Abstract
The invention belongs to the technical field of high molecular functional films, and provides a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic copolymer for a self-adhesive protective film, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-85 parts of low-density polyethylene; 10-20 parts of linear low density polyethylene; 5-30 parts of cyclic copolymer. a three-layer coextrusion film blowing machine was used, 15kg of a polyethylene elastomer POE0540 was added to the outer layer hopper, 50kg of a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic block copolymer was added to the middle layer hopper, and 20kg of a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic block copolymer was added to the inner layer. The processing temperature of each screw is 200 ℃, the rotating speed is 250r/min for the outer layer, 350r/min for the middle layer and 350r/min for the inner layer, the materials are extruded by a three-layer coextrusion film blowing machine, a cylindrical film with the thickness of 50 mu m is blown on a die head by outer coextrusion, middle coextrusion and inner coextrusion, and the corresponding self-adhesive protective film is obtained after trimming and winding of the cylindrical film and is used for testing stiffness, crystal points and haze.

The embodiment provides a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic block copolymer for a self-adhesive protective film, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of low-density polyethylene; 20 parts of linear low density polyethylene; 1 part of a cyclic block copolymer; 1010 parts of antioxidant.
The preparation method of the composition of polyethylene and cyclic block copolymer for self-adhesive protective film of this example and the preparation method of the self-adhesive protective film are the same as those of example 1.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic block copolymer for a self-adhesive protective film, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of low-density polyethylene; 20 parts of linear low density polyethylene; 1 part of a cyclic block copolymer; 1010 parts of antioxidant.
The preparation method of the composition of polyethylene and cyclic block copolymer for self-adhesive protective film of this example and the preparation method of the self-adhesive protective film are the same as those of example 1.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic block copolymer for a self-adhesive protective film, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 60 parts of low-density polyethylene; 20 parts of linear low density polyethylene; 10 parts of cycloolefin copolymer; 1010 parts of antioxidant.
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic block copolymer for a self-adhesive protective film, which specifically comprises the following steps: the cycloolefin copolymer and the linear low-density polyethylene are stirred and mixed at a high speed, then the mixture is added into a double-screw extruder from a main feeding port, the low-density polyethylene is added into the double-screw extruder from a 4 th zone side feeding port, the temperature of the extruder is set to be 200 ℃, the rotating speed of the screw is set to be 250 revolutions per minute, and the mixture is granulated by an underwater granulator after extrusion, and then the mixture is dried to obtain the composition of the polyethylene and the annular block copolymer.
The preparation method of the self-adhesive protective film of this example is the same as that of example 1.
Comparative example 1
The contrast provides a composition for a self-adhesive protective film, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 70 parts of low-density polyethylene; 30 parts of linear low density polyethylene; 1010 parts of antioxidant.
The embodiment provides a preparation method of a composition for a self-adhesive protective film, which specifically comprises the following steps: adding linear low-density polyethylene into a double-screw extruder, adding the low-density polyethylene into the double-screw extruder from a 4 th zone side feeding port, setting the temperature of the extruder to 230 ℃, setting the screw rotation speed to 200 revolutions per minute, granulating by an underwater granulator after extrusion, and drying to obtain the composition.
The preparation method of the self-adhesive protective film of this comparative example was the same as that of example 1.

2. Crystal point: the crystal points of the self-adhesive protective films described in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were measured with reference to GB/T10003-2008, and the results are shown in Table 1.
3. Haze: the haze of the self-adhesive protective films described in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 was measured with reference to GB/T2410-2008, and the results are shown in Table 1.
4. The self-adhesive protective films described in examples 1 to 4 and comparative examples 1 to 4 were adhered to PMMA sheets at 80℃for 30 minutes, and the presence or absence of foaming effect was measured, and the results are shown in Table 1.

1. A composition of polyethylene and cyclic copolymer for self-adhesive protective film, characterized in that: the coating comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-85 parts of low-density polyethylene; 10-20 parts of linear low density polyethylene; 5-30 parts of a cyclic copolymer; 1-5 parts of antioxidant.
The density of the low density polyethylene is 0.914g/cm 3 ;
The melt index MFR of the low density polyethylene is 2.0g/min at 190℃under a load of 2.16 kg;
the cyclic copolymer is selected from cyclic block copolymer or cycloolefin copolymer;
the cyclic block copolymer is a styrene-based cyclic block copolymer, and the density of the styrene-based cyclic block copolymer is 0.94g/cm 3 The method specifically comprises SEBS;
the cycloolefin copolymer has a density of 1.01g/cm 3 The brand of the cycloolefin copolymer is Germany TOPLASTMASTM 8007-600F;
the linear low density polyethylene has a density of 0.90g/cm 3 -0.92g/cm 3 ;
The linear low density polyethylene has a melt index MFR of 1g/min to 3g/min at 190℃under a load of 2.16 kg.

A process for the preparation of a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic copolymer for self-adhesive protective films according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps: mixing the cyclic copolymer with linear low-density polyethylene and an antioxidant, adding the mixture into a double-screw extruder, adding the low-density polyethylene into the double-screw extruder, granulating the mixture by an underwater granulator after extrusion, and drying the mixture to obtain the composition.
4. A process for the preparation of a composition of polyethylene and a cyclic copolymer for self-adhesive protective films according to claim 3, characterized in that: the temperature of the twin-screw extruder is set to be 200-240 ℃ and the screw rotating speed is 200-250 revolutions per minute.
