内容。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于能让小个体间能进行碳币交易,以鼓励小个体投入减碳行列及取回碳权利益,可供创造其经济效益。
本发明的另一主要目的在于能对小个体提供诱因,以达成快速且有效减缓温室气体排放的目标,供通过市场机制的运作,来有效管制碳排放总量。
本发明的再一主要目的在于能实时计算碳排量,使一般小个体能随时随地进行碳币的交易,让小个体可享有减碳利益及意愿积极减碳。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供一种碳币装置,其供连接一认证装置及一交易管理主机进行碳排计算及碳币交易,该碳币装置至少包含有:
一机体;
一记价电路,其设于机体内,该记价电路至少包含有一处理单元、一记忆单元、一通讯单元及一碳量计算模块,其中该处理单元用于执行内建程序及处理各项数据,而该连接处理单元的记忆单元用于储存程序、有价数字币及各项数据,又该通讯单元连接该处理单元,供与前述的交易管理主机及认证装置进行连线以接收及传送各项指令及数据,又该碳量计算模块连接该处理单元,该碳量计算模块用于依据耗能数据进行碳排放量的计算。
在本发明一实施例中,其中,该碳币装置的处理单元进一步连接有一电力蓄电单元,该电力蓄电单元包含有一电力管理单元、至少一电力端口及至少一蓄电单元,且该电力管理单元用于管控电力通过每一该电力端口输入或输出每一该蓄电单元,且该电力蓄电单元连接该处理单元配合碳量计算模块进行碳排量的计算。
在本发明一实施例中,其中,该碳币装置的电力蓄电单元供与该认证装置间进行电力转换。
在本发明一实施例中,其中,该碳币装置的通讯单元为WiFi模块、蓝牙模块、近场感应模块、以太模块或其中至少两者的组合。

具体实施方式
本发明碳币装置的详细构成,则如图1、图2,该碳币装置30由一机体300及一设于机体300内的记价电路301所组成,且如图4,供与一设于设备的认证装置20选择性连接,使得该认证装置20能与记价电路301形成电性连接,让该多个碳币装置30可通过该认证装置20与一设于远端的交易管理主机10进行碳量计算及有价数字币更新;
其中该碳币装置30的记价电路301至少包含有一处理单元31、一记忆单元32、一通讯单元33及一碳量计算模块34,其中该处理单元31可用于执行内建程序及处理各项数据,而该连接处理单元31的记忆单元32可用于储存程序、有价数字币及各项数据,又该通讯单元33连接该处理单元31,供该碳币装置30与前述的交易管理主机10及认证装置20进行连线以接收及传送各项指令及数据,且该通讯单元33可以是无线或有线的连接技术,如WiFi模块、蓝牙模块、近场感应模块[NFC]、以太模块[Ethernet]或其中至少两者的组合,又该碳量计算模块34连接该处理单元31,该碳量计算模块34可用于依设备的行程距离、输出扭力、马达转速、移动速度、用电度量等数据进行碳排放量的计算,且储存于该记忆单元32内。再者,根据某些实施例,其中该处理单元31进一步连接有一电力蓄电单元35,又该电力蓄电单元35可用于与该认证装置20间进行电力转换,该电力蓄电单元35可以包含有一电力管理单元351、至少一电力端口352及至少一蓄电单元353,其中该电力管理单元351可用于管控电力通过每一该电力端口352输入或输出每一该蓄电单元353,且该电力蓄电单元35可连接该处理单元31配合碳量计算模块34进行碳排量的计算。
以此,能组成一种可进行碳排计算及碳币交易数据传输的碳币装置。
而本发明的碳币装置30可应用于至少一设备[如电动自行车、电动机车、电动四轮车或非电力驱动的行动载具等、割草机、电动工具、咖啡机、电风扇、吸尘器或非电力驱动的机器装备等],如图3、图4,该碳币装置30可应用在设于自行车80或割草机90的认证装置20上,其中该认证装置20具有检知该设备的行程距离、动力输出、马达转速、运动速度、用电度量等耗能数据的功能,且该认证装置20可选择性与该碳币装置30形成通信连接及电气连接,又该碳币装置30与该认证装置20可与一远端的交易管理主机10形成通信连接,供相互传输数据,进行至少一碳币交易;
而本发明的实际使用方法可由下列实施例进一步了解,诸如:
实施例1行动载具的碳币交易;
其如图2、图3及图4,该应用的自行车80装设有一认证装置20,可供与一碳币装置30相互连接,且该认证装置20或碳币装置30进一步可与该交易管理主机10相互通讯传送指令与数据。操作上,首先,当该自行车80启动行进时,该认证装置20可以检知该车辆此次运行后包含但不限定的行程距离、动力输出、马达转速、运动速度、用电度量等耗能数据,又该碳币装置30可利用通讯单元33与该认证装置20相互连线、且接收前述的耗能数据,并生成一碳币交易;其次,当该碳币装置30在接收到前述的耗能数据后,可以通过该碳币装置30的碳量计算模块34计算出该车辆此次运行的第一碳排放量;之后,该碳币装置30可以自行或通过认证装置20将含有第一碳排放量等耗能数据的碳币交易事件上传至该交易管理主机10;接着,该交易管理主机10可依据前述上传的碳币交易事件的数据向该车辆的交易者发送替代宣告咨询,包含但不限定交易者该移动行程的其他替代方案,并依据公告的标准碳排参数等数据计算出一第二碳排放量;紧接着,该交易管理主机10进一步依据前述的第一、二碳排放量的差异,配合其他预定的参考数据如红利系数,而计算出一交易者可得的有价数字币;再接着,该交易管理主机10将前述的有价数字币记入该碳币交易事件中,并更新相关记录,供进行后续管理;最后,该交易管理主机10将前述有价数字币数据下载至该交易者的碳币装置30中进行更新,如此该交易者即可使用该碳币装置30中的有价数字币进行有价交易,而完成整个碳币交易。
实施例2机器装备的碳币交易;
其如图2及图4,当应用于割草机90时,该割草机90连接有一认证装置20,供碳币装置30与该认证装置20相互连接,且该认证装置20或碳币装置30进一步可与该交易管理主机10相互通讯传送指令与数据。操作上,首先,当该割草机90启动运转时,该认证装置20可以检知此次启动后包含但不限定的运转等耗能数据,又该碳币装置30可利用通讯单元33与该认证装置20相互连线、且接收前述的耗能数据,并生成一碳币交易事件;其次,当该碳币装置30在接收到前述的耗能数据后,可以通过该碳币装置30的碳量计算模块34计算出该设备此次运转的第一碳排放量;之后,该碳币装置30可以自行或通过认证装置20将含有第一碳排放量等耗能数据的碳币交易事件上传至该交易管理主机10;接着,该交易管理主机10可依据前述上传的碳币交易事件的数据向该设备的交易者发送替代宣告咨询,包含但不限定交易者该割草机90的其他启动替代方案,并依据公告的标准碳排参数等数据计算出一第二碳排放量;紧接着,该交易管理主机10进一步依据前述的第一、二碳排放量的差异,配合其他预定的参考数据如红利系数,而计算出一交易者可得的有价数字币;再接着,该交易管理主机10将前述的有价数字币记入该碳币交易事件中,并更新相关记录,供进行后续管理;最后,该交易管理主机10将前述有价数字币数据下载至该交易者的碳币装置30中进行更新,如此该交易者即可使用该碳币装置30中的有价数字币进行有价交易,而完成整个碳币交易。
经由前述可知,本发明的碳币装置能让小型企业或个人的各小个体间能进行碳币交易,并储存有价数字币,供进行有价交易,利用其能让交易者随时随地直接进行买卖交易的诱因,以鼓励小个体投入减碳行列及享有减碳利益,以快速且有效达成减缓温室气体排放的目标,供通过市场机制的运作,来有效管制碳排放总量,可供创造其经济效益,从而增加产品的附加价值。
Claims (4)
1.一种碳币装置,其供连接一认证装置及一交易管理主机进行碳排计算及碳币交易,其特征在于,该碳币装置至少包含有:
一机体;
一记价电路,其设于机体内,该记价电路至少包含有一处理单元、一记忆单元、一通讯单元及一碳量计算模块,其中该处理单元用于执行内建程序及处理各项数据,而该连接处理单元的记忆单元用于储存程序、有价数字币及各项数据,又该通讯单元连接该处理单元,供与前述的交易管理主机及认证装置进行连线以接收及传送各项指令及数据,又该碳量计算模块连接该处理单元,该碳量计算模块用于依据耗能数据进行碳排放量的计算。
2.如权利要求1所述的碳币装置,其特征在于,该碳币装置的处理单元进一步连接有一电力蓄电单元,该电力蓄电单元包含有一电力管理单元、至少一电力端口及至少一蓄电单元,且该电力管理单元用于管控电力通过每一该电力端口输入或输出每一该蓄电单元,且该电力蓄电单元连接该处理单元配合碳量计算模块进行碳排量的计算。
3.如权利要求2所述的碳币装置,其特征在于,该碳币装置的电力蓄电单元供与该认证装置间进行电力转换。
4.如权利要求1所述的碳币装置,其特征在于,该碳币装置的通讯单元为WiFi模块、蓝牙模块、近场感应模块、以太模块或其中至少两者的组合。
