Referring to fig. 4, when the pressure in the cavity of the constant volume combustion bomb is required, if only a spraying experiment is required, the air inlet valve of the nitrogen air inlet and outlet switch is opened, at this time, the opening signal of the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller is transmitted to the electromagnetic valve switches (1)/(2) and (4) in the gas storage device, the nitrogen in the nitrogen cylinder enters the constant volume combustion bomb, and the pressure sensor on the constant volume combustion bomb continuously monitors the environmental pressure in the constant volume combustion bomb. If the electromagnetic valve needs to do a combustion experiment, an air inlet valve of an air inlet and outlet switch is opened, at the moment, signals of a monitoring control system are transmitted to electromagnetic valve switches (3) and (4) in the gas storage device, air in the air bottle enters the constant volume bomb, a pressure sensor on the constant volume bomb continuously monitors the internal environment pressure of the constant volume bomb, and the internal environment pressure value of the constant volume bomb is displayed on a parameter data display; if the air inlet pressure is not reduced enough to continue to charge before reaching the set threshold value of the background pressure in the constant volume bomb, the air compressor switch can be pressed to pressurize the air, the parameter data display can display the air pressure indication in the constant volume burning bomb, the pressure data in the constant volume bomb can be simultaneously transmitted to the upper computer, and if the upper computer judges that the pressure in the constant volume burning bomb is higher than the set pressure, the upper computer automatically stops the air inlet into the constant volume bomb, namely, closes the electromagnetic valve switch of the air bottle; when the pressurization of the given volume combustion bomb is finished, the exhaust is carried out according to an exhaust switch, at the moment, signals of the monitoring control system are transmitted to an electromagnetic valve switch in the gas storage device, wherein the electromagnetic valve switches (1), (2) and (3) are closed, and the electromagnetic valve switch (4) is opened to discharge waste gas into the atmosphere; meanwhile, the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller continuously monitors the air pressure in the constant volume combustion bomb, and the exhaust is automatically stopped when the air pressure reaches a set threshold value or can be manually stopped by an operator. When the condition in the constant volume combustion bomb needs to be checked, the LED light source is only required to be turned on by pressing, and the LED light source illuminates the condition in the constant volume bomb through the window, so that an operator can observe the condition in the constant volume bomb conveniently. When fuel is required to be injected into the constant volume combustion bomb, the oil temperature adjusting switch can be pressed to adjust the oil temperature, the oil pump fan switch can be pressed to adjust the oil pressure, and the oil pump parameter can be adjusted on the oil pump controller.
When the constant volume combustion bomb is required to be filled with fuel gas, only the fuel gas pressurizing switch on the fuel gas pressurizing controller is required to be pressed, and the fuel gas pressurizing has certain danger, so that the number of the fuel gas pressure display screen is required to be observed in the process of fuel gas pressurizing, and meanwhile, an alarm can be generated in the upper computer, so that an operator can press the fuel gas to be cut off in emergency at abnormal time conveniently. The high-power direct-current constant-voltage constant-current power supply is equipment for controlling the oil injection parameters of the oil injector. When the oil is sprayed, in order to prevent the oil sprayer from being influenced by high-temperature gas in the constant-volume combustion bomb, a cooling system switch can be pressed to cool the oil sprayer at the moment, so that the oil sprayer runs stably, and experimental precision is not influenced.
As shown in FIG. 5, the electrical coordination process related to the whole system mainly gives a control signal to the upper computer, and starts the corresponding module, and at the moment, the indicator lights on the corresponding module receive the upper computer signal and start to give light. Meanwhile, signals are transmitted to a singlechip and a controller under the module through corresponding pins, and equipment with requirements is opened through related electric control valves, electric control switches and the like. The corresponding relevant parameters on the equipment are transmitted to a data display and an upper computer under the corresponding module through a data line after being measured by a sensor. After the upper computer sets given parameters, the corresponding parameter data returned by the sensor is adjusted to a certain extent for the electric control valve and the electric switch, so that the data received by each parameter data display and the upper computer are changed in real time, and the adjustment is stopped when the corresponding parameters reach a certain range of the set parameters, thereby realizing feedback adjustment and finally realizing the corresponding parameter change. In the same way, the whole system adopts a manual speed regulating button and an emergency stop button so as to ensure that the system can process when in fault and further protect equipment. The electric appliance cooperation in the process mainly relates to the control of the emergency stop button on the electric control valve, the electric control switch and the corresponding indicator lamp, namely, signals are given after the emergency stop button is pressed, the electric control valve and the electric control switch are closed, and meanwhile, the corresponding indicator lamp is closed. After the speed regulating button is manually rotated, the size of the passing current in the corresponding circuit is changed, so that the opening degree of the electric control valve and the electric control switch is controlled, and the change and adjustment of parameters under the corresponding module are ensured.

Claims (1)

1. The integrated monitoring control system based on the constant volume combustion bomb system comprises constant volume combustion bombs and is characterized by further comprising an upper computer, a constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller, a high-pressure oil pump, a gas pump and a gas storage device, wherein the upper computer is in signal connection with the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller, the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller is in signal connection with the high-pressure oil pump and the gas pump, the high-pressure oil pump and the gas pump are both communicated with the constant volume combustion bomb, the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller is in signal connection with the gas storage device, and the gas storage device is communicated with the constant volume combustion bomb;
the upper computer is used for monitoring real-time data uploaded by the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller and sending a control command to the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller;
the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller is used for carrying out spraying and combustion experiments of the constant volume combustion bomb according to the command of the upper computer, acquiring various parameters in the constant volume combustion bomb in real time for display, and uploading the various parameters to the upper computer;
the high-pressure oil pump is used for injecting fuel oil into the constant-volume combustion bomb according to the command of the constant-volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller;
the gas pump is used for spraying gas into the constant volume combustion bomb according to the command of the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller;
the gas storage device is used for being controlled by the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller, conveying nitrogen or air into the constant volume combustion bomb and discharging waste gas in the constant volume combustion bomb;
the upper computer has the selection functions of an automatic mode and a manual mode,
when an automatic mode is selected, the upper computer automatically controls the integrated monitoring control system based on the constant volume combustion bomb system to perform experiments;
when the manual mode is selected, an operator manually operates the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller to perform experiments;
the gas pump is communicated with a gas pressurizing device, and the gas pressurizing device is used for pressurizing gas;
the high-pressure oil pump is provided with an oil temperature adjusting device and an oil pump fan device, wherein,
the oil temperature adjusting device is used for controlling and adjusting the oil temperature of the fuel oil by the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller;
the oil pump fan is used for controlling and adjusting the fuel oil pressure by the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller;
the constant volume combustion bomb comprises an oil sprayer, a cooling system, an electric heating unit, a temperature sensor, a pressure sensor and an LED light source,
the oil sprayer is arranged in the constant volume combustion bomb, the high-pressure oil pump is communicated with the constant volume combustion bomb through the oil sprayer, and the oil sprayer is used for spraying out the fuel oil in an atomizing way;
the cooling system is used for cooling the oil sprayer according to the command of the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller so as to enable the oil sprayer to stably operate;
the electric heating unit comprises an electric heating wire transformer and an electric heating wire, wherein the electric heating wire is arranged in the constant volume combustion bomb, and the electric heating wire transformer is controlled by the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller so as to control the temperature in the constant volume combustion bomb;
the temperature sensor is connected with the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller and is used for uploading temperature data to the constant volume combustion bomb integrated monitoring controller in real time;

the gas storage device comprises a nitrogen cylinder, an air cylinder, a nitrogen electric control valve, an air electric control valve and an exhaust electric control valve, wherein the nitrogen cylinder and the air cylinder are respectively communicated with the air inlet end of the exhaust electric control valve through the nitrogen electric control valve and the air electric control valve, the air inlet/exhaust end of the exhaust electric control valve is communicated with the inside of the constant volume bomb, the exhaust end of the exhaust electric control valve is connected with an exhaust pipe, and the exhaust pipe is led to the outside;
the air compressor is arranged on the gas storage device and is used for pressurizing a nitrogen bottle and an air bottle in the gas storage device;
