The working principle is as follows:
before sealing, a seal strip coil is placed on a seal strip coil placing disc 6, the head of the seal strip is driven by a driving roller group 17 to sequentially pass through a shearing device 18 and a layering shaft 3 and is placed at an attaching shaft 9, the seal strip is automatically glued by a glue applicator 2 when passing through the layering shaft 3, one side pipe of a concave hot air pipe 5 positioned between the layering shaft 3 and the shearing device 18 is used for preheating the seal strip before gluing, the adhesive force between the seal strip and a hot melt adhesive is increased, the other side pipe of the concave hot air pipe 5 positioned between the layering shaft 3 and the attaching shaft 9 is used for heating the seal strip after gluing and the hot melt adhesive on the seal strip, the adhesive force between the hot melt adhesive and a plate is increased, the sealing degree and the firmness between the seal strip and the plate are improved, and the seal strip and the plate cannot crack or fall off after use.

After the edge sealing of the plate is finished, the edge of the plate is conveyed to the position between the upper movable panel 28 and the lower movable panel 28 through the swinging of the first transmission arm 13 and the second transmission arm 12, the plate is driven to rotate by the rotating shaft 11, and the upper surface and the lower surface of the plate are simultaneously trimmed and scraped by the trimming device and the edge scraping device on the upper movable panel 28 and the lower movable panel 28.
When trimming is performed, the rotary power head 33 controls the trimming wheel 31 to rotate, the rotating trimming wheel 31 is driven to approach the edge of the plate under the control of the air cylinder II, then the rotating shaft 11 drives the plate to rotate, and the trimming wheel 31 starts trimming the edge of the plate (the first transmission arm 13 and the second transmission arm 12 are also continuously adjusted to swing along with the edge of the plate so as to enable the edge of the plate to be always attached to the trimming wheel 31 during trimming).
When the edge scraping operation is performed, the connecting plate 38 is driven by the cylinder three to slide in the cavity 39, so as to drive the movable rod 24 and the edge scraping tool 30 thereon to approach towards the edge of the plate, and then the rotating shaft 11 drives the plate to rotate, so that the edge scraping tool 30 starts to scrape the edge along the edge of the plate (the first transmission arm 13 and the second transmission arm 12 are also continuously adjusted to swing along with the edge scraping tool 30 during the edge scraping operation, so that the edge of the plate is always attached to the edge scraping tool 30).
