Referring to fig. 1, 6 and 9, in a preferred embodiment, the adjusting assembly 25 includes a movable supporting rod 2501 and a bottom plate 2502, a rectangular hole is formed in a lower side of the bottom attachment seat 24, the movable supporting rod 2501 is slidably connected with the rectangular hole, a lower end of the movable supporting rod 2501 is connected with the bottom plate 2502 through a bolt, an anti-slip sheet 2503 is bonded to a lower side of the bottom plate 2502, the anti-slip sheet 2503 is made of hard rubber with an anti-slip groove formed in the bottom thereof, one side of the movable supporting rod 2501 is connected with a vertical tooth 2504 through a bolt, a circular concave hole is formed in the bottom attachment seat 24 and located on one side of the rectangular hole, an adjusting gear 2505 is arranged in the circular concave hole, the adjusting gear 2505 is engaged with the vertical tooth 2504 through a tooth space, an elliptical hole is formed in the middle of the adjusting gear 2505, a shaft 2506 is slidably connected in the elliptical hole, one end of the shaft 2506 is provided with a threaded groove, a threaded hole is formed in one side of the circular concave hole in the bottom attachment seat 24, the bottom attachment seat 2506 is rotatably connected with an adjusting knob through a bolt 2507.
