The grinding device for recycling the production materials of the automobile casting parts as claimed in claim 1, wherein the clamping device (3) comprises a mounting plate (31), a first sliding groove (32) is formed in the bottom end of the mounting plate (31), the first sliding groove (32) is slidably connected with the second sliding rail (13), a fixing frame (33) is fixedly connected to the top end of the mounting plate (31), the fixing frame (33) is in threaded connection with the threaded rod (15), a third supporting plate (34) is vertically and fixedly connected to the top end of the mounting plate (31), a lower clamping block (35) is fixedly connected to the third supporting plate (34), a telescopic rod (36) is fixedly connected to the top end of the inner wall of the fixing frame (33), a lower clamping block (35) is fixedly connected to the lower end of the telescopic rod (36), a hydraulic cylinder (37) is fixedly connected to the top end of the inner wall of the fixing frame (33), and the output end of the hydraulic cylinder (37) is fixedly connected with the upper clamping block (38).

The grinding device for recycling the production materials of the automobile casting parts as claimed in claim 3, wherein the anti-splashing mechanism (5) comprises a fourth motor (51) fixedly connected to the top end of the fixed frame (33), a second connecting frame (52), a second rotating shaft (56) rotatably connected to the top end of the fixed frame (33), and a baffle (59) slidably connected to the first sliding rail (12), a rotating shaft (53) is rotatably connected to the second connecting frame (52), an output end of the fourth motor (51) is meshed with the rotating shaft (53) through a gear pair (54), first bevel gears (55) are arranged at two ends of the rotating shaft (53), a second bevel gear (57) is arranged at the top end of the second rotating shaft (56), the second bevel gear (57) is meshed with the first bevel gear (55), a second straight gear (58) is arranged at the lower part of the second rotating shaft (56), a second rack (591) is fixedly connected to the baffle (59), and the second rack (591) is meshed with the second straight gear (58).

8. The use of the grinding device for recycling of casting production materials of automobiles as claimed in claim 7, comprising the steps of:
s1: the two clamping blocks are matched to clamp the casting part and move to a position convenient for polishing;
s2: the second motor (43) is started, the first gear (44) is meshed with the rack (25) to be connected with the second fixing frame (41) to drive the second fixing frame to move, the polishing device (491) is moved to the upper side of the casting, the third hydraulic cylinder (47) extends out to enable the polishing device (491) to be in contact with the casting, and the casting is polished through the third motor (49).

s5: after polishing, the material is taken out from the discharge hole and recovered through a handle (72).
