Illustratively, the terminal device displays the reminder information in the manner of popup display and the manner of notification bar display in the last 10 times, as shown in fig. 8 (c); at 11 th to 20 th times, the reminder information is displayed only by way of the notification bar display, as shown in (d) in fig. 8. After the user clicks the downloading and installing option, the upgrade package is downloaded and installed, and after the installation is completed, reminding information for restarting the terminal equipment is displayed.
2. Hot/cold patch
Various minor problems may occur during the operation of the system, and when the minor problems are repaired, a small program is usually adopted to repair the minor problems without downloading new installation files again. Such applets are referred to herein as patches. A patch that needs to be restarted to take effect is a cold patch, and a patch that does not need to be restarted to take effect is a hot patch.
3. User representation
In the process that the terminal device is used by the user, the use habit of the user using the current terminal device is recorded, for example, whether the user has strong desire to upgrade the system, when the user usually upgrades the system, and the like. These data indicating the usage habits of the user may be referred to as a user representation.
In the present stage, with the continuous progress of terminal technology, the operating system of the terminal device is also continuously upgraded, and a new system can generally enable the terminal device to realize better system functions. When a new version of the operating system of the terminal device appears, a device manufacturer usually pushes a reminder for upgrading the system to the terminal device. For example, the device manufacturer may push the reminder to the user in a pop-up mode, so that the user downloads and installs a new system based on the reminder. In order to avoid the situation that the operating system is not upgraded due to the fact that the user does not see the reminding information, usually, the device manufacturer pushes the reminding information for multiple times so as to improve the upgrading rate of a new system. However, in a possible case, the problem of the system version is small, the user does not wish to upgrade the system, and the prompt information of upgrading the system is displayed for many times, which may cause the user to feel dislike and reduce the user experience.
In view of this, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for reminding system upgrade, in which a reminding message is displayed according to a historical reminding level in a first time period, where the reminding message is used to remind a user of system upgrade, the historical reminding level is obtained by displaying the reminding message before the first time period and/or in a display manner, and then a current reminding level is determined according to the historical reminding level and the first displaying number, where the first displaying number is the displaying number of the reminding message in the first time period, and then the reminding message is displayed according to the current reminding level in a second time period, and the second time period is a time period in which the current time is the starting time. The first display times refer to the display times of the reminding information in the first time period, and the more the display times of the reminding information in the first time period are, the more the user reminds the user to perform the operation of upgrading the system, so that the upgrading intention of the user is lower; the display times of the reminding information in the first time interval are less, the fact that the user upgrades the system as soon as possible after the reminding information is displayed is indicated, and the upgrading intention of the user is high; therefore, the current reminding level re-determined based on the display times (namely the first display times) of the reminding information in the first time period and the historical reminding level is the reminding level which is more in line with the intention of the user, and the experience of the user in the process of pushing the reminding information upgraded by the system is improved.
The reminding method for system upgrading provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to electronic equipment. Optionally, the electronic device includes a terminal device, and the terminal device may also be referred to as a terminal (terminal), a User Equipment (UE), a Mobile Station (MS), a Mobile Terminal (MT), or the like. The terminal device may be a mobile phone (mobile phone), a smart television, a wearable device, a tablet computer (Pad), a computer with a wireless transceiving function, a Virtual Reality (VR) terminal device, an Augmented Reality (AR) terminal device, a wireless terminal in industrial control (industrial control), a wireless terminal in self-driving (self-driving), a wireless terminal in remote surgery (remote medical supply), a wireless terminal in smart grid (smart grid), a wireless terminal in transportation safety (transportation safety), a wireless terminal in smart city (smart city), a wireless terminal in smart home (smart home), and the like. The embodiment of the present application does not limit the specific technology and the specific device form adopted by the terminal device.
For example, fig. 9 shows a schematic structural diagram of the electronic device 100. It is to be understood that the illustrated structure of the embodiment of the present application does not specifically limit the electronic device 100. In other embodiments of the present application, the electronic device 100 may include more or fewer components than shown, or combine certain components, or split certain components, or arrange different components. The illustrated components may be implemented in hardware, software, or a combination of software and hardware.
Processor 110 may include one or more processing units, such as: the processor 110 may include an Application Processor (AP), a modem processor, a Graphics Processing Unit (GPU), an Image Signal Processor (ISP), a controller, a memory, a video codec, a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), a baseband processor, and/or a neural-Network Processing Unit (NPU), etc. The different processing units may be separate devices or may be integrated into one or more processors.
A memory may also be provided in processor 110 for storing instructions and data. In some embodiments, the memory in the processor 110 is a cache memory. The memory may hold instructions or data that have just been used or recycled by the processor 110. If the processor 110 needs to use the instruction or data again, it can be called directly from the memory. Avoiding repeated accesses reduces the latency of the processor 110, thereby increasing the efficiency of the system.
The wireless communication module 160 may provide a solution for wireless communication applied to the electronic device 100, including Wireless Local Area Networks (WLANs) (e.g., wireless fidelity (Wi-Fi) networks), bluetooth (bluetooth, BT), global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS), frequency Modulation (FM), near Field Communication (NFC), infrared (IR), and the like. The wireless communication module 160 may be one or more devices integrating at least one communication processing module. The wireless communication module 160 receives electromagnetic waves via the antenna 2, performs frequency modulation and filtering processing on electromagnetic wave signals, and transmits the processed signals to the processor 110. The wireless communication module 160 may also receive a signal to be transmitted from the processor 110, perform frequency modulation and amplification on the signal, and convert the signal into electromagnetic waves through the antenna 2 to radiate the electromagnetic waves.
The electronic device 100 implements display functions via the GPU, the display screen 194, and the application processor. The GPU is a microprocessor for image processing, and is connected to the display screen 194 and an application processor. The GPU is used to perform mathematical and geometric calculations for graphics rendering. The processor 110 may include one or more GPUs that execute program instructions to generate or alter display information.
The display screen 194 is used to display images, video, and the like. The display screen 194 includes a display panel. The display panel may be a Liquid Crystal Display (LCD), an organic light-emitting diode (OLED), an active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (active-matrix organic light-emitting diode, AMOLED), a flexible light-emitting diode (FLED), a miniature, a Micro-oeld, a quantum dot light-emitting diode (QLED), or the like. In some embodiments, the electronic device 100 may include 1 or N display screens 194, N being a positive integer greater than 1.
The external memory interface 120 may be used to connect an external memory card, such as a Micro SD card, to extend the memory capability of the electronic device 100. The external memory card communicates with the processor 110 through the external memory interface 120 to implement a data storage function. For example, files such as music, video, etc. are saved in an external memory card.
The internal memory 121 may be used to store computer-executable program code, which includes instructions. The processor 110 executes various functional applications of the electronic device 100 and data processing by executing instructions stored in the internal memory 121. The internal memory 121 may include a program storage area and a data storage area. The storage program area may store an operating system, an application program (such as a sound playing function, an image playing function, and the like) required by at least one function, and the like. The storage data area may store data (such as audio data, phone book, etc.) created during use of the electronic device 100, and the like. In addition, the internal memory 121 may include a high-speed random access memory, and may further include a nonvolatile memory, such as at least one magnetic disk storage device, a flash memory device, a universal flash memory (UFS), and the like.
The pressure sensor 180A is used for sensing a pressure signal, and can convert the pressure signal into an electrical signal. In some embodiments, the pressure sensor 180A may be disposed on the display screen 194. The pressure sensor 180A can be of a wide variety, such as a resistive pressure sensor, an inductive pressure sensor, a capacitive pressure sensor, and the like. The capacitive pressure sensor may be a sensor comprising at least two parallel plates having an electrically conductive material. When a force acts on the pressure sensor 180A, the capacitance between the electrodes changes. The electronic device 100 determines the strength of the pressure from the change in capacitance. When a touch operation is applied to the display screen 194, the electronic apparatus 100 detects the intensity of the touch operation according to the pressure sensor 180A. The electronic apparatus 100 may also calculate the touched position from the detection signal of the pressure sensor 180A. In some embodiments, the touch operations that are applied to the same touch position but have different touch operation intensities may correspond to different operation instructions. For example: and when the touch operation with the touch operation intensity smaller than the first pressure threshold value acts on the short message application icon, executing an instruction for viewing the short message. And when the touch operation with the touch operation intensity larger than or equal to the first pressure threshold value acts on the short message application icon, executing an instruction of newly building the short message.
The touch sensor 180K is also referred to as a "touch panel". The touch sensor 180K may be disposed on the display screen 194, and the touch sensor 180K and the display screen 194 form a touch screen, which is also called a "touch screen". The touch sensor 180K is used to detect a touch operation acting thereon or nearby. The touch sensor can communicate the detected touch operation to the application processor to determine the touch event type. Visual output associated with the touch operation may be provided through the display screen 194. It should be noted that any of the electronic devices mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may include more or less modules in the electronic device 100.
The software system of the electronic device 100 may employ a layered architecture, an event-driven architecture, a micro-core architecture, a micro-service architecture, or a cloud architecture. The embodiment of the present application takes an Android system with a hierarchical architecture as an example, and exemplarily illustrates a software structure of the electronic device 100.
Fig. 10 is a block diagram of a software configuration of the electronic device 100 according to the embodiment of the present application.
The layered architecture of the electronic device 100 divides the software into several layers, each layer having a clear role and division of labor. The layers communicate with each other through a software interface. In some embodiments, the Android system is divided into four layers, an application layer, an application framework layer, an Android runtime (Android runtime) and system library, and a kernel layer from top to bottom.
The application layer may include a series of application packages.

As shown in FIG. 10, the application framework layers may include a window manager, content provider, view system, phone manager, resource manager, notification manager, and the like.
The window manager is used for managing window programs. The window manager can obtain the size of the display screen, judge whether a status bar exists, lock the screen, intercept the screen and the like.
Content providers are used to store and retrieve data and make it accessible to applications. The data may include video, images, audio, calls made and received, browsing history and bookmarks, phone books, etc.
The view system includes visual controls such as controls to display text, controls to display pictures, and the like. The view system may be used to build applications. The display interface may be composed of one or more views. For example, the display interface including the short message notification icon may include a view for displaying text and a view for displaying pictures.
The phone manager is used to provide communication functions for the electronic device 100. Such as management of call status (including on, off, etc.).
The resource manager provides various resources for the application, such as localized strings, icons, pictures, layout files, video files, and the like.
The notification manager enables the application to display notification information in the status bar, can be used to convey notification-type messages, can disappear automatically after a short dwell, and does not require user interaction. Such as a notification manager used to inform download completion, message alerts, etc. The notification manager may also be a notification that appears in the form of a chart or scroll bar text at the top status bar of the system, such as a notification of a background running application, or a notification that appears on the screen in the form of a dialog window. For example, prompting text information in the status bar, sounding a prompt tone, vibrating the electronic device, flashing an indicator light, etc.
The Android Runtime comprises a core library and a virtual machine. The Android runtime is responsible for scheduling and managing an Android system.
The core library comprises two parts: one part is a function which needs to be called by java language, and the other part is a core library of android.
The application layer and the application framework layer run in a virtual machine. The virtual machine executes java files of the application layer and the application framework layer as binary files. The virtual machine is used for performing the functions of object life cycle management, stack management, thread management, safety and exception management, garbage collection and the like.
The system library may include a plurality of functional modules. For example: surface managers (surface managers), media Libraries (Media Libraries), three-dimensional graphics processing Libraries (e.g., openGL ES), 2D graphics engines (e.g., SGL), and the like.
The surface manager is used to manage the display subsystem and provide fusion of 2D and 3D layers for multiple applications.
The media library supports a variety of commonly used audio, video format playback and recording, and still image files, among others. The media library may support a variety of audio-video encoding formats, such as: MPEG4, H.264, MP3, AAC, AMR, JPG, PNG, etc.
The three-dimensional graphic processing library is used for realizing three-dimensional graphic drawing, image rendering, synthesis, layer processing and the like.
The 2D graphics engine is a drawing engine for 2D drawing.
The kernel layer is a layer between hardware and software. The kernel layer at least comprises a display driver, a camera driver, an audio driver, a sensor driver, a Wi-Fi driver and the like.
It should be noted that the electronic device mentioned in the embodiments of the present application may include more or less modules in the electronic device. For example, the electronic device may also include memory, a timer, and the like.
The following describes in detail a reminding method for system upgrade provided in an embodiment of the present application with reference to fig. 11 to 16.
Fig. 11 is a schematic flowchart of a reminding method of system upgrade provided in an embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 11, the method includes:
s101, displaying reminding information according to a historical reminding level in a first period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of carrying out system upgrading, and the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or the display mode of the reminding information before the first period.
The historical reminding level can be used for indicating the importance degree of the reminding information, the higher the level of the historical reminding level is, the higher the importance degree of the reminding information is displayed, and the lower the level of the historical reminding level is, the lower the importance degree of the reminding information is displayed. The higher the importance degree of the display reminding information is, the more the display times are, and the more complicated the display mode is; the lower the importance degree of the display reminding information is, the fewer the display times are, and the more single the display mode is.
Illustratively, the historical alert levels may be divided into a strong alert level, a medium alert level, and a weak alert level. Wherein, the display frequency and the display mode corresponding to the strong reminding level comprise: firstly, displaying 10 times of reminding information in a pop-up window mode and a notification bar mode, and then displaying 10 times of reminding information in a notification bar mode; the display times and the display mode corresponding to the medium reminding level comprise: displaying 10 times of reminding information in a pop-up window mode; the display times and the display mode corresponding to the weak reminding level comprise: the reminding information is displayed for 10 times in a mode of a notification bar.
It should be understood that the time intervals of displaying the reminding information for multiple times may be the same or different, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit this.
For example, the example that the display times and the display mode corresponding to the strong alert level include displaying 10 times of alert information in a pop-up window mode and a notification bar mode, and then displaying 10 times of alert information in a notification bar mode is described, where in the process of displaying 10 times of alert information in the pop-up window mode and the notification bar mode, the alert information may be displayed once at an interval of 5 seconds, and in the process of displaying 10 times of alert information in the notification bar mode, the alert information may be displayed once at an interval of 10 seconds.
For example, the display times and the display mode corresponding to the medium reminding level include displaying 10 times of reminding information in a pop-up window mode, where when the reminding information is displayed for the first 3 times, the reminding information can be displayed once every 5 seconds, and when the reminding information is displayed for the next 7 times, the reminding information can be displayed once every 15 seconds.
The reminding information is used for reminding a user of upgrading the system. Since the system upgrade usually includes two steps of downloading the installation package and installing the installation package, the reminding information may include a download reminding information and an installation reminding information.
For example, the download reminding information and the installation reminding information may be displayed in two steps, wherein the download reminding information is used for reminding the user to download the upgrade package, and the download reminding information may include two options of "download" and "cancel", as shown in fig. 12 (a). The installation reminding information is used for reminding the user to install the upgrade package, and may include two options of "install" and "cancel", as shown in (b) of fig. 12.
Illustratively, a download reminding message and an installation reminding message can also be displayed at the same time, wherein the reminding message is used for reminding the user to download and install the upgrade package, and the reminding message comprises two options of "download and install" and "cancel", as shown in (c) of fig. 12.
In one possible scenario, the user may choose to install the upgrade package at night, since the electronic device typically needs to be restarted after installation of the upgrade package is complete.
S102, determining the current reminding level according to the historical reminding level and the first display frequency, wherein the first display frequency refers to the display frequency of the reminding information in the first time period.
The first time interval is a time interval before the current time, and the first display times are the display times of the reminding information in the first time interval. That is, the first display count is the number of times the reminder information is displayed before the current time. Because the reminding information is used for reminding the user of carrying out system upgrading, after the user clicks the option of upgrading the system, the terminal equipment can carry out the related operation of system upgrading and does not display the reminding information any more. Therefore, the more times the reminder information is displayed in the first period (the first display times), the lower will the user upgrade the system, and the less times the reminder information is displayed in the first period, the higher will the user upgrade the system. The current reminding level may be an importance level indicating that the reminding information is displayed at the current time, and the higher the level of the current reminding level is, the higher the importance level of the reminding information is displayed, and the lower the level of the current reminding level is, the lower the importance level of the reminding information is displayed. The higher the importance degree of the display reminding information is, the more the display times are, and the more complicated the display mode is; the lower the importance degree of the display reminding information is, the fewer the display times are, and the more single the display mode is.
Illustratively, the current reminder level can be divided into a strong reminder level, a medium reminder level, and a weak reminder level. Wherein, the display frequency and the display mode corresponding to the strong reminding level comprise: firstly, displaying 10 times of reminding information in a pop-up window mode and a notification bar mode, and then displaying 10 times of reminding information in the notification bar mode; the display times and the display mode corresponding to the medium reminding level comprise: displaying 10 times of reminding information in a pop-up window mode; the display times and the display mode corresponding to the weak reminding level comprise: the reminding information is displayed for 10 times in a mode of a notification bar.
The historical reminding level may be stored in the terminal device in a form of a parameter, and may also be stored in a cloud server in communication connection with the terminal device, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The terminal device can obtain the historical reminding information by reading the parameters corresponding to the historical reminding information.
As can be seen from the above description, the first display frequency refers to the display frequency of the reminder information in the first time period. The terminal device may record the number of times of displaying the reminder information in the first period, and store the first number of times of displaying. The terminal device may store the first display times in a memory of the terminal device itself, or store the first display times in a cloud server in communication connection with the terminal device, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
Optionally, the historical alert level is stored in a storage means in the terminal device.
In the embodiment of the application, the historical reminding level is stored in the storage device in the terminal equipment, so that when the terminal equipment acquires the historical reminding level, only the historical reminding level stored in the storage device is required to be read, and the convenience for determining the current reminding level according to the historical reminding level and the first display frequency is higher.
Optionally, the history level is stored in a cloud server, and the cloud server is in communication connection with the terminal device.
Taking the example that the historical reminding level and the first display times are stored in the cloud server, a specific process that the terminal device stores the historical reminding level and the first display times in the cloud server and obtains the historical reminding level and the first display times from the cloud server is described. The method comprises the steps that communication connection is established between the terminal equipment and the cloud server, the cloud server authorizes a currently logged account of the terminal equipment, data interaction is allowed to be carried out between the currently logged account of the terminal equipment and the cloud server, and after the terminal equipment is authorized by the cloud server, the historical reminding level and the first display times are stored in the cloud server. When the terminal equipment needs to acquire the historical reminding level and the first display times, the terminal equipment sends a login request to the cloud server, the cloud server determines whether the current login account of the terminal equipment is a legal account, if so, access authority is opened to the current login account of the terminal equipment, and the current login account of the terminal equipment is allowed to download the historical reminding level and the first display times from the cloud server. Therefore, after the same user logs in different terminal devices, the historical reminding level and the first display times corresponding to the user can be obtained from the cloud server based on the same login account. That is, even if the user logs in the user account through different terminal devices, the first display times and the historical reminding levels obtained from the cloud server are the first display times and the historical reminding levels corresponding to the user, and therefore the current reminding levels obtained according to the first display times and the historical reminding levels can meet the will of the user.
In a possible case, the user performs an operation of restoring factory settings to the terminal device. And if the historical reminding level is stored in the terminal equipment, deleting the historical reminding level along with the operation of restoring factory settings. If the historical reminding level is stored in the cloud server, the user can access the cloud server to obtain the historical reminding level after logging in, and the situation that the historical reminding level is deleted along with the operation of restoring factory settings is avoided.
In the embodiment of the application, the historical reminding level is stored in the cloud server in communication connection with the terminal device, so that the reliability of the historical reminding level can be improved, the reliability of obtaining the current reminding level according to the first display times and the historical reminding level is improved, and the reliability of displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in the second time period is also improved.
As can be seen from the above description, since the more the first display times are, the lower the upgrading desire of the user is, and the less the first display times are, the higher the upgrading desire of the user is, the current reminding level can be obtained according to the first display times and the historical reminding level, and the current reminding level can be obtained by correcting the historical reminding level according to the first display times, so that the current reminding level can better meet the desire of the user.
For example, the historical reminding level may be updated based on the first display frequency, and the terminal device may determine the current reminding level according to the historical reminding level and the first display frequency.
The first display frequency may refer to the frequency of displaying the reminding information last time (in the first time period), the more the display frequency is, the higher the user upgrading will be, and the less the display frequency is, the lower the user upgrading will be. The terminal device can update the historical reminding level based on the first display times to obtain the current reminding level.
Illustratively, the historical reminding level is a medium reminding level, and the medium reminding level is increased to a high reminding level to obtain a current reminding level under the condition that the first display frequency is greater than a preset threshold value; and under the condition that the first display frequency is less than or equal to a preset threshold value, reducing the middle reminding level by the reminding level to obtain the current reminding level.
Optionally, the reminding information includes download reminding information and installation reminding information, the first display times includes download reminding times and installation reminding times, the historical reminding level is updated based on the first display times to obtain the current reminding level, and the method may include: under the condition that the download reminding times are larger than a first preset threshold value and the installation reminding times are larger than a second preset threshold value, the level of the historical reminding level is improved to obtain the current reminding level; and under the condition that the download reminding times are smaller than a first preset threshold value and the installation reminding times are smaller than a second preset threshold value, reducing the level of the historical reminding level to obtain the current reminding level.
The first preset threshold may be the same threshold as the second preset threshold, or may be a different threshold, which is not limited in this embodiment of the application.
In the embodiment of the application, the historical reminding level is updated based on the first display times to obtain the current reminding level, so that the processing process of obtaining the current reminding level can be simplified, and the efficiency of displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in the second period is improved.
And S103, displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in a second time period, wherein the second time period is a time period taking the current moment as the starting moment.
The second time interval is a time interval in which the current time is the real time, that is, the reminding information displayed in the second time interval is the reminding information to be displayed currently. Because the current reminding level is determined according to the first display times and the historical reminding level, the current reminding level has the possibility of being different from the historical reminding level, and the current reminding level can better accord with the upgrading intention of the user.
In one possible scenario, the historical alert level is a medium alert level and the current alert level is a low alert level. As shown in fig. 13, in the first time period, the reminding information is displayed 10 times by means of a pop-up window based on the historical reminding level, and in the second time period, the reminding information is displayed 10 times by means of a notification bar based on the current reminding level.
The embodiment of the application provides a reminding method for system upgrade, which is characterized in that reminding information is displayed according to a historical reminding level in a first period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of carrying out system upgrade, the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or display mode of the reminding information before the first period, then the current reminding level is determined according to the historical reminding level and the first display times, the first display times refer to the display times of the reminding information in the first period, then the reminding information is displayed according to the current reminding level in a second period, and the second period is a period taking the current time as the starting time. The first display times refer to the display times of the reminding information in the first time period, and the more the display times of the reminding information in the first time period are, the more the user reminds the user to perform the operation of upgrading the system, so that the upgrading intention of the user is lower; the display frequency of the reminding information in the first time interval is less, the fact that the user upgrades the system after the reminding information is displayed is indicated, and the upgrading intention of the user is high; therefore, the current reminding level re-determined based on the display times (namely the first display times) of the reminding information in the first time period and the historical reminding level is the reminding level which is more in line with the intention of the user, and the experience of the user in the process of pushing the reminding information upgraded by the system is improved.
In a possible case, in the process of determining the current reminding level according to the first display number and the historical reminding level, current environment information of the terminal device needs to be referred to, where the environment information may include network state information and/or remaining storage space information, which is described in detail through the embodiment shown in fig. 14 below.
Fig. 14 is a schematic flow chart of a reminding method of system upgrade provided in another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 14, the method includes:
s201, displaying reminding information according to a historical reminding level in a first period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of carrying out system upgrading, and the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or the display mode of the reminding information before the first period.
S202, obtaining environment information of the terminal equipment at the current moment, wherein the environment information comprises network state information and/or residual storage space information.
The network state information may refer to a mode of accessing the terminal device to the internet, and exemplarily, the terminal device may access the internet through a WLAN, may also access the internet through data traffic, and may also access the internet through a hotspot WiFi. It should be understood that when the terminal device accesses the internet through the WLAN, the upgrading willingness of the user is generally high. When the terminal device accesses the internet through data traffic or a hotspot WiFi, the upgrading will of the user is usually low.
The remaining storage space information may refer to the size of the storage space remaining in the storage device in the terminal device. It should be understood that the larger the size of the remaining storage space, the higher the upgrading will of the user is, and the smaller the size of the remaining storage space, the lower the upgrading will of the user is.
For example, the terminal device may read a configuration file in the system to obtain the environment information.
And S203, determining the current reminding level according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
It should be understood that the terminal device may update the historical alert level based on the first display number, and the terminal device may further modify the alert level obtained based on the first display number and the historical alert level according to the environment information, so as to obtain the current alert level.
For example, in the case that the history reminding level is the medium reminding level, the first display time is 8 times, which indicates that the user's desire to upgrade is low, and the level of the history reminding level needs to be lowered (i.e. the medium reminding level) to obtain the low reminding level. In this case, the network status information indicates that the terminal device is currently accessing the internet through the WLAN, and the size of the remaining memory space of the terminal device is 50GB. In such environment information, the user's desire to upgrade is generally high, and therefore, the low alert level may be increased to the medium alert level as the current alert level.
For example, in the case that the history reminding level is a medium reminding level, the first display time is 1, which indicates that the upgrading intention of the user is high, and the level of the history reminding level (that is, the medium reminding level) needs to be increased to obtain a high reminding level. In this case, the network status information indicates that the terminal device is currently accessing the internet through data traffic, and the size of the remaining storage space of the terminal device is 2.2GB. In the environment information, the upgrading desire of the user is generally low, so that the medium reminding level can be used as the current reminding level and kept the same as the historical reminding level, and the current reminding level is obtained without upgrading the reminding level.
In a possible case, the historical alert level is stored in the cloud server, and the steps of S205 and S206 may be further performed when determining the current alert level according to the environment information, the historical alert level, and the first display number.
It will be appreciated that there is typically a longer time interval between the end device being taken off-line from the production line and the user beginning to use the device, and there is a greater likelihood of a system update. Therefore, when the terminal device is first turned on, the system generally needs to be updated to be used by the user. Therefore, when the computer is turned on for the first time, the reminder is usually displayed for the first time, and in this case, the reminder should be displayed with a strong reminder level.
Optionally, when the reminding information is displayed for the first time, the reminding information is displayed based on the historical reminding level, that is, the display frequency is more and is greater than a third preset threshold, and the display mode includes pop-up window display and notification bar display.
The reminding method for the system upgrading provided by the embodiment of the application can display the reminding information by adopting the high reminding level when the reminding information is displayed for the first time, wherein the reminding information displayed for the first time is usually displayed when the system is started for the first time, at the moment, the upgrading intention of a user is usually higher, so that when the reminding information is displayed for the first time, the display times are larger than a third preset threshold value, the reminding information is displayed by adopting the reminding levels displayed by a popup window and a notification bar in a display mode, the intention of the user can be better met, and the user experience is improved.
It should be understood that the environment information, the historical alert level, and the first number of displays may indicate a usage habit of the user using the terminal device, and thus, the user representation may include the environment information, the historical alert level, and the first number of displays. That is, in the embodiments of the present application, the current reminder level is determined based on the user's image.
And S204, displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in a second time interval.
The method for upgrading the system includes displaying reminding information according to a historical reminding level in a first time period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of upgrading the system, the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or the display mode of the reminding information before the first time period, the environment information of the terminal equipment at the current time is obtained, the environment information comprises network state information and/or residual storage space information, the current reminding level is determined according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times, the first display times refer to the display times of the reminding information at the first time period, then the reminding information is displayed according to the current reminding level in a second time period, and the second time period is a time period taking the current time as the starting time. On the basis of determining the current reminding level according to the first display times and the historical reminding level, the current reminding level is further determined by referring to the environmental information of the terminal equipment, so that the current reminding level can better meet the upgrading desire of the user, and the experience of the user in the process of pushing the upgrading reminding information of the system is further improved.
S205, updating the historical reminding level based on the current reminding level to obtain the updated historical reminding level.
The level indicated by the current reminding level can be used as the updated historical reminding level.
For example, if the current reminding level obtained according to the first display times and the historical reminding level is a high reminding level, the high reminding level can be used as the updated historical reminding level.
And S206, sending the updated historical reminding level to a cloud server.
In the process of sending the updated historical reminding level to the cloud server, the terminal device may immediately send the updated historical reminding level to the cloud server when updating the historical reminding level based on the current reminding level and obtaining the updated historical reminding level, or may send the updated historical reminding level to the cloud server after a preset time interval.
According to the reminding method for the system upgrade, the historical reminding level is updated based on the current reminding level to obtain the updated historical reminding level, and the updated historical reminding level is sent to the cloud server, so that the historical reminding level stored in the cloud server is the updated historical reminding level obtained by updating the historical reminding level based on the current reminding level, and further, when the current reminding level is determined according to the historical reminding level and the first display times next time, the used historical reminding level is the latest historical reminding level, the current upgrading intention of a user can be better met, the timeliness of the determined current reminding level is improved, and the experience of the user in the process of pushing the reminding information of the system upgrade is further improved.
It should be understood that, during the use of the terminal device, there is an operation mode in which the user does not want to be disturbed by the push message, for example, in the case that the terminal device is in a game mode, the user experience is affected by pushing the reminding information of the system upgrade to the user. Therefore, when the reminding information of the system upgrade is pushed, whether the operation mode of the terminal equipment at the current moment is the preset operation mode or not can be determined, and whether the reminding information of the system upgrade is pushed to the user or not can be determined under the condition that the operation mode at the current moment is the preset operation mode. This is explained in detail below by means of an embodiment shown in fig. 15.
Fig. 15 is a schematic flow chart of a reminding method of system upgrade according to another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 15, the method includes:
s301, displaying reminding information according to a historical reminding level in a first period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of carrying out system upgrading, and the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or the display mode of the reminding information before the first period.
S302, obtaining the operation mode of the terminal equipment at the current moment, wherein the operation mode comprises a shooting mode, a game mode and an office mode.
The shooting mode refers to a state that the terminal device is in a state of shooting a picture or a video, and in this state, shooting is not suspended to upgrade the system, so that the upgrading will of the user is usually low. The game mode means that the terminal device is running a game, and as the game picture is usually displayed in full screen during the running of the game, the user usually does not pause the game to upgrade the system, and the upgrading will of the user is usually low. The office mode refers to the terminal device running office-related applications, such as video conferencing, document processing, image processing, and the like. When the terminal equipment is in the office mode, the user usually does not pause to work to upgrade the system, and the upgrading intention of the user is usually low.
S303, acquiring the environment information of the terminal equipment at the current moment, wherein the environment information comprises network state information and/or residual storage space information.
S304, under the condition that the operation mode is not the preset mode, determining the current reminding level according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
The preset mode may include the shooting mode, the game mode and the office mode, and when the terminal device is in the preset mode, the upgrading will of a user is usually low. Therefore, when the terminal equipment is in the preset mode, the reminding information for reminding the user of carrying out system upgrading cannot be displayed. And only when the terminal equipment is not in the preset mode, determining the current reminding level according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times, and then displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in a second time period.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, under the condition that the operation mode is not the preset mode, the current reminding level may be determined according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display frequency, or the current reminding level may be determined according to the historical reminding level and the first display frequency, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
And S305, displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in a second time period.
According to the reminding method for system upgrading, reminding information is displayed according to the historical reminding level in a first time period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of system upgrading, the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or the display mode of the reminding information before the first time period, and the running mode and the environment information of the terminal equipment at the current time are obtained, wherein the running mode comprises a shooting mode, a game mode and an office mode, the environment information comprises network state information and/or residual storage space information, and under the condition that the running mode is not a preset mode, the current reminding level is determined according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times, then the reminding information is displayed according to the current reminding level in a second time period, and the second time period is a time period taking the current time as the starting time. Generally, the user has an intention to upgrade the system only when the operation mode is not the preset mode, and therefore the current reminding level is determined according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display frequency when the operation mode is not the preset mode, the reminding information displayed according to the current reminding level in the second period can better meet the intention of the user, and the user experience in the process of pushing the reminding information upgraded by the system is improved.
With the continuous development of communication technology, a small problem occurs in the operation process of the system, and the system can be upgraded through a cold patch or a hot patch to repair the problem without downloading new installation files again. The data volume of the cold patch is usually large, and after the system upgrade is completed, the terminal device needs to be restarted, and the data volume of the hot patch is usually small, and after the system upgrade is completed, the terminal device does not need to be restarted. That is, for a hot patch with a small data volume, the time for upgrading the system is short, so that the possibility of user dislike is low; for the cold patch with large data volume, the time for upgrading the system is more, and the probability of the user dislike is higher. Based on the method, the current reminding level can be adjusted according to the data size of the upgrade package, the possibility of the user's dislike is reduced, and the user experience is improved. This is explained in more detail below with reference to the exemplary embodiment shown in fig. 16.
Fig. 16 is a schematic flowchart of a reminding method of system upgrade provided in another embodiment of the present application, and as shown in fig. 16, the method includes:

S404, acquiring the data volume of the upgrade package of the system version to be upgraded.
The data volume of the upgrade package of the system version to be upgraded refers to the data volume of the upgrade package required by the current upgrade system. The data volume of the hot patch is usually small, and after the system is upgraded, the terminal equipment does not need to be restarted usually; the data volume of the cold patch is usually large, and after the system is upgraded, the terminal equipment needs to be restarted; thus, a user's willingness to upgrade a hot patch is generally stronger than the willingness to upgrade a cold patch. Generally, when searching for an upgrade package, a terminal device may simultaneously obtain the data volume of the upgrade package of the system version to be upgraded.
S405, under the condition that the operation mode is the preset mode, determining the current reminding level according to the data volume of the upgrade package, the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
It should be understood that the user is generally more willing to upgrade a hot patch, i.e., the user is more willing to perform a system upgrade where the data size of the upgrade package is small. Therefore, under the condition that the operation mode is the preset mode, the current reminding level is determined according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display frequency, and the adjustment can be further carried out according to the data size of the upgrade package.
For example, in the case that the history reminding level is the medium reminding level, the first display time is 8 times, which indicates that the user's desire to upgrade is low, and the level of the history reminding level needs to be lowered (i.e. the medium reminding level) to obtain the low reminding level. At this time, the data size of the upgrade package is 0.2GB, which is small. In this case, the user's desire to upgrade is generally high, and thus the low alert level may be raised to the medium alert level as the current alert level.
For example, in the case that the history reminding level is a medium reminding level, the first display time is 1, which indicates that the upgrading intention of the user is high, and the level of the history reminding level (that is, the medium reminding level) needs to be increased to obtain a high reminding level. In this case, the network status information indicates that the terminal device is currently accessing the internet through data traffic, and the size of the remaining storage space of the terminal device is 2.2GB. In such environment information, the user's desire to upgrade is generally low. However, the data volume of the acquired upgrade package is 3GB, which is small. In this case, the user's desire to upgrade is generally low. Therefore, the environment information, the data size of the upgrade package, the first display frequency and the historical reminding level are comprehensively considered, the reminding level is kept unchanged, and the medium reminding level is used as the level of the current reminding level.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, the current reminding level may be determined according to the environment information, the historical reminding level, and the first display frequency, or the current reminding level may be determined according to the historical reminding level and the first display frequency, or the current reminding level may be determined according to the data amount of the upgrade package, the historical reminding level, and the first display frequency, which is not limited in this embodiment of the present application.
And S406, displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in a second time interval.
The reminding method for the system upgrade, provided in the embodiment of the application, displays reminding information according to a historical reminding level in a first period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of performing the system upgrade, the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or display modes of the reminding information before the first period, the data volume of an upgrade package of a system version to be upgraded is obtained, then the current reminding level is determined according to the data volume of the upgrade package, the historical reminding level and the first display times, then the reminding information is displayed according to the current reminding level in a second period, and the second period is a period taking the current time as the starting time. On the basis of determining the current reminding level according to the first display times and the historical reminding level, the current reminding level is further determined by referring to the data volume of the upgrading packet, and the data volume of the upgrading packet is closely related to the upgrading intention of the user, so that the current reminding level determined by referring to the data volume of the upgrading packet can better accord with the upgrading intention of the user, and the experience of the user in the process of pushing the reminding information of the system upgrading is further improved.
It should be understood that, although the respective steps in the flowcharts in the above-described embodiments are sequentially shown as indicated by arrows, the steps are not necessarily performed sequentially as indicated by the arrows. The steps are not limited to being performed in the exact order illustrated and, unless explicitly stated herein, may be performed in other orders. Moreover, at least a portion of the steps in the flowcharts may include multiple sub-steps or multiple stages, which are not necessarily performed at the same time, but may be performed at different times, and the order of performing the sub-steps or stages is not necessarily sequential, but may be performed alternately or alternately with other steps or at least a portion of the sub-steps or stages of other steps.
Fig. 17 is a schematic structural diagram of a reminding device for system upgrade according to an embodiment of the present application.
It should be understood that the reminding apparatus 600 of the system upgrade may perform the reminding method of the system upgrade shown in fig. 11 to 16; the reminding device 600 for system upgrade comprises: an acquisition unit 610 and a processing unit 620.
The processing unit 620 is configured to display, in a first period, a reminder message according to a historical reminder level, where the reminder message is used to remind a user of system upgrade, the historical reminder level is obtained by displaying the reminder message before the first period and/or a display manner, and the first period is a period before a current time;
the processing unit 620 is configured to determine a current reminding level according to the historical reminding level and a first display frequency, where the first display frequency is a display frequency of the reminding information in a first time period;
the processing unit 620 is configured to display the reminding information according to the current reminding level in a second time interval, where the second time interval is a time interval with the current time as an initial time.
In an embodiment, the processing unit 620 is specifically configured to update the historical alert level based on the first display frequency, so as to obtain the current alert level.
In an embodiment, the reminding information includes download reminding information and installation reminding information, the first display times include download reminding times and installation reminding times, and the processing unit 620 is specifically configured to increase the level of the historical reminding level to obtain the current reminding level when the download reminding times are greater than a first preset threshold and the installation reminding times are greater than a second preset threshold; and under the condition that the download reminding times are smaller than a first preset threshold value and the installation reminding times are smaller than a second preset threshold value, reducing the level of the historical reminding level to obtain the current reminding level.
In an embodiment, the processing unit 620 is specifically configured to obtain environment information of the terminal device at the current time, where the environment information includes network state information and/or remaining storage space information; and determining the current reminding level according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
In an embodiment, the processing unit 620 is specifically configured to obtain an operation mode of the terminal device at the current time, where the operation mode includes a shooting mode, a game mode, and an office mode; and under the condition that the operation mode is not a preset mode, determining the current reminding level according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
In an embodiment, the processing unit 620 is specifically configured to obtain a data volume of an upgrade package of a system version to be upgraded; and determining the current reminding level according to the data volume, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
In one embodiment, the historical alert levels are stored in a storage device in the terminal device.

In one embodiment, the processing unit 620 is further configured to update the historical alert level based on the current alert level, and obtain an updated historical alert level; and sending the updated historical reminding level to the cloud server.
In one embodiment, the processing unit 620 is further configured to, when the reminder information is displayed for the first time, display times of the historical reminder level indication are greater than a third preset threshold, and display modes of the historical reminder level indication include pop-up window display and notification bar display.
The reminding device for system upgrade provided by this embodiment is used for executing the reminding method for system upgrade of the above embodiment, and the technical principle and the technical effect are similar, and are not described herein again.
It should be noted that the reminding device 600 for system upgrade is embodied in the form of a functional unit. The term "unit" herein may be implemented in software and/or hardware, and is not particularly limited thereto.
For example, a "unit" may be a software program, a hardware circuit, or a combination of both that implement the above-described functions. The hardware circuitry may include an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), an electronic circuit, a processor (e.g., a shared processor, a dedicated processor, or a group of processors) and memory that execute one or more software or firmware programs, a combinational logic circuit, and/or other suitable components that support the described functionality.
Thus, the units of each example described in the embodiments of the present application can be implemented in electronic hardware, or a combination of computer software and electronic hardware. Whether such functionality is implemented as hardware or software depends upon the particular application and design constraints imposed on the technical solution. Fig. 18 shows a schematic structural diagram of an electronic device provided in the present application. The dashed lines in fig. 18 indicate that the unit or the module is optional. The electronic device 700 may be used to implement the reminding method for system upgrade described in the above method embodiments.
The electronic device 700 includes one or more processors 701, and the one or more processors 701 may support the electronic device 700 to implement a method for reminding a system upgrade in the method embodiments. The processor 701 may be a general-purpose processor or a special-purpose processor. For example, the processor 701 may be a Central Processing Unit (CPU), a Digital Signal Processor (DSP), an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA), or other programmable logic device, such as a discrete gate, a transistor logic device, or a discrete hardware component.
The processor 701 may be used to control the electronic device 700, execute software programs, and process data of the software programs. The electronic device 700 may further include a communication unit 705 to enable input (reception) and output (transmission) of signals.
For example, the electronic device 700 may be a chip and the communication unit 705 may be an input and/or output circuit of the chip, or the communication unit 705 may be a communication interface of the chip, and the chip may be a component of a terminal device or other electronic devices.
Also for example, the electronic device 700 may be a terminal device and the communication unit 705 may be a transceiver of the terminal device, or the communication unit 705 may be a transceiver circuit of the terminal device.
The electronic device 700 may include one or more memories 702, on which programs 704 are stored, and the programs 704 may be executed by the processor 701 to generate instructions 703, so that the processor 701 executes the impedance matching method described in the above method embodiment according to the instructions 703.
Optionally, data may also be stored in the memory 702. Alternatively, the processor 701 may also read data stored in the memory 702, the data may be stored at the same memory address as the program 704, or the data may be stored at a different memory address from the program 704.

Exemplarily, the memory 702 may be configured to store a related program 704 of a system upgrade reminding method provided in an embodiment of the present application, and the processor 701 may be configured to call the related program 704 of the system upgrade reminding method stored in the memory 702 when a system upgrade is reminded, and execute the system upgrade reminding method according to the embodiment of the present application; the method comprises the following steps: displaying reminding information according to a historical reminding level in a first time period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of carrying out system upgrading, the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or display modes of the reminding information before the first time period, and the first time period is a time period before the current time; determining the current reminding level according to the historical reminding level and the first display times, wherein the first display times refer to the display times of the reminding information in a first time period; and displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in a second time period, wherein the second time period is a time period taking the current time as the starting time.

1. A reminding method for system upgrade is characterized by comprising the following steps:
displaying reminding information according to a historical reminding level in a first time period, wherein the reminding information is used for reminding a user of carrying out system upgrading, the historical reminding level is obtained through the display times and/or display mode of the reminding information before the first time period, and the first time period is a time period before the current time;
determining a current reminding level according to the historical reminding level and a first display frequency, wherein the first display frequency is the display frequency of the reminding information in the first time period;
and displaying the reminding information according to the current reminding level in a second time period, wherein the second time period is a time period taking the current time as an initial time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein determining a current reminder level based on the historical reminder level and a first number of displays comprises:
and updating the historical reminding level based on the first display times to obtain the current reminding level.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the reminding information comprises download reminding information and installation reminding information, the first display times comprise download reminding times and installation reminding times, and the updating the historical reminding level based on the first display times to obtain the current reminding level comprises:
when the download reminding times are larger than a first preset threshold value and the installation reminding times are larger than a second preset threshold value, the grade of the historical reminding grade is improved to obtain the current reminding grade;
and under the condition that the download reminding times are smaller than the first preset threshold value and the installation reminding times are smaller than the second preset threshold value, reducing the grade of the historical reminding grade to obtain the current reminding grade.
4. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein determining a current reminder level based on the historical reminder level and a first number of displays comprises:
acquiring environment information of the terminal equipment at the current moment, wherein the environment information comprises network state information and/or residual storage space information;
and determining the current reminding level according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein determining the current reminder level based on the environmental information, the historical reminder level, and the first number of displays comprises:
acquiring the operation mode of the terminal equipment at the current moment, wherein the operation mode comprises a shooting mode, a game mode and an office mode;
and under the condition that the operation mode is not a preset mode, determining the current reminding level according to the environment information, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
6. The method of any of claims 1 to 3, wherein determining a current reminder level based on the historical reminder level and a first number of displays comprises:
acquiring the data volume of an upgrade package of a system version to be upgraded;
and determining the current reminding level according to the data volume, the historical reminding level and the first display times.
7. A method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the historical alert levels are stored in a memory means in the terminal device.
8. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the historical alert level is stored in a cloud server, and the cloud server is in communication connection with the terminal device.
9. The method of claim 8, further comprising:
updating the historical reminding level based on the current reminding level to obtain an updated historical reminding level;
and sending the updated historical reminding level to the cloud server.
10. The method according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
when the reminding information is displayed for the first time, the display times of the historical reminding level indication are larger than a third preset threshold value, and the display mode of the historical reminding level indication comprises popup window display and notification bar display.
11. A reminder device of a system upgrade, characterized in that the device comprises a processor and a memory for storing a computer program, the processor being adapted to call and run the computer program from the memory such that the device performs the method of any of claims 1 to 10.
12. A chip comprising a processor that, when executing instructions, performs the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
13. An electronic device, comprising a processor configured to couple with a memory, read instructions in the memory, and cause the electronic device to perform the method according to any one of claims 1 to 10 according to the instructions.
14. A computer-readable storage medium, characterized in that the computer-readable storage medium stores a computer program which, when executed by a processor, causes the processor to carry out the method of any one of claims 1 to 10.
