This embodiment has adopted flexible hoist, can simplify the structure on the one hand, and convenient equipment, reduce cost, on the other hand can improve equipment's suitability.
On the basis, as can be seen from fig. 4 to 7, the lifting mechanism 32 further includes a fixed pulley 325 disposed on the lifting platform 321 and a movable pulley 326 disposed on the car carrying board 33, and the other end of the lifting rope 324 is wound around the fixed pulley 325 and the movable pulley 326 and is fixedly disposed on the lifting platform 321. The four lifting ropes 324 and the four groups of fixed pulleys 325 and movable pulleys 326 have the following advantages: (1) The power setting is simplified, and the utilization rate of the lifting power source 322 is increased, so that the cost is reduced; (2) increasing the load-bearing capacity of the lifting mechanism 32; (3) the stability of the car carrying plate 33 during lifting is ensured; (4) When one of the lift cables 324 is broken or the two lift cables 324 at the opposite corners are broken, the lifting mechanism 32 can still lift normally, further increasing the reliability and safety of the operation of the lifting mechanism 32.
In order to make the lifting more stable, the lifting mechanism 32 is further provided with guide wheels 327 and guide rails 328, the guide wheels 327 are rotatably arranged at four corners of the left end and the right end of the vehicle carrying board 33, the guide rails 328 are arranged on the base frame 1 along the up-down direction, the guide rails 328 are provided with a plurality of rows of parking platforms 11, when the vehicle carrying board 33 moves along the up-down direction, the guide wheels 327 are suitable for rolling along the guide rails 328, and the guide rails 328 and the guide wheels 327 are matched to limit the displacement of the vehicle carrying board 33 in the horizontal direction; the guide rail 328 has a void at its lower end through which the guide wheel 327 is adapted to pass, and the vehicle carrying board 33 is adapted to move in the front-rear direction at the bottom. That is, when the vehicle loading plate 33 is used for loading the vehicle 200, the vehicle is moved forward and backward at the lowest position, moved to the position below the empty parking platform 11, and then moved up and down along the guide rail 328 until reaching the corresponding parking platform 11.
As shown in fig. 14, the vehicle loading plate 33 has a turning portion 331, and the turning portion 331 is adapted to receive the carrier 4 by turning, or the carrier 4 is adapted to turn when it travels to the turning portion 331. the lifting assemblies 44 are provided with two groups and are respectively arranged at the ends of the two groups of telescopic assemblies 43, and the two groups of lifting assemblies 44 are suitable for moving on a vertical plane in the same direction;
a control system 45, wherein the control system 45 is suitable for controlling the actions of the walking assembly 42, the telescopic assembly 43 and the lifting assembly 44; as shown in fig. 11, when the vehicle 200 travels above the carrier 4 and the carrier is located between the front and rear wheels 201, the control system 45 drives the two sets of telescopic assemblies 43 to respectively expand in the front and rear directions, and the two sets of lifting assemblies 44 are inserted into gaps between the front and rear wheels 201 and the ground simultaneously or sequentially, the control system 45 drives the two sets of lifting assemblies 44 to simultaneously lift upwards, and the wheels 201 leave the ground, and the control system 45 finally controls the traveling assembly 42 to move, so as to carry the vehicle.
