A hand-held head device according to claim 2, wherein: the clamping assembly comprises a cover plate, plate clamps and a tensioning spring, wherein the plate clamps are arranged on two opposite sides of the cover plate, and the plate clamps are slidably connected onto the cover plate through the tensioning spring.
