本发明属于化妆品制备技术领域,具体涉及一种虾青素唇膏。
背景技术
嘴唇基本上是一个薄膜组织,比周围面部的皮肤光滑,颜色红润,敏感而显眼,但非常脆弱。唇部很容易受到外界环境的影响,如电脑辐射,天气干燥,疲劳,紫外线的侵害,生活环境污染以及年龄的增加使弹性变弱,直接导致皱纹增多,甚至蔓延到唇线以外。
然而现在市场上的唇膏多以矿物油与矿物蜡为主要原料,长期涂抹在嘴唇上,尤其是饮食时一部分的唇膏进入体内,长期使用对身体产生一定的影响。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种具有滋润保湿皮肤,预防色素沉淀、增进皮肤光泽与弹性、减缓衰老、避免肌肤松弛生皱等功效的虾青素唇膏。
为实现该目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种虾青素唇膏,包括以下重量份的原料:蜂蜡2-4份、核桃油3-5份、虾青素0.1-0.3份、玫瑰油1-3份、聚酯-410-30份、聚乙烯10-30份、大豆磷脂1-3份。
进一步地,所述的虾青素为酯化虾青素。
进一步地,所述的酯化虾青素制备原料为为雨生红球藻、虾、蟹中的一种或几种混合物。
进一步地,所述的酯化虾青素的提取方法为超临界流体萃取法。
进一步地,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)蜡基料制作:选取淡黄色的蜂蜡将其加热至60-70摄氏度,搅拌融化;
(2)油基料制作:将核桃油、玫瑰油、聚酯-4、聚乙烯、大豆磷脂加热至80摄氏度搅拌均匀;
(3)混合搅拌:将油基料融入蜡基料中,搅拌分散10分钟,制成膏体;
(4)冷却:对膏体进行搅拌冷却,搅拌冷却过程中向其内部加入虾青素;
(5)灌装:出料放入装料桶中,冷却至常温,进入灌装工序;灌注成型、脱模。
对于本发明来说,虾青素的添加具有增强免疫力的功效,即虾青素能明显增强机体局部和全身的免疫能力,这种免疫调节特性与抗氧化性相结合,在防止疾病的发生与传播中发挥重要作用。实验表明,类胡萝卜素可以减缓由衰老引起的免疫能力下降,提高机体免疫器官功能,增强对恶劣环境的抵抗力。更重要的是虾青素能增强体内T细胞的功能,增加嗜中性白细胞、自然杀伤细胞的数目,参与机体细胞免疫;虾青素还可以增加免疫系统中B细胞的活力,消灭外源入侵的病原体,通过协助产生抗体并提高其他免疫组分的活性发挥作用,如促进免疫球蛋白的产生,增加IgG(免疫球蛋白G)、IgA(免疫球蛋白A)和IgM(免疫球蛋白M)的生成量,增强体液免疫反应能力,提高动物的免疫力。
虾青素作为一种天然功能着色剂,是迄今为止人类发现自然界最强的抗氧化剂,其淬灭单线态氧和捕捉白由基的能力比p-胡萝卜素高10余倍,比维生素E则强100多倍,抗氧化性是维生素C的6000多倍,由于其天然的抗氧化活性,它可以有效防止皮肤的光老化、减少UVA和UVB对皮肤的伤害、延缓细胞衰老、减少黑色素沉积,增强机体免疫力,同时虾青素具有非凡的抗炎活性,对于包括唇炎在内的多种炎症均有良好的治疗和预防作用,此外,虾青素特有的色泽可以让双唇更显弹性、张力和润泽感。但是由于游离状态的虾青素稳定性差,在在自然状态下极易发生氧化褪色,故限制了其在产品中的应用,而酯化后的虾青素在稳定性、吸收利用率和防水性方面均得到改善,具有优良的抗氧化活性和抗炎功效,兼具抗皱、防晒、抗炎、着色等功。
本发明无香精,添加玫瑰油,具有很好的美容护肤作用,能分解唇部积累色素,加速养分和水分的平衡,强化细胞毒素的排出,具有抗老、保湿及防皱功效,令唇部颜色看起来更加健康与滋润。玫瑰油是天地间唯一能深入肌肤和人体内循环却不留化学残留的天然保养元素的油,是一种萃取天然植物的花、叶等部位的芳香液态物质,油的分子结构很小,更为皮肤所接受,吸收率近乎完美,最重要的是自然、纯净、无副作用。
本发明以自然界中存在的酯化虾青素作为原料,将其用于唇膏的制作中,酯化后的虾青素不但稳定性提高,同时比游离虾青素容易被机体组织吸收利用,通过向其中添加核桃油、玫瑰油,使得该唇膏香味更加浓郁,具有滋润保湿皮肤,预防色素沉淀、增进皮肤光泽与弹性、减缓衰老、避免肌肤松弛生皱等功效。

(1)蜡基料制作:选取淡黄色的蜂蜡2g将其加热至60-70摄氏度,搅拌融化;

3.根据权利要求2所述的一种虾青素唇膏,其特征在于,所述的酯化虾青素制备原料为为雨生红球藻、虾、蟹中的一种或几种混合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种虾青素唇膏,其特征在于,所述的酯化虾青素的提取方法为超临界流体萃取法。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种虾青素唇膏,其特征在于,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)蜡基料制作:选取淡黄色的蜂蜡将其加热至60-70摄氏度,搅拌融化;
(2)油基料制作:将核桃油、玫瑰油、聚酯-4、聚乙烯、大豆磷脂加热至80摄氏度搅拌均匀;
(3)混合搅拌:将油基料融入蜡基料中,搅拌分散10分钟,制成膏体;
(4)冷却:对膏体进行搅拌冷却,搅拌冷却过程中向其内部加入虾青素;
(5)灌装:出料放入装料桶中,冷却至常温,进入灌装工序;灌注成型、脱模。
