the upper surface of the clamp placing plate 52 and the outer side of the outline of the oil pan are provided with a plurality of fixed limiting blocks 53 and adjustable limiting blocks 54 in a distributed manner, the distance between the adjustable limiting blocks 54 and the outer outline of the oil pan is adjustable, and the fixed limiting blocks 53 and the adjustable limiting blocks 54 are used for limiting the horizontal position of the oil pan;
a plurality of supporting seats 55 are distributed on the upper surface of the clamp placing plate 52 and positioned on the inner side of the outline of the oil pan, and the supporting seats 55 are used for supporting the oil pan upwards and enabling a certain distance to be reserved between the lower surface of the oil pan and the upper surface of the clamp placing plate 52;
the fixture bracket 51 is internally provided with a plurality of lever-type air cylinders 56, pressing levers 561 of the lever-type air cylinders 56 are arranged on the upper surface of the fixture placement plate 52 and are distributed and arranged on the outer side of the outline of the oil pan, piston rods of the lever-type air cylinders 56 penetrate through the fixture placement plate 52 and are connected with connecting rods of the pressing levers 561, the pressing ends of the lever-type air cylinders 56 are used for pushing the pressing ends of the pressing levers 561 to rotate downwards in a vertical plane, the pressing ends of the pressing levers 561 are abutted against the outer surface of the oil pan, the oil pan and the fixture bracket 51 are relatively fixed, and the pressing ends of the lever-type air cylinders 56 are used for pushing the pressing ends of the pressing levers 561 to rotate upwards in the vertical plane, so that the pressing ends of the pressing levers 561 are far away from the oil pan.
As an embodiment, the upper surface of the clamp placement plate 52 is provided with a plurality of proximity switches 57 on the inner side of the outline of the oil pan, and when the proximity switches 57 are triggered on the lower surface of the oil pan, the lever-type cylinder 56 pushes the pressing end of the pressing lever 561 to rotate downwards in the vertical plane, so that the pressing end of the pressing lever 561 abuts against the outer surface of the oil pan, and the oil pan and the clamp bracket 51 are relatively fixed.
As an implementation manner, the equipment rack 1 is provided with a touch display screen 8, the touch display screen 8 is electrically connected with the control cabinet 6, and the touch display screen 8 is used for displaying torsion values of the filter bracket and the threaded hole.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the oil pan 10 is provided with a screw hole for mounting the filter holder 9.
The working flow of the invention is as follows:
the front working, screwing the lower thread of the filter bracket 9 into the threaded hole of the oil pan 10 for installing the filter bracket 9;
installation of the oil pan 10: placing the oil pan 10 on the upper surface of the clamp placing plate 52, enabling all the fixed limiting blocks 53 and the adjustable limiting blocks 54 to be matched with the oil pan 10, and supporting the oil pan 10 through the supporting seat 55, when the oil pan 10 is placed in place and the proximity switch 57 is triggered, pushing the pressing end of the pressing lever 561 to rotate downwards in a vertical plane by the lever type air cylinder 56 until the pressing end of the pressing lever 561 abuts against the outer surface of the oil pan, so that the oil pan is fixed on the clamp placing plate 52, and the installation of the oil pan is completed;
mounting of the filter holder 9: the first pushing cylinder 262 pushes the origin clamping block 263 to move backwards in the horizontal plane so as to enable the origin clamping block 263 to be separated from the origin clamping groove 2641, the first lifting cylinder 24 pushes the sliding plate 22 to descend along the guide rail 21 until the screwing tool head 32 contacts with the filter support 9 and is assembled, the screwing tool head 31 drives the screwing tool head 32 to rotate, the screwing tool head drives the filter support to rotate so as to screw the filter support into a threaded hole on the oil pan (and in the rotating process, the first lifting cylinder 24 can continuously push the sliding plate 22 to descend along with the descending of the filter support), the torque meter 33 detects torque data of the filter support and the threaded hole (the torque of the filter support and the threaded hole is equal to the torque output by the electric torque wrench) and transmits the torque data to the control cabinet 6 for storage, and the control cabinet 6 stores the torque data and displays the torque value through the touch display screen 8;
when the torque value reaches a preset value, the electric torque wrench 31 drives the screwdriver head 32 to rotate in the direction so as to separate the screwdriver head from the filter support, then the first lifting cylinder 24 pushes the sliding plate 22 to ascend along the guide rail 21 to an ascending position, and the first pushing cylinder 262 pushes the origin clamping block 263 to move forwards in the horizontal plane so as to clamp the origin clamping block 263 into the origin clamping groove 2641, so that the sliding plate 22 stays at the ascending position;
and (3) detecting the height of the filter support: the second pushing cylinder 43 pushes the guide mounting plate 42 to move forwards in the horizontal plane until the displacement ruler 45 moves to be right above the filter support 9, the second lifting cylinder 44 pushes the displacement ruler 43 to descend until the lower surface of the displacement ruler 43 is attached to the upper surface of the filter support 9, the detection end of the displacement sensor 46 contacts and compresses the upper surface of the threaded hole, the distance from the upper surface of the threaded hole to the upper surface of the filter support 9 is detected through the displacement sensor 46, the height of the upper surface of the filter support 9 is obtained, whether the filter support 9 is installed qualified is judged, after detection is finished, the second lifting cylinder 44 pushes the displacement ruler 43 to ascend and reset, and the second pushing cylinder 43 pushes the guide mounting plate 42 to move backwards to an initial position in the horizontal plane;
after the above operation is completed, the lever cylinder 56 pushes the pressing end of the pressing lever 561 to rotate upward in the vertical plane to unset the oil pan 10, and then the assembled acceptable product (the assembled oil pan and the filtered oil are directly) can be taken out.

the height detection assembly (4) and the lifting sliding table (2) are both arranged on the upper surface of the placement table (11), the tightening assembly (3) is arranged on the lifting sliding table (2), the lifting sliding table (2) is used for driving the tightening assembly (3) to descend right above the threaded hole after the filter support is preassembled in the threaded hole, so that the tightening assembly (3) is close to the filter support and assembled with the filter support, the tightening assembly (3) is used for driving the filter support to rotate so as to screw the filter support into the threaded hole, torque data of the filter support and the threaded hole are detected and transmitted to the control cabinet (6) for storage, the tightening assembly (3) is also used for reversely rotating so as to be separated from the filter support after the torque of the filter support and the threaded hole reaches a preset value, and the lifting sliding table (2) is also used for driving the tightening assembly (3) to ascend so as to be far away from the filter support after the tightening assembly (3) is separated from the filter support;
the height detection assembly (4) is used for detecting the distance between the upper surface of the filter bracket and the upper surface of the threaded hole after the filter bracket is screwed into the threaded hole, and transmitting the detected distance data to the control cabinet (6) for storage; the device is characterized in that a detection mounting bracket (12) and a sliding table mounting bracket (13) are arranged on the placement table (11), the detection mounting bracket (12) is arranged on the upper surface of the placement table (11), the sliding table mounting bracket (13) is arranged at the top of the detection mounting bracket (12), the height detection assembly (4) is arranged in the detection mounting bracket (12), and the lifting sliding table (2) is arranged on the sliding table mounting bracket (13); the front surface of the sliding table mounting bracket (13) is provided with a front side fixing plate (131), and the top of the sliding table mounting bracket (13) is provided with a top fixing plate (132);

A slide plate limiting block (25) for limiting the lowest movement position of the slide plate (22) is arranged at the bottom end of the front surface of the front side fixing plate (131);
the tightening assembly (3) comprises an electric torque wrench (31), a screwing tool head (32) and a torque meter (33), wherein a wrench fixing module (231) is arranged on the upper surface of the wrench fixing frame (23), the electric torque wrench (31) is arranged on the wrench fixing module (231), the wrench fixing module (231) is used for fixing the electric torque wrench (31) and limiting the horizontal position of the electric torque wrench (31), the rotating end of the electric torque wrench (31) penetrates through the wrench fixing module (231) and the wrench fixing frame (23), the screwing tool head (32) is arranged at the bottom of the rotating end of the electric torque wrench (31), the screwing tool head (32) is used for being assembled with a filter bracket, the electric torque wrench (31) is used for driving the screwing tool head (32) to rotate in the horizontal plane, and the torque meter (33) is arranged on the electric torque wrench (31), and the torque meter (33) is used for detecting torque force output by the electric torque wrench (31) and transmitting the torque force data to the control cabinet (6);
