During winding operation, the feeding pipe (31) is connected with the resin storage box, the motor (9) and the driving motor II (301) are started, the screw rod (7) and the transmission shaft (303) are driven to rotate simultaneously, the transmission shaft (303) drives the winding cylinder (304) to rotate, the winding cylinder driving mechanism (3) starts to move towards the other end, the nozzle device is started at the moment, the nozzle (32) sprays resin on the surface of the winding cylinder (304) firstly, the scraping plate (27) smears the sprayed resin evenly, the state is kept until the winding cylinder (304) moves to the front end of the carbon fiber coil driving mechanism (2), the nozzle device and all motors are suspended, and carbon fiber cloth is pulled between the rollers (12) and is adhered to the winding cylinder (304). Claims (5)

1. the winding cylinder moving mechanism (1) comprises a sliding seat (6), a screw rod (7), a sliding block (8) and a motor (9); the sliding seat (6) is provided with two parallel sliding grooves in a chiseling way, sliding strips are arranged on two sides of the bottom of the sliding block (8) and embedded into the sliding grooves, two ends of the screw rod (7) penetrate through the sliding block (8) and are rotationally connected with the sliding seat (6), the motor (9) is fixed on the sliding seat (6), and the sliding block (8) is driven to move by driving the screw rod (7) to rotate, so that a winding cylinder driving mechanism (3) on the motor is driven to move;
the carbon fiber roll driving mechanism (2) is positioned on the right side of the winding cylinder moving mechanism (1), and the carbon fiber roll driving mechanism (2) comprises a supporting plate I (10), a carbon fiber roll core shaft (11), a roller (12), a baffle (13), a baffle sliding block (14 a), a screw (14 b), a chute (14 c), a driving motor I (15) and a base (16); the upper end of the base (16) is fixedly connected with two support plates I (10), a sliding groove (14 c) parallel to the length direction of the base is formed in the base (16) between the support plates I (10), a driving motor I (15) is fixedly connected to the end face of the right support plate I (10), a carbon fiber winding mandrel (11) and two rollers (12) are rotatably connected between the two support plates I (10), carbon fiber cloth is wound on the carbon fiber winding mandrel (11) and a winding drum (304), the rollers (12) penetrate through two baffle plates (13), baffle plate sliding blocks (14 a) used for being embedded into the sliding groove (14 c) of the base (16) are arranged at the bottoms of the two baffle plates (13), and a winding drum driving mechanism (3) is fixed on the sliding blocks (8) and used for driving the winding drum (304) to rotate;
the scraper system (4) is circumferentially arranged around the winding cylinder (304) and comprises a scraper supporting frame (17 a), a rotating handle I (18), a threaded rod (19), a nut I (20), an upper sliding block (21), a lower sliding block (22), a square internal threaded pipe (23), a square sleeve (24), a scraper fixing seat (25), a scraper mounting seat (26) and a scraper (27); the base (16) is fixedly provided with a scraper supporting frame (17 a), the left side of the scraper supporting frame (17 a) is welded with an adjusting circular ring I (17 b), a lower sliding block (22) penetrates through the adjusting circular ring I (17 b) to be connected with an upper sliding block (21) in a threaded mode, square inner threaded pipes (23) are arranged at the bottom of each group of the lower sliding blocks (22), a plurality of groups of threaded rods (19) are arranged around the adjusting circular ring I (17 b), each group of threaded rods (19) penetrate through the upper sliding block and the lower sliding block and are connected in a square sleeve (24) in a rotating mode, and the middle portions of the upper sliding block, the lower sliding block and the square inner threaded pipes are matched with the threaded rods in a threaded mode and used for driving the threaded rods (19) to rotate along the adjusting circular ring I (17 b);
the rotary handle I (18) is welded at the upper end of the threaded rod (19), sliding grooves (28) are formed in two sides of the outer portion of the square inner threaded tube (23), the square sleeve (24) is sleeved outside the square inner threaded tube (23) through sliding strips (29) formed in two sides of the inner portion of the square sleeve, the sliding strips (29) and the sliding grooves (28) are movably matched to enable the square sleeve (24) to move up and down along the side face of the square inner threaded tube (23), front side positioning grooves (241) and rear side positioning grooves (242) with downward openings are formed in the bottom of the square sleeve (24), a scraper fixing seat (25) is provided with positioning clamping blocks (253) used for being clamped into the square sleeve (24) upwards and fixed through countersunk screws (254), transverse connecting holes (251) are formed in the middle of the scraper fixing seat (25), parallel transverse protruding strips (252) are formed in the transverse connecting holes (251), positioning clamping blocks (253) used for being clamped into the bottom clamping grooves of the square sleeve (24) upwards, scraper fixing seats (27) are connected with scraper mounting seats (26) in the upper side, a plurality of transverse grooves (261) are formed in the circumferential direction, and are evenly distributed on the right end faces (261) of the scraper fixing seats (27), the transverse grooves (262) are matched with the transverse convex strips (252) in the transverse connecting holes (251);
the spray head system (5) is circumferentially arranged around the winding cylinder (304) and comprises a spray head supporting frame (30 a), an adjusting ring II (30 b), a feed pipe (31), an upper sliding block (21), a lower sliding block (22), a spray head (32), a rotary handle II (33), a threaded pipe (34) and a nut II (35); the shower nozzle support frame (30 a) is fixed on the base, and its left side welding has regulation ring II (30 b), and lower slider (22) pass regulation ring II (30 b) threaded connection on last slider (21), inlet pipe (31) and shower nozzle (32) pass through screwed pipe (34) intercommunication, screwed pipe (34) and the internal thread cooperation at upper and lower slider middle part, the through-hole that is convenient for resin inflow has been seted up to the inside of screwed pipe (34).

The carbon fiber winding device with the adjustable spray head and the scraping plate according to claim 1, wherein the winding cylinder driving mechanism (3) comprises a driving motor II (301), a supporting plate II (302), a transmission shaft (303) and a winding cylinder (304); the driving motor II (301) is fixed on the left side of the supporting plate II (302), the supporting plate II (302) is rotationally connected with the transmission shaft (303), and the driving motor II (301) drives the winding cylinder (304) to rotate through the transmission shaft (303).
