Abstract
本发明提出了一种新坝型,这种新坝型可以叫做石笼堆砌自密实混凝土浇筑坝。具体的是将石笼技术和自密实混凝土技术相结合,改进了传统的自密实混凝土堆石坝石料上坝技术。本发明有利于缩短工期,减小了块石石料的制取和运输难度,增大了坝体的整体强度,同时有利于促进格宾网格技术的发展和应用,有利于推动自密实混凝土堆石坝的发展。

技术领域
本发明属于水利工程坝工技术领域,具体的是一种石笼堆砌自密实混凝土浇筑坝。
背景技术
石笼被广泛用于交通,水利,市政,园林,水土保持等工程项目中,是一种新工艺,新技术,新材料的生态格网结构。早在2000多年前李冰父子采用竹编石笼修建都江堰水利工程;钢筋石笼被用于水利工程导截流领域;格宾石笼被用于生态护岸护坡挡墙等。
自密实混凝土被称为“近几十年中混凝土建筑技术最具革命性的发展”,被广泛用于诸多工程领域,比如自密实混凝土堆石坝领域。自密实混凝土具有非常好的流动性,可以依靠自身重力流动填充堆石体的空隙。然而堆石上坝是目前影响自密实混凝土堆石坝发展的一大难题,大多采用卡车运输,这样效率较低,影响工期。
发明内容
为了解决以上问题,对自密实混凝土堆石坝的石料上坝技术方案进行了改进,结合石笼新技术提出了石笼堆砌自密实混凝土浇筑坝,主要包括石笼、石料和自密实混凝土,石笼可以是钢筋石笼也可以是铅丝格宾石笼,石料可以是卵石也可以块石,石料被装在石笼内部,石料的粒径不小于石笼孔径,装有石料的石笼主要通过塔吊运输至坝面,在坝面进行码放,就像码头码放的集装箱一样,同时上下层,前后层石笼之间应该形成错缝,就像砖砌的墙一样,石笼码放好之后浇筑自密实混凝土,让自密实混凝土填充石笼之间和石料之间的空隙,这样逐层堆砌浇筑,直至完成整个坝体的施工。石笼所用的钢筋或格宾网格在坝体大体积混凝土中充当加筋和纤维的作用,可提高整个坝体的强度。采用石笼上坝对石料的要求较低,在坝面上减少了卡车和挖掘机等施工机械,减少了卡车带来的污泥杂物,石笼里的石料相较于卡车里面的石料更便于清洗。

本发明属于一种石笼堆砌自密实混凝土浇筑坝,包括石笼、石料和自密实混凝土。所述石笼可以是钢筋石笼也可以是铅丝格宾石笼,所述石料可以是卵石也可以块石。
所述石料被装在所述石笼内部,所述石料的粒径不小于所述石笼孔径。
装有所述石料的所述石笼通过塔吊运输至坝面,在坝面进行码放,就像货轮装载集装箱一样,同时上下层,前后层所述石笼之间应该形成错缝,就像砖砌的墙一样,所述石笼码放好之后浇筑所述自密实混凝土,让所述自密实混凝土填充所述石笼之间和所述石料之间的空隙,这样逐层堆砌浇筑,直至完成整个坝体的施工。
所述石笼所用的钢筋或格宾网格在坝体大体积混凝土中充当加筋和纤维的作用,可提高整个坝体的强度。采用所述石笼上坝对所述石料的要求较低,在坝面上减少了卡车和挖掘机等施工机械,减少了卡车带来的污泥杂物,石笼里的石料相较于卡车里面的石料更便于清洗。

1.石笼堆砌自密实混凝土浇筑坝,包括石笼、石料和自密实混凝土,所述石料被装在所述石笼内部,所述石料的粒径不小于所述石笼孔径,装有所述石料的所述石笼在坝面进行码放,码放的上下层,前后层所述石笼之间应该形成错缝,所述自密实混凝土填充所述石笼之间和所述石料之间的空隙。
