(7) After the bundled cotton bale 2 enters the bale covering mechanism 3, under the action of the pushing force of the cotton bale 2, the cotton cloth stitched front end face and the cylindrical cotton cloth cover move along with the cotton bale and completely cover the cotton bale, and then the cotton bale moves to the cotton bale conveying platform 10, and the cotton bale conveying platform 10 accurately places the wrapped cotton bale at a designated position of the end face finisher 72 through a positioning sensor;

The cotton cloth wrapping method disclosed by the invention has the advantages that the cotton cloth blanking is relatively simple, and the cotton bag can be completed by only cutting one cutter according to the fixed length; the above-disclosed stitching route is three line segments, and the difficulty of automatic stitching can be low.

the bagging mechanism comprises a sleeve and an open type feeding port arranged at the front end of the sleeve, the open type feeding port is positioned at the rear side of the bag pushing rod, and the sleeve is of a horizontal C-shaped structure;
the pre-forming mechanism comprises a forming frame, a cotton cloth storage and conveying mechanism and a traction mechanism, wherein the forming frame comprises an auxiliary frame and an open frame body fixedly arranged with the auxiliary frame, a sleeve is inserted into the open frame body, a pre-forming sewing mechanism is further fixedly arranged at the top of the open frame body, and a herringbone kneading and arranging mechanism for kneading edges of the cotton cloth is further arranged at the front side of the bottom of the pre-forming sewing mechanism;
the cotton cloth storage and conveying mechanism comprises a traction roller, a unreeling shaft and a transition roller which are arranged in parallel, and the traction roller is driven by a first driving motor and conveys cotton cloth to the open frame body through the transition roller;
the traction mechanism is arranged at the rear side of the open frame body and comprises a connecting frame fixedly arranged at the top of the auxiliary frame and conveying rollers vertically arranged at two sides, and the conveying rollers are arranged at two ends of the connecting frame and reversely move to convey and tighten cotton cloth under the action of a second driving motor;
the main sewing mechanism comprises a sewing machine frame, an end face collator arranged on the side wall of the sewing machine frame and a bidirectional cylinder which is symmetrically arranged on a connecting plate between the sewing machine frames along the vertical direction, wherein the top end of the bidirectional cylinder is also fixedly provided with a moving guide rail of the end face sewing machine, the moving guide rail is vertically arranged with the cotton cloth conveying direction and clamps the cotton cloth under the relative motion action of the bidirectional cylinder, and the end face sewing machine and the cutting knife are correspondingly and slidingly arranged on the moving guide rail and move along the moving guide rail and sew and cut off the cotton cloth under the driving of a stepping motor.

An on-line cotton bale wrapping apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein: the end face collator comprises an end face frame fixedly arranged at the outer end of the side wall of the stitching machine frame and a cloth guide plate correspondingly arranged in the end face frame, the corresponding positions of the side wall of the stitching machine frame and the end face frame are provided with collating grooves, the cloth guide plate vertically penetrates through the collating grooves and extends to the inner cavity of the stitching machine frame, the tail end of the cloth guide plate is connected with an auxiliary collating cylinder, and the tail end of the auxiliary collating cylinder is fixedly arranged on the end face frame.
3. An on-line cotton bale wrapping apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein: the cotton bale conveying platform is further arranged on the rear side of the main stitching mechanism, and a positioning sensor is arranged on the cotton bale conveying platform.

An on-line cotton bale wrapping apparatus as defined in claim 1, wherein: the traction mechanism comprises a cloth feeding traction mechanism and a tightening traction mechanism, and the cloth feeding traction mechanism is arranged at the front side of the tightening traction mechanism at intervals.
5. The on-line cotton bale wrapping device and wrapping method according to claim 1, wherein: the cutting knife is arranged at the back of the end surface sewing machine and is internally provided with a spring mechanism.
6. A wrapping method for an on-line cotton bale wrapping device according to any one of claims 2 to 5, characterized by: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) When the machine is started for the first time, the cotton cloth which is matched is stored on a traction roller of a cotton cloth storage and conveying mechanism, the cotton cloth is manually conveyed to the traction mechanism through an open frame body of a forming frame of a preforming mechanism, and the cotton cloth is formed into a preset shape through the combined action of a bagging mechanism and the forming frame;
(3) Starting the control system, driving the conveying rollers at two sides of the traction mechanism to reversely move to convey and tighten the cotton cloth by the second driving motor of the traction mechanism,
(3) The herringbone kneading and finishing mechanism kneads the edges of cotton cloth and sews the cotton cloth into a cylindrical cotton cloth sleeve through the prefabricated sewing mechanism, and then the cylindrical cotton cloth sleeve is conveyed to the main sewing mechanism through the traction mechanism;
(4) The end face finishing device of the main stitching mechanism stacks and finishes the end face cloth of the cotton cloth sleeve under the action of the auxiliary finishing cylinder, and the connecting plate and the lower end face of the moving guide rail are matched with the bidirectional cylinder to finish clamping action on the end face of the cotton cloth sleeve; (5) The end face sewing machine and the cutting knife are driven by a stepping motor to move along a moving guide rail, the end face sewing machine sews two sutures at the front end, and the cutting knife cuts the sewed cotton cloth in the middle of the two sutures at the rear end;
(6) After the step (5) is completed, the bottom shuttle of the sewing machine returns to the original position along with the end surface sewing machine, finishing and sewing of the end surface are completed, then the second driving motor of the tightening and traction mechanism drives the conveying roller to be tensioned in the opposite conveying direction of the cotton bale, a part of cylindrical cotton cloth sleeves are temporarily stored between the cloth feeding and traction mechanism and the tightening and traction mechanism, and then the packaging device enters a standby state;
(7) After the bundled cotton bales enter a bale sleeving mechanism, under the action of cotton bale pushing force, the cotton cloth stitched front end face and the cylindrical cotton cloth cover move along with the cotton bales and completely wrap the cotton bales, and then the cotton bales move to a cotton bale conveying platform, and the cotton bale conveying platform accurately places the wrapped cotton bales at a designated position of an end face collator through a positioning sensor;
(8) The end face sewing machine and the cutting knife are driven by a stepping motor to move along a moving guide rail, the end face sewing machine sews two stitches at the rear end, the cutting knife cuts the sewed cotton cloth between the two stitches at the rear end to form a packaged cotton bag, and meanwhile, the front end face of the next cotton bag is correspondingly tidied and sewed;
the second driving motor of the tightening and traction mechanism drives the conveying roller to be tensioned in the reverse direction of the advancing direction of the cotton bale, and the cotton bale conveying platform conveys the packaged cotton bale to the next production link.

The wrapping method for an on-line cotton bale wrapping device according to claim 6, wherein: the cylindrical cotton cloth cover in the step (3) is formed by wrapping a piece of cotton cloth, cotton cloth q with the width being larger than the sum of the cotton bag length L and the width W and the length being larger than the sum of the cotton bag width W and the height H by two times is wrapped along the left cotton bag side face C, the cotton bag bottom face E, the right cotton bag side face D and the top cotton bag face F, and the herringbone kneading and arranging mechanism is used for sewing the joint of the left cotton bag side face C and the top cotton bag face F.
