In another embodiment, the paper tube is made of ceramic, the wrapping bag is made of PLA, the cooling element is made of heat-resistant plastic, six air passing holes are formed in the cooling element, one of the air passing holes is formed along the central axis of the cooling element, and the rest air passing holes are symmetrically arranged around the central axis; the metal sheet with good heat conductivity is a copper sheet, the thickness of the copper sheet is 0.45mm, and the width of the copper sheet is 2.5mm. The aerosol generating substrate is mint particles, and the mint particles are prepared by drying, grinding and granulating stems and leaves of mint; the particle size of the mint particles is 0.2mm. The aperture of each cooling air inlet is 0.2mm, and the distance between every two adjacent cooling air inlets is 6mm. The grain diameter of the fragrance-carrying particles is 4mm, and the volume of the fragrance-carrying particles is 3/16 of the volume of the second cavity.
Optionally, the cooling element 3 is made of PLA material, the first hollow section 9 being hollow inside.
A method of making a device for generating smoke for suction, comprising the steps of:
(1) When in preparation, firstly, the paper tube 1 is taken and a cooling air inlet 7 is arranged at a preset position of the paper tube; secondly, preparing a cooling element 3 with a preset shape by adopting ceramics;
(2) During filling, the prepared and molded heating extension sheet 12 is filled into a wrapping bag, the central axis of the heating extension sheet is ensured to be coincident with the central axis of the wrapping bag, then the aerosol generating substrate is filled into the wrapping bag, the granular aerosol generating substrate is completely packaged into a cylindrical fuming strip through the single wrapping bag 5 made of non-woven fabric materials, and the cylindrical fuming strip is sealed after being filled and compacted; coating white latex on the outer wall of the sealed wrapping bag, then quickly pushing the wrapping bag into a paper tube for filling, and ensuring that the end of the wrapping bag is flush with the end face of the paper tube;
(3) Finally, the cooling element 3, the aroma-carrying particles 8 and the filter tip 4 are sequentially filled into the paper tube from the other end of the paper tube; the axial positioning of the cooling element 3 during filling is achieved by inserting positioning elements from the cooling air inlet openings 7.
When the device for generating the smoke for suction is used, the aerosol generating substrate cannot fall into a heating appliance because the aerosol generating substrate is wrapped by the wrapping bag in the process of inserting the heating body; and because the wrapping bag is stuck on the inner wall of the paper tube by the white latex, the wrapping bag can not move or deform when the heating body is inserted. When the heating body starts to heat, a user sucks smoke through the filter tip, and at the moment, part of cold air can be supplemented into the cooling air inlet hole in the first hollow section to reduce the temperature of the smoke; after the smoke passing through the first hollow section passes through a cooling element similar to a Venturi tube, the temperature of the smoke is further reduced, and after the smoke enters the second cavity, the smoke is mixed with aroma components volatilized from the aroma-carrying particles and further exchanges heat with the tube wall of the second hollow section, so that the temperature of the smoke is reduced to the temperature capable of being sucked; at this time, the smoke enters the filter tip to filter out harmful impurities and is sucked by a user.
Compared with the prior art, the device for generating smoke for suction has the following beneficial effects:
(1) According to the invention, the granular aerosol generating substrate is wrapped by the wrapping bag and then glued (stuck) on the inner wall of the paper tube through the white latex, the granular aerosol generating substrate is completely packaged into a cylindrical smoke generating strip through the single wrapping bag made of non-woven fabric, then the smoke generating strip is filled into the paper tube, the left end face of the smoke generating strip is flush with the left end face of the paper tube, and the right end face of the paper tube is flush with the right end face of the filter element; on one hand, the aerosol generating substrate is tightly wrapped by the structure, and when the heating body is inserted into the aerosol generating product, the wrapping bag can prevent the granular aerosol generating substrate from falling off, so that the problem of falling off is solved; on the other hand, the aerosol generating substrate is wrapped in the wrapping bag when being filled into the paper tube, and the wrapping bag can limit the rolling of the aerosol generating substrate, so that the granular aerosol generating substrate can not roll in the filling process, the cost of the barrier piece is saved, the suction resistance in the paper tube is further reduced, and the satisfaction degree of a user is improved. The smoking strip is adhered to the inner wall of the paper tube through the white latex adhesive, so that the smoking strip is prevented from moving or deforming in the insertion process of the heating body, and the structure of a product is further optimized and improved.
(2) The length of the wrapping bag is 35mm, so that the length of the aerosol generating substrate filled in the wrapping bag is 35mm, and compared with a heating body in a smoking set in the prior art, the aerosol generating substrate has a dead angle of about 15mm and cannot be heated by the heating body; however, the heating extension sheet is added in the wrapping bag, and due to the existence of the heating extension sheet, the heating body in the traditional smoking set can not only heat the aerosol generating substrate with the length of 20mm, but also transfer heat to a dead angle which cannot be heated by the heating body through the heating extension sheet to further heat the aerosol generating substrate in the dead angle; the aerosol-generating substrate of the invention is longer in length for an equivalent diameter and therefore can produce a sufficient volume of smoke for a user to smoke, thereby meeting the smoking requirements of a user requiring a sufficient volume of smoke.
(3) The invention is also provided with a first hollow section and a second hollow section, wherein a paper tube wall of the first hollow section is provided with a cooling air inlet hole, and the cooling air inlet hole is used for supplementing air in the suction process so as to reduce the temperature of smoke generated by aerosol generating products; the flavor-carrying particles are filled in the second hollow section, so that the taste of smoke generated by the aerosol generating substrate can be further improved, and the use experience of a user is improved. When the fragrance-carrying particles are filled, they may reciprocate between the first hollow section and the second hollow section through the smoke passage, which does not affect their effectiveness. According to the invention, the circular truncated cone-shaped/frustum-shaped cooling element is arranged, so that smoke generated by aerosol generating substrates is further cooled when passing through the cooling element, and the cooling element is equivalent to a Venturi tube at the moment, so that the cooling effect is particularly obvious, and the user is ensured not to feel that the mouth is scalded when sucking.
(4) According to the invention, the heating extension sheet is arranged into an M shape, so that on one hand, the coverage area of the heating extension sheet is increased, thereby improving the heat transfer efficiency of the heating extension sheet, and on the other hand, the joint is convenient to arrange, and the heating body is prevented from being blocked by the heating extension sheet when being inserted into an aerosol generating product, so that the heating body is prevented from being bent; the leakage of aerosol generating substrates caused by that the heating body pushes the heating extension sheet to puncture the wrapping bag can also be avoided.

Claims (8)

1. An aerosol generating article with sufficient smoke volume, comprising a paper tube (1), an aerosol generating substrate (2), a cooling element (3), a filter element (4), a wrapping bag (5), a smoke channel (6), a cooling air inlet (7), aroma-enhancing particles (8), a first hollow section (9), a second hollow section (10), white latex (11), a heating extension sheet (12), a joint (13), and is characterized in that: the aerosol generating substrate, the first hollow section, the cooling element, the second hollow section and the filtering element are sequentially and adjacently arranged in the hollow paper tube, the aerosol generating substrate is granular, the granular aerosol generating substrate is completely packaged into a cylindrical smoke generating strip through a single wrapping bag made of non-woven fabric, white latex is coated on the outer wall of the wrapping bag, the smoke generating strip is adhered to the inner wall of the paper tube through white latex, the left end face of the smoke generating strip is flush with the left end face of the paper tube, the right end face of the paper tube is flush with the right end face of the filtering element, the cooling element is made of ceramic or aluminum foil and is conical, the conical tip part of the cooling element is arranged towards one side of the filtering element and is positioned on the central axis of the paper tube, one or more flue gas channels are formed in the cooling element, the flue gas channels penetrate through the cooling element along the axial direction, the filter element is formed by wrapping polylactic acid fibers with tipping paper, the cooling element is filled between the smoking strip and the filter element, a first hollow section is reserved between the smoking strip and the cooling element, a plurality of cooling air inlets are formed in the paper tube wall of the first hollow section, the plurality of cooling air inlets are distributed in an array manner along the circumferential direction, the cooling air inlets penetrate through the paper tube wall, a second hollow section is reserved between the cooling element and the filter element, perfume-carrying particles are filled in the second hollow section, and the volume of the perfume-carrying particles is 1/8-1/3 of the volume of the second hollow section; still be filled with a heating extension piece in the parcel bag, the setting of the axis direction of heating extension piece along the parcel bag is in the one end that the parcel bag is close to the cooling element, and the heating extension piece is buckled by the good foil of heat conductivity and is formed, and its shape is "M" shape, and heating extension piece opening one end sets up towards the cooling element, and the heating extension piece seals one end depressed part and is the joint.

A smoke rich aerosol generating article according to claim 1, wherein the thermally conductive foil is an iron or copper foil having a thickness of 0.3mm and a width of 3mm, the heating extension sheet (12) extends over a distance of 20mm in the axial direction of the pack, and the engaging opening (13) extends over a distance of 5mm in the axial direction of the pack.

An aerosol generating article according to claim 2, wherein the length of the paper tube is 60-65mm, the length of the smoking stick is 20mm, the height of the cooling element is 10mm, the length of the filter element is 12-15mm, the length of the first hollow section is 5-10mm, the aperture of the cooling air inlet hole is 0.1mm, the distance between two adjacent cooling air inlet holes is 4-8mm, the length of the second hollow section is 5mm, the minimum distance between the cooling element and the filter element is 3mm, and the particle size of the aerosol generating substrate is 0.1-0.3 mm; the length of parcel bag is 35mm, the diameter of flue gas passageway bottom surface: diameter of cooling element bottom surface =3, diameter of flue gas passageway top surface: the diameter of the top surface of the cooling element =3, and the grain size of the aroma-enhancing blasting beads is 3-5mm; the heating extension piece extends for a distance of 20mm on the axis of the wrap-bag and the engagement opening extends for a distance of 5mm on the axis of the wrap-bag.

An aerosol generating product with a sufficient smoke volume according to claim 3, wherein the smoke channel (6) is opened along the central axis of the cooling element, the opening of the smoke channel is opened on the bottom surface of the cooling element, and the total area of the opening of the smoke channel is about 2/3 of the bottom area of the cooling element; the flue gas channel is in a truncated cone shape, the taper of the flue gas channel is the same as that of the cooling element, and the cooling element is of a structure similar to a Venturi tube.

The aerosol generating product with sufficient smoke quantity according to claim 4, wherein six or nine smoke channels (6) are formed in the cooling element (3), the smoke channels penetrate through the cooling element, one of the smoke channels is formed along a central axis of the cooling element, the rest smoke channels are symmetrically arranged around the central axis and are obliquely arranged relative to the central axis, the total area of openings of the smoke channels is about 1/2-3/4 of the bottom area of the cooling element, and the volume of the aroma-enhancing blasting beads is 1/8-1/4 of the volume of the second hollow section.
6. An aerosol-generating article according to claim 5, wherein the temperature reducing member (3) is alternatively made of a PLA material or a porous ceramic, and the first hollow section (9) is hollow therein.

An aerosol generating product with sufficient smoke according to claim 5, wherein the paper tube is made of heat-resistant plastic, the wrapping bag is made of PLA, and the cooling element is made of silica gel; the metal sheet with good heat conductivity is an aluminum sheet, the thickness of the aluminum sheet is 0.6mm, and the width of the aluminum sheet is 2mm; the aerosol generating substrate is tea particles, the tea particles are prepared by drying, grinding and granulating tea, and the particle size of the tea particles is 0.1mm; the aperture of each cooling air inlet is 0.3mm, and the distance between every two adjacent cooling air inlets is 8mm; the grain diameter of the fragrance-carrying particles is 5mm, and the volume of the fragrance-carrying particles is 1/8 of the volume of the second cavity.
8. A method of making a smoke replete aerosol generating article comprising the smoke replete aerosol generating article of claim 5, comprising the steps of:
(1) When in preparation, firstly, the paper tube (1) is taken and a cooling air inlet (7) is arranged at a preset position of the paper tube; secondly, preparing a cooling element (3) with a preset shape by adopting ceramics;
(2) When filling, firstly filling the prepared and molded heating extension sheet (12) into a wrapping bag, ensuring that the central axis of the heating extension sheet coincides with the central axis of the wrapping bag, then filling the aerosol generating substrate into the wrapping bag, completely packaging the granular aerosol generating substrate into a cylindrical fuming strip through a single wrapping bag (5) made of non-woven fabric materials, and sealing after being tightly filled; coating white latex on the outer wall of the sealed wrapping bag, quickly pushing the wrapping bag into a paper tube for filling, and ensuring that the end of the wrapping bag is flush with the end face of the paper tube;
