As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, in case that the first link assembly includes the first link 41, the second link assembly includes the fourth link 43 and the fifth link 44, and the fourth link 43 is hinged with the first inner case 31 and the second inner case 32; the fifth rod 44 is hinged with the first inner box 31 and the second shell 2; in the process of switching the unfolding state to the folding state, the first rod piece 41, the third rod piece 42 and the fifth rod piece 44 are parallel and close to each other; during the switching from the collapsed state to the expanded state, the first rod 41, the third rod 42 and the fifth rod 44 are parallel and distant from each other.
Therefore, the link mechanism can stably and reliably rotate in the state switching process of the inner box, so that the inner box can be stably switched between the unfolding state and the folding state.
As shown in fig. 1, according to an embodiment of the present invention, the first link assembly, the second link assembly, and the third link 42 are respectively provided in two sets and are respectively provided at both sides of the inner case in the width direction. Like this, can be so that the motion of interior box is more stable, the overall structure of storing box is also more firm, elegant appearance more simultaneously. For example, two sets of first link assemblies, two sets of second link assemblies, and two sets of third link assemblies 42 are respectively provided on the left and right sides of the inner box.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, a rotation limiting member is provided between at least one of the first casing 1 and the second casing 2 and the link mechanism, and the rotation limiting member is adapted to limit the inner box from further rotating in the unfolded state.
Like this, after interior box switches to the expanded state, owing to rotate the limiting displacement of locating part to link mechanism, can avoid interior box to take place further expansion again based on the expanded state to box stability in the expanded state in guaranteeing.
As shown in fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present invention, each of the first and second housings 1 and 2 is formed with a side wall for mounting a first link assembly, a second link assembly and a third link 42, one end of the third link 42 is hinged to the side wall of the first housing 1, the other end of the third link 42 is hinged to an upper end of an innermost inner box, the second link assembly is respectively hinged to the side wall of the second housing 2 and a plurality of inner boxes, and in an open position, the mounting position of the third link 42 assembly is located between the third link 42 and the second link assembly.
As shown in fig. 4, according to an embodiment of the present invention, a second storage groove 11 is provided on an inner wall of at least one of the first and second housings 1 and 2. In this way, by additionally providing the second storage groove 11 on the first housing 1 or the second housing 2, a storage space with more layers can be formed, so that more articles can be stored in the limited space of the storage box.
As shown in fig. 3, according to one embodiment of the present invention, at least one of the first and second housings 1 and 2 is provided with a handle or a grip groove 21. Like this, convenience of customers opens or closes the storing box, and is more convenient, do benefit to the operation, has improved user's use and has experienced. For example, the outer surface of the second housing 2 is provided with an inwardly recessed hand catching groove 21, and a user can put a hand into the hand catching groove 21 to operate when opening or closing the storage box.
According to one embodiment of the invention, the storage box further comprises a position fixing component. The position fixing assembly is arranged on the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 and is suitable for fixing the first shell 1 and the second shell 2 at the closed position. The position fixing component comprises one of a magnetic attraction component, a clamping component and an elastic component. Like this, when the user opened the storing box, the position fixed subassembly can provide the damping, prevents that the storing box from opening because of the dead weight to can close the process at the storing box and play the helping hand effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the first housing 1 is provided with a magnetic attraction member, and the second housing 2 is provided with a magnetic attraction mating member; or the first shell 1 is provided with a clamping groove, and the second shell 2 is provided with a clamping block; still alternatively, a spring is provided between the first casing 1 and the second casing 2.
A storage cabinet according to a second aspect of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, a locker according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: the invention provides a storage box and a storage cabinet body in an embodiment of a first aspect. Wherein, the storage box is arranged on the storage cabinet body.
The effect of the storage cabinet according to the embodiment of the invention is similar to that of the storage box according to the embodiment of the invention, and the invention is not repeated herein.
It will be appreciated that the cabinet may be a refrigerator, a retail cabinet, a showcase, a cabinet, a wardrobe, or the like.
As shown in FIG. 11, according to one embodiment of the invention, the locker body comprises a door body 5, and the storage boxes are arranged on the inner wall of the door body 5. Therefore, the storage space capable of being stored in multiple layers can be formed in the door body 5, the space near the door body 5 is effectively utilized, the influence on the normal work of the storage cabinet is avoided, and the user can conveniently take and place articles.
As shown in fig. 12, in an embodiment of the present invention, an outer surface of the first casing 1 is fixed to an inner wall of the door body 5, and the second casing 2 is provided with a handle slot 21, so that a user can open or close the storage box by turning over the second casing 2.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, the first casing 1 is mounted on the inner wall of the door body 5, and the inner box is adapted to be switched from a folded state to an unfolded state with the downward turning of the second casing 2. Therefore, the storage box is convenient for a user to operate so as to open or close the storage box.
One embodiment of a storage cabinet according to the present invention is described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1 to 12, the storage cabinet is a refrigerator, the first casing 1 is fixed on the inner wall of the door 5, the inner box comprises a first inner box 31 located at the inner side and a second inner box 32 located at the outer side, the third rod 42 is hinged to the upper ends of the first casing 1 and the first inner box 31, the second link assembly comprises a fourth rod 43 located at the inner side and a fifth rod 44 located at the outer side, the fourth rod 43 is hinged to the first inner box 31 and the first casing 1, the fifth rod 44 is hinged to the first inner box 31 and the second inner box 32, and in the open position, the fourth rod 43 and the fifth rod 44 are arranged at an included angle. The first link assembly includes a first lever 41, the first lever 41 is hinged with the first case 1, the first inner case 31 and the second inner case 32, respectively, and in the open position, the first lever 41 is located between the third lever 42 and the second link assembly.
It will be appreciated that the first lever 41, the first inner case 31, the second inner case 32, and the fifth lever 44 together form a four-bar linkage-like mechanism, and the first lever 41, the first inner case 31, the first case 1, and the third lever 42 also together form a four-bar linkage-like mechanism.
All be formed with first storing groove 33 in box body 31 and the second in the first box body 32, be equipped with a plurality of storing compartments in the second on the first storing groove 33 of box body 32, be equipped with second storing groove 11 on the inner wall of first casing 1.
The user can close the storage box by pushing the second housing 2 upward, and in the closed position, the first and second inner cases 31 and 32 are folded and received in the receiving space; the storing box can be opened through the pulling second casing 2 downwards to the user, in the in-process of switching to the open position, fourth member 43 drives first interior box body 31 and rotates, box body 31 rotates downwards under the drive of fourth member 43 and the spacing of third member 42 in first interior, thereby drive first member 41 and rotate, and then box body 32 rotates and expandes in first member 41 drives the second again, thereby realize the expansion in multilayer space, in the open position, box body 31 in first, box body 32 and first casing 1 are parallel to each other in the second.
According to the storage cabinet of the invention, taking the storage cabinet as a refrigerator as an example, an independent openable multi-layer space is designed on a refrigerator door body 5, the multi-layer space realizes linkage by utilizing a link mechanism (namely a first link assembly, a second link assembly and a third link 42), and the expansion or retraction of the inner box can be realized through the link mechanism by turning over the second shell 2 back and forth.
The second casing 2 drives the linkage of other parts through link mechanism, finally realizes that all parts are closed to in an airtight space (accommodation space promptly), realizes getting the closed state in all spaces behind the article, and the storing box occupies minimum door 5 space this moment, finally realizes that the part in door upper space refines and deposits to realize local multispace's automatic expansion and closure through a upset action.

Claims (15)

1. A storage box, comprising:
a first housing and a second housing rotatably connected and adapted to be switched between an open position and a closed position in which the first housing and the second housing are closed and together define an accommodation space;
the inner box is respectively and rotatably connected with the first shell and the second shell through a connecting rod mechanism;
the first shell and/or the second shell drive the inner box to be switched between an unfolded state and a folded state through the connecting rod mechanism;
in the closed position, the inner box is in a folded state and is positioned in the accommodating space; in the open position, the inner box is in an expanded state.
2. A storage box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the bottom wall of the inner box is parallel to a first setting plane during switching between the expanded state and the collapsed state.
3. A storage box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the inner box includes at least one inner box body, the inner box body is provided with a first storage slot, the linkage mechanism includes a first linkage assembly and a second linkage assembly, and the inner box is rotatably connected with the first housing via the first linkage assembly and rotatably connected with the second housing via the second linkage assembly.
4. A storage box as claimed in claim 3, wherein the first link assembly comprises a first lever which, in the case of a plurality of inner shells, is hinged to the first housing and the plurality of inner shells.
5. A storage box as claimed in claim 3, wherein said second linkage assembly comprises a second rod hinged to said second shell and to said plurality of inner boxes in the case of a plurality of said inner boxes.
6. A storage box as claimed in claim 4 or 5, wherein the inner box comprises a first inner box and a second inner box, the first inner box is located inside the second inner box, and the upper end of the first inner box is rotatably connected with the first shell or the second shell through a third rod.
7. A storage box as claimed in claim 6, wherein, in the case where the first link assembly comprises a first rod, the second link assembly comprises a fourth rod and a fifth rod, the fourth rod being hinged to the first and second inner cases; the fifth rod piece is hinged with the first inner box body and the second shell;
in the process that the inner box is switched from the unfolding state to the folding state, the first rod piece, the third rod piece and the fifth rod piece are parallel and close to each other; in the process that the inner box is switched from the folded state to the unfolded state, the first rod piece, the third rod piece and the fifth rod piece are parallel and far away from each other.
8. A storage box as claimed in claim 6, wherein the first link assembly, the second link assembly and the third link assembly are provided in two groups and are provided on both sides of the inner box in the width direction, respectively.
9. The storage box according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a rotation limiting member is provided between at least one of the first housing and the second housing and the link mechanism, and the rotation limiting member is adapted to limit the inner box from further rotating in the unfolded state.
10. A storage box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein a second storage slot is provided on an inner wall of at least one of the first and second shells.
11. A storage box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein at least one of the first and second shells is provided with a handle or a clasp slot.
12. A storage box as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising:
the position fixing assembly is arranged on the first shell and the second shell and is suitable for fixing the first shell and the second shell at the closed position;
the position fixing component comprises one of a magnetic suction component, a clamping component and an elastic component.
13. A stowage bin, comprising:
a magazine according to any one of claims 1 to 12;
the storage cabinet comprises a storage cabinet body, wherein the storage boxes are arranged on the storage cabinet body.
14. The storage cabinet of claim 13, wherein the storage cabinet body comprises a door body, and the storage boxes are mounted on the inner wall of the door body.
15. The storage cabinet of claim 14, wherein the first housing is mounted on an inner wall of the door, and the inner box is adapted to switch from the stowed state to the deployed state in response to the second housing being flipped downward.
