一种手动和电控复合式燃气阀,包括阀主体、阀盖、开关旋钮、阀杆、开关阀芯、顶杆、弹簧、电磁阀组件、主火阀芯、主阀盖和微电机,电磁阀组件固定在电磁阀安装座上、电磁阀芯与电磁阀芯座配合,开关阀芯设在开关阀芯腔内,顶杆穿过弹簧、导向孔与电磁阀芯配合,阀杆与阀盖的阀杆通道转动配合,阀杆的驱动板与卡槽相对应,顶杆的上端嵌入阀杆下端的沉孔内;盖板覆盖导气腔和进气腔且密封,主火阀芯设在主火阀芯腔内,微电机固定在主阀盖上,主阀盖与驱动腔扣合,微电机驱动主火阀芯。开关阀芯腔及开关阀芯的设置,长明火点燃,开关开关阀芯腔和主阀芯腔之间气路及调节燃气量,电控阀自动控制。

本发明涉及燃气阀。
背景技术
目前现有技术,中国发明专利201410469795.0,一种自动控温燃气阀,包括有一燃气源进口、一电磁阀、一母火喷嘴、一电控阀、至少一主火出口,该电磁阀包括电磁阀体和电磁阀座,燃气源进口作为电磁阀阀座的进气口,母火喷嘴和电控阀的进气口分别与电磁阀座的出气口连通,该电磁阀体控制其阀座进气口与出气口的连通或关闭,主火出口作为该电控阀的出气口,该电控阀用于控制主火出口的开关与出气量大小,电磁阀与电控阀的动作受温度传感反馈装置控制。存在问题是:电磁阀控制母火通断,但是不能控制电控阀的进气量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:提供一种手动和电控复合式燃气阀,它具有手动开关、点燃长明火及控制电控阀进气量,电控阀自动控制的特点。
本发明是这样实现的:一种手动和电控复合式燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:它包括阀主体、阀盖、开关旋钮、阀杆、开关阀芯、顶杆、弹簧、电磁阀组件、主火阀芯、主阀盖和微电机,
阀主体包括进气腔、电磁阀安装座、电磁阀芯座、前开口的开关阀芯腔、长明火管路、下开口的导气腔、前开口的主火阀芯腔、主出气腔和盖板,电磁阀安装座与电磁阀芯座相对,电磁阀安装座、电磁阀芯座和开关阀芯腔连通且在一条直线上,开关阀芯腔与导气腔和长明火管路连通,导气腔、主火阀芯腔和主出气腔依次连通;
开关阀芯包括一端开口的芯体部、设在芯体部上的开关导气孔、长明火导气孔、容置腔、设在隔板上的导向孔和设在容置腔上的卡槽;
主火阀芯包括一端开口的筒形座和一端开口的主芯体部,主芯体部上设有气量调节孔组;
电磁阀组件固定在电磁阀安装座上、电磁阀芯与电磁阀芯座配合,开关阀芯设在开关阀芯腔内,顶杆穿过弹簧、导向孔与电磁阀芯配合,阀杆与阀盖的阀杆通道转动配合,阀杆的驱动板与卡槽相对应,顶杆的上端嵌入阀杆下端的沉孔内;盖板覆盖导气腔和进气腔且密封,主火阀芯设在主火阀芯腔内,微电机固定在主阀盖上,主阀盖与驱动腔扣合,微电机驱动主火阀芯。
所述的一种手动和电控复合式燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述进气腔设在阀主体后部一端且电磁阀座和电磁阀芯座相邻,进气腔的端部设有进气接口管。
所述的一种手动和电控复合式燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述主火阀芯腔设在阀主体的一端且与所述电磁阀座和电磁阀芯座相邻。
所述的一种手动和电控复合式燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述主出气腔的后部设有出气接口管。
所述的一种手动和电控复合式燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:所述阀主体上还包括设有与主阀芯腔上连通的支出气管路、与主出气腔连通的支进气管路和转换座,转换座与支出气管路和支进气管路连通,
主芯体部上还设有支气量孔;
还包括转换阀芯,转换阀芯与转换座连接;支气量孔与支进气管路相对应。
所述的一种手动和电控复合式燃气阀,其特殊之处在于:静态时,所述主火阀芯的气量调节孔组最大气量孔与导气腔连通,在突然停电或停电的状态下,转动所述开关阀芯调节气量控制功率。

阀主体1包括进气腔11、电磁阀安装座12、电磁阀芯座121、前开口的开关阀芯腔13、长明火管路14、下开口的导气腔15、前开口的主火阀芯腔16、主出气腔17和盖板18,电磁阀安装座12与电磁阀芯座121相对,电磁阀安装座12、电磁阀芯座121和开关阀芯腔13在一条直线上,进气腔11、电磁阀芯座121和开关阀芯腔13依次连通,开关阀芯腔13与导气腔15通过开关出气孔131连通、通过长明火孔132与长明火管路14连通;导气腔15、主火阀芯腔16和主出气腔依次连通;主火阀芯腔16和导气腔15通过主进气孔151连通;
开关阀芯3包括一端开口的芯体部31、设在芯体部上的开关导气孔311、长明火导气孔312、容置腔32、设在隔板上的导向孔33和设在容置腔上的卡槽321;结构是现有技术
主火阀芯5包括一端开口的筒形座51和一端开口的主芯体部52,主芯体部52上设有气量调节孔组53;如图9所示,气量调节孔组53由若干直径向不同进气调节孔组成;气量调节孔组53与主进气孔151配合
电磁阀组件4固定在电磁阀安装座12上、电磁阀组件4的电磁阀芯与电磁阀芯座121配合,开关阀芯3设在开关阀芯腔13内,顶杆24穿过弹簧、导向孔33与电磁阀组件4的电磁阀芯配合,阀杆23与阀盖21的阀杆通道转动配合,阀杆23的驱动板231与卡槽321相对应,顶杆24的上端嵌入阀杆23下端的沉孔232内;盖板18覆盖导气腔15和进气腔11且密封,主火阀芯5设在主火阀芯腔16内,微电机7固定在主阀盖6上,主阀盖6与驱动腔扣合,微电机7驱动筒形座51使主火阀芯5转动。
装配后,静态下,气量调节孔组53的最大直径的进气调节孔与主进气孔151相对应;
当停电或突然停电时,开关阀芯3转动调节气量,实现调节功率;
开关阀打开后,燃气取暖器的主控板根据设定的温度,控制微电机转动,主火阀芯5转动自动调节出气量,实现调节功率;采用这样的的技术方案,实现手动控制和电控相结合,不仅相互协同,还可以分别单独工作。
作为本发明的进一步改进:所述进气腔11设在阀主体1后部一端且电磁阀座12和电磁阀芯座121相邻,进气腔11的端部设有进气接口管111;
所述主火阀芯腔16设在阀主体1的一端且与所述电磁阀座12和电磁阀芯座121相邻;
所述主出气腔17的后部设有出气接口管171。
作为本发明的更进一步改进:如图5所示,所述阀主体1上还包括设有与主阀芯腔16上连通的支出气管路161、与主出气腔连通的支进气管路162和转换座163,转换座163与支出气管路161和支进气管路162连通,
主芯体部52上还设有支气量孔54;
还包括转换阀芯8,转换阀芯8与转换座163连接;支气量孔54与支出气管路161相对应。
转换座163上设有螺纹腔部、转换阀芯座和气路,转换阀芯座、气路和支进气管路162连通;
转换阀芯8包括螺纹部和芯部;螺纹部与螺纹腔部螺合,芯部与转换阀芯座配合;
当芯部与转换阀芯座嵌合时,为液化气状态;
当芯部与转换阀芯座分离时,为天然气状态。

按压开关旋钮22,阀杆23的的驱动板231进入卡槽321内,并驱动顶杆24,顶杆24驱动电磁阀组件的电磁阀芯离开电磁阀芯座121;按压的同时并逆时针方向转动开关旋钮22,开关阀芯3的长明火导气孔312与长明火孔132连通,长明火管路14点燃;
再继续转动,开关阀芯3的开关导气孔311与开关出气孔131连通并调节气量,开关阀实现关、开及调节气量的功能;
点燃后,电磁阀组件由热电偶供电保持状态,熄火后,断电保护;
微电机在燃烧器装置的电控装置的控制下,驱动主火阀芯,自动调节功率。

阀主体包括进气腔、电磁阀安装座、电磁阀芯座、前开口的开关阀芯腔、长明火管路、下开口的导气腔、前开口的主火阀芯腔、主出气腔和盖板,电磁阀安装座与电磁阀芯座相对,电磁阀安装座、电磁阀芯座和开关阀芯腔在一条直线上,开关阀芯腔与导气腔和长明火管路连通,导气腔、主火阀芯腔和主出气腔依次连通;
开关阀芯包括一端开口的芯体部、设在芯体部上的开关导气孔、长明火导气孔、容置腔、设在隔板上的导向孔和设在容置腔上的卡槽;
主火阀芯包括一端开口的筒形座和一端开口的主芯体部,主芯体部上设有气量调节孔组,气量调节孔组由若干直径不同的进气调节孔组成;
电磁阀组件固定在电磁阀安装座上、电磁阀芯与电磁阀芯座配合,开关阀芯设在开关阀芯腔内,顶杆穿过弹簧、导向孔与电磁阀芯配合,阀杆与阀盖的阀杆通道转动配合,阀杆的驱动板与卡槽相对应,顶杆的上端嵌入阀杆下端的沉孔内;盖板覆盖导气腔和进气腔且密封,主火阀芯设在主火阀芯腔内,微电机固定在主阀盖上,主阀盖与驱动腔扣合,微电机驱动主火阀芯;
所述阀主体上还包括设有与主阀芯腔上连通的支出气管路、与主出气腔连通的支进气管路和转换座,转换座与支出气管路和支进气管路连通,
主芯体部上还设有支气量孔;
