The following describes an information processing method for a commodity provided in an embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 3a, fig. 3a is a schematic flowchart of an information processing method for a commodity according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method is applied to a store management server in a commodity synchronization system shown in fig. 2. The commodity synchronization system comprises the shop management server, a user terminal and a cross-border e-commerce transaction server, wherein the shop management server is in communication connection with the user terminal, and the shop management server is in communication connection with the cross-border e-commerce transaction server, as shown in fig. 3a, the method comprises the following steps:
step 310, receiving a synchronization message from the user terminal.
The synchronization request message is used for indicating a target commodity, the target commodity is a commodity selected by a user on the user terminal and requesting information synchronization, the target commodity comprises one or more commodities of a target store, the target store is one or more of a plurality of cross-border e-commerce stores associated with a target account, the target account is an account registered by the user at a store management service platform of the store management server, and the information is used for indicating at least one of the following information: commodity information, price, preferential policies;
wherein the information may further include: the information of the commodity pictures, the fluctuation data of the historical prices, the optimal recommended prices and the like is understood to be not unique, and the information of the commodities needing to be synchronized can be set by a user in a self-defined mode.
Specifically, after selecting a target commodity, a user may select information that needs to be synchronized, for example, after the user selects a certain sports shoe on the terminal device, the user may simultaneously select commodity information such as price, picture, and preferential policy that need to be synchronized for the sports shoe.
The method comprises the following steps that a user lays one or more cross-border e-shops needing to be managed on a shop management server for authorization, and after the authorization is successful, the shop management server performs commodity management on shops on a cross-border e-shop platform, wherein the commodity management comprises commodity synchronization and commodity matching; after the authorization is completed, the store management server can comprehensively acquire all commodity information of all authorized stores, then send the acquired information to the user terminal, and the user terminal displays a plurality of pieces of information including all commodities on the user terminal.
Referring to fig. 3c, fig. 3c is a simplified interface diagram of a user terminal according to an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3c, a region 31 in the diagram is a function selection region, where a function selection is performed on a commodity displayed on a store management server at 31, and functions such as batch pairing, batch product synchronization, and the like may be performed; the 32 area is an information type of the goods, and as shown in fig. 3c, the goods such as: information such as commodity state, picture, ASIN/MSKU (Merchant Stock Keeping Unit), etc., the area 33 is a specific information display corresponding to a certain commodity, as shown in fig. 3c, it shows that a deleted or unsalable commodity cannot be synchronously selected, because the commodity is placed off the shelf in the cross-border e-commerce transaction server; the commodity synchronization refers to the access of the shop management server to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server, information acquisition is carried out on commodities selected by a user, the information is sent to a user terminal, and the user terminal updates and displays the information.
Optionally, the attention degree of the user to the commodities can be set in specific implementation, and meanwhile, a sorting display function is provided, and the commodities with high attention degrees are preferentially displayed. Illustratively, the attention degree can be obtained by setting an attention weight of a certain commodity by a user, or the number of update synchronization times of checking or clicking a certain commodity by the user can be recorded by a user terminal, and the more frequent checking times/the number of update synchronization times represent the higher attention degree.
Therefore, in the example, the information required to be synchronized is set by the user in a self-defined manner, and the user is given an autonomous selected way to perform synchronous updating, so that the requirements of most users are met, and the user experience is optimized.
In one possible example, the target commodity is a commodity in a second type of commodities in the commodity set except for a first type of commodities of which the commodity state is an unavailable commodity state; the merchandise states in the set of merchandise include a saleable state and a non-saleable state.
The commodity state may include a deleted state in addition to the saleable state and the non-saleable state, and the deleted state is an unselected state when commodity synchronization is performed. If a certain commodity is in a deleted state after being updated, the fact that the corresponding commodity information cannot be read in the server background is reflected, and the commodity is deleted or is off-shelf in the cross-border e-commerce transaction platform.
Wherein the commodity state is an unsellable state when the commodity synchronization step is performed. If a certain commodity is in an unavailable state after being updated, it means that the commodity cannot read commodity information data from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server temporarily for some reason, where some reason may be: the commodity information cannot be synchronized due to insufficient inventory, cannot be synchronized due to the fact that the product type is audited by the cross-border e-commerce transaction platform, or cannot be read in the cross-border e-commerce transaction server.
Therefore, in the example, the commodity state can be synchronized besides the general commodity information, the information of the current commodity is truly and comprehensively reflected according to the commodity state displayed on the terminal, various user requirements are met, and the user experience is optimized.
In one possible example, the receiving the synchronization request message from the user terminal corresponds to a first time period, and before the receiving the synchronization request message from the user terminal, the method further includes: sending a platform updating request message to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server in a second time period, wherein the platform updating request message is used for indicating that the commodity state is a commodity in a saleable state, the commodity in the saleable state is all commodities on the store management platform except for the commodity in a non-saleable state, and the first time period is different from the second time period; receiving information of the commodity in the saleable state from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server; and sending a fourth notification message carrying information of the commodity in the saleable state to the user terminal, wherein the fourth notification message is used for indicating the information of the commodity in the saleable state displayed on the user terminal.
The second time interval refers to a morning time interval at preset cycle intervals, and it should be understood that the preset cycle may be set by a user in a customized manner, and may be a time cycle determined by one day, one week, one month, and the like, generally speaking, the time is not less than one day; the second period precedes the first period in the same predetermined cycle.
For example, if the preset period set by a certain user is one month, the store management server performs platform update every other month in the early morning period of the first day of the next month (generally, 0 to 6).
The time period of the first period may be determined by the user, specifically, when the generation time of the automatic synchronization message is selected, a time period with a low frequency of synchronization requests close to the user may be selected, for example, early morning time, so as to avoid a situation that too many access requests cause a current limitation, improve the real-time performance of information synchronization of the commodity, and also avoid too close time intervals between access requests lifted by the user terminal, which causes too intensive synchronization steps to cause a current limitation to occur at a cross-border e-commerce transaction server interface.
In this example, it can be seen that, in each preset time interval, all products in the whole shop are automatically updated once, and a synchronization request provided by a user later is to acquire information data of some commodities with information update on the basis of global update, so that the data volume of commodity information synchronization is reduced, the steps of synchronous update are simplified, and the efficiency of commodity information synchronization is improved.
Step 320, responding to the synchronization message, and sending a first prompt message to the user terminal.
The first prompt message is used for indicating prompt information, and the prompt information is information for prompting a user to wait while keeping a display state on the user terminal;
the prompt message is displayed on the user terminal and is used for indicating the user to wait; it should be understood that during the display of the first prompting message, the user cannot initiate a synchronization request with respect to the same access request content until the cross-border e-commerce transaction server finishes displaying the prompting message after receiving the access request message.
Specifically, the prompting information content may be a message such as "data is in process, please later", or "is in synchronization, please wait" that prompts the user to wait.
Therefore, in the example, the prompt message is displayed on the user terminal, so that the user can know which processing stage the user is currently in, and meanwhile, the phenomenon that the data volume is increased sharply and the processing difficulty is high due to the fact that frequent access requests from the user terminal are received in the access process is avoided, and the user experience and the stability of information processing are optimized.
Step 330, generating an access request queue, and executing a sending operation:
referring to fig. 3d, fig. 3d is a schematic diagram of a manner of sending an access request according to an embodiment of the present application, where as shown in fig. 3d, the multiple access request messages included in the request queue all carry the same information request message of the target product.
Referring to fig. 3b, fig. 3b is a schematic flow chart of a sending operation provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 3b, the sending operation includes:
step 3301, the access request message at the first position in the access request queue is sent to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server for the first time.
Wherein, the first time refers to the first transmission in the current access event.
In one possible example, after the first sending to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server the access request message at the first position in the access request queue further comprises: and after the access request message is sent for the first time, receiving the information of the target commodity from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server, sending a second notification message carrying the information of the target commodity to the user terminal, wherein the second notification message is used for indicating the information of the target commodity displayed on the user terminal.
Wherein the receiving of the information of the target commodity from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server after the first sending of the access request message indicates that the access request message successfully accesses the cross-border e-commerce transaction server.
If the response refusing request message from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server is received for the first time, jumping to a step 3302;
step 3302, after waiting for a first preset duration, sending the access request message at a second location in the access request queue to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server for a second time;
the first preset time is the fastest time for successful access in historical access events.
The plurality of access request messages are sorted in the access request queue according to a certain time interval, the number of accesses corresponds to the position of the access request message in the access request queue, for example, the access request message is sent for the second time, that is, the access request message at the second position in the access request queue is sent to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server.
In one possible example, after the sending the access request message at the second position in the access request queue to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server for the second time after waiting for the first preset time further comprises: and after the access request message is sent for the second time, receiving the information of the target commodity from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server, sending a third notification message carrying the information of the target commodity to the user terminal, wherein the third notification message is used for indicating the information of the target commodity displayed on the user terminal.
If the response refusing request message from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server is received for the second time, jumping to the step 3303;
in one possible example, after the receiving the information of the target commodity from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server, the method further comprises: and stopping sending the access request message to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server.
Wherein the receiving of the information of the target commodity from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server means that the access of the access request message is successfully achieved.
As can be seen, in this example, the step of stopping sending the access request message to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server after successful access can speed up the process of synchronizing the commodity information, reduce the computational complexity, and improve the efficiency.
In one possible example, the stopping sending the access request message to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server further comprises: and deleting the access request queue.
The method may further include, after stopping sending the access request message, sending the prompt message for ending the display to the user terminal, where the prompt message for ending the display is used to end the prompt message for keeping the display state on the display interface of the user terminal.
Optionally, after stopping sending the access request message, the method may further include sending a notification message to the user terminal, where the notification message of successful access may specifically be: the bullet frames such as 'synchronization is successful' and 'synchronization is completed' automatically disappear after a few seconds.
As can be seen, in this example, by sending a prompt message to the user terminal, the user is prompted about the current successful access, and the user experience is optimized.
And 3303, after waiting for a second preset time, sending the access request message at a third position in the access request queue to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server for a third time.
The first preset time length is less than the second preset time length; repeating the sending operation aiming at the access request message, and jumping to the step 3304;
step 3304, the (n + 1) th time sends the access request message at the (n + 1) th position in the access request queue to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server,
wherein n is an integer greater than 2, a total reference time length of n waiting time lengths used by the current access event is greater than or equal to the current access-restricted dynamic time length of the access request message, and a previous preset time length in a time length sequence composed of n preset time lengths according to a time sequence is smaller than a next preset time length.
Specifically, the preset waiting time becomes longer as the number of accesses increases, for example, after the store management server sends a message requesting for synchronizing the merchandise information for the first time in the background, if the store management server is rejected by the cross-border e-commerce transaction server, the store management server waits for 5 seconds and then sends the message to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server again; when refused by the cross-border e-commerce transaction server for the second time, after waiting for 10s, sending a message to the cross-border e-commerce transaction server again; and ending the sending operation until the information of the target from the cross-border E-commerce transaction server is received.
Therefore, in the example, when the shielding removal time of the cross-border e-commerce transaction server cannot be accurately predicted, the shielding removal time of the cross-border e-commerce transaction server interface is gradually approached in continuous trial and error by prolonging the re-access waiting time, so that the real-time performance and efficiency of commodity information synchronization are improved, and the user experience is optimized.
Step 340, receiving the information of the target commodity from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server after the n +1 th time of sending the access request message.
Step 350, sending a first notification message carrying the information of the target commodity to the user terminal.
Wherein the first notification message is used to indicate information of the target product displayed on the user terminal.
As can be seen, in this example, the synchronization result of the commodity information is visualized for the received information of the target commodity on the user terminal through the notification message, so that the user experience is improved.
The application provides an information processing method and a related device of commodities, which are applied to a shop management server in a commodity synchronization system and comprise the following steps: receiving a synchronization message from the user terminal; responding to the synchronous message, and sending a first prompt message to the user terminal; generating an access request queue and executing a sending operation; receiving information of the target commodity from the cross-border e-commerce transaction server after the n +1 th transmission of the access request message; and sending a notification message carrying the information of the target commodity to the user terminal.
