Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical material synthesis, in particular to a bonding resin for a pesticide barrier bottle and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the increasing attention on environmental protection and energy problems, many polymer materials with barrier properties to various liquids and gases are gradually replacing the traditional materials in the applications of coatings, pesticides and other chemical raw materials, food packaging industry and automobile fuel tank manufacturing industry. There are many problems associated with the use of a single polymeric material. Such as environmental impact on the barrier properties of the material, excessive cost, problems in processing and preparation, etc., and it is also desirable to improve the technology to obtain materials with more excellent barrier properties.
The function of the barrier plastic bottle is particularly prominent in the pesticide packaging industry. The main properties of barrier bottles include: 1. has good mechanical property, 3 to 5 times of impact strength of other films and good folding endurance. 2. Oil resistance, fat resistance, dilute acid resistance, dilute alkali resistance and most solvents resistance. 3. The high-temperature and low-temperature resistant rubber has excellent high-temperature and low-temperature resistance, can be used for a long time within the temperature range of 120 ℃, can resist high temperature of 150 ℃ and low temperature of-70 ℃ in a short time, and has little influence on the mechanical properties of the rubber at high and low temperatures. 4. Low gas and water vapor permeability, and excellent gas, water, oil and odor barrier properties. In order to produce plastic bottles with high barrier properties, the quality of the adhesive resin product for barrier bottles plays a decisive role in the formation of the layer structure of the barrier material. Therefore, the research and the technical accumulation of the special bonding resin for the high-barrier bottle are also one of the ways for effectively serving the barrier container industry and establishing authority in the industry.
