The fender is used as an appearance piece and is arranged on two sides of the engine cover plate and above the tire. In a collision of an automobile with a pedestrian, the fender is also often located in the area where the head of the pedestrian is struck; the existing fender is generally and directly arranged on the mounting bracket in the shape of a Chinese character 'ji', weakening holes can be formed in supporting legs of the mounting bracket in the shape of the Chinese character 'ji', and meanwhile, the supporting legs are bent outwards, so that the damage to the head collision of pedestrians is reduced by reducing the supporting rigidity in the vertical direction.

As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the embodiment of the present application discloses a fender mounting assembly, which includes a fender 10, a front cabin side rail upper plate 20, and at least two of the above-mentioned mounting brackets 30, wherein the mounting brackets 30 are disposed in parallel on the outer side of the front cabin side rail upper plate 20.

The connecting portion 311 is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the front cabin side beam upper plate 20, the upper end of the fender 10 extends inwards to form a connecting edge 11, the connecting edge 11 is fixedly connected with the supporting portion 313, preferably, the connecting portion 311 is fixedly welded with the front cabin side beam upper plate 20, the connecting edge 11 and the supporting portion 313 are fixedly connected through bolts and nuts, so that the opening of the bracket body 31 with the 7-shaped structure faces the outer side of the vehicle body, the rigidity of the horizontal plane in the width direction of the vehicle body is improved, the structure has a cantilever characteristic, and a certain crumple space is reserved between the upper surface of the supporting portion 313 and the upper surface of the front cabin side beam upper plate 20.
The elastic member 32 elastically connects the second end 313b of the supporting portion 313 and the connecting portion 311, and when the supporting portion 313 is pressed down to deform the elastic member 12 beyond a predetermined range, the elastic member 32 is separated from the bracket body 31.
In some embodiments of the present application, the elastic member 32 includes a reed 321, and in other embodiments, the elastic member may be a spring or an elastic telescopic rod.
The second end 313b of the support portion 313 is formed with a coupling hole 3131, and the upper end of the reed 321 has a socket portion 322 that can be inserted into the coupling hole 3131 from the lower end of the support portion 313.
The connecting part 311 is connected with a clamping part 314 near the lower end, one end of the clamping part 314, which is far away from the connecting part 311, protrudes upwards to form a clamping tongue 3141, the lower end of the reed 321 is provided with a lap joint part 323, one end of the lap joint part 323 is tilted upwards relative to the reed 323 and forms a bayonet 32a with the reed 321, and the lower side of the lap joint part 323 can be lapped on the upper end surface of the clamping tongue 3141.
The bent portion 312 is formed with a structural weakening hole 312a, facilitating the deformation of the holder body 31,

As shown in the solid line portion of fig. 7, when the fender 10 receives a small collision or pressing force, when the force is transmitted to the mounting bracket 30, the load is offset by the elastic bending deformation of the reed 321, and when the external force is eliminated, the reed 321 returns to its original state, functioning as a certain auxiliary support; as shown in the broken line part of fig. 7, when the force transmitted to the bracket 30 is large, for example, when a pedestrian collides, the reed 321 is bent greatly, and the bracket body 31 is generally stronger than the reed 321 and is not easy to deform, so that the overlap portion 323 rotates to open the mouth, and bending deformation occurs at the same time, and when the design value is achieved, the overlap portion 323 is separated from the clamping tongue 211, so that the mounting bracket 30 is easier to deform and absorb collision energy, and injury to the pedestrian is reduced.

Claims (6)

the elastic piece is elastically connected with the second end of the supporting part and the connecting part, and is separated from the bracket body when the supporting part is pressed down to enable the deformation of the elastic piece to exceed a preset range;
wherein the elastic member comprises a reed;
a connecting hole is formed at the second end of the supporting part, and the upper end of the reed is provided with an inserting part which can be inserted into the connecting hole from the lower end of the supporting part;

the mounting brackets are arranged on the outer side of the front cabin side beam upper plate in parallel, and the connecting part is fixedly connected with the outer side wall of the front cabin side beam upper plate; the upper end of the fender extends inwards to form a connecting edge, and the connecting edge is fixedly connected with the supporting part.
5. The fender mounting assembly of claim 4, wherein the connection portion is welded to the front cabin side rail upper plate.
