Claims (9)

1. The oiling mechanism is characterized by comprising a supporting plate, wherein the supporting plate is connected onto a first guide rail at the upper end of a working steel belt of tobacco sheet test equipment in a sliding manner, the first guide rail is arranged along the length direction of the working steel belt, a second guide rail is arranged on the supporting plate, a brush is connected onto the second guide rail in a sliding manner, and the brush is driven by a linear driving device to slide along the second guide rail; the second guide rail is arranged along the width direction of the working steel belt;
the support plate is provided with an oil injection system, and an oil injection end of the oil injection system is arranged at the front side of the hairbrush;
the oil injection system comprises an oil containing device, an oil guide pipeline, an oil injection main pipe and a nozzle which are sequentially communicated;
the supporting plate is connected with a pneumatic clamping jaw through a second connecting plate;
the nozzle is sleeved with an oil receiving groove, and the nozzle is used for spraying oil into the oil receiving groove; the oil receiving groove comprises two half oil shells which are oppositely arranged, the two half oil shells are in butt joint to form an oil receiving groove, and the lowest ends of the two half oil shells form an oil flowing seam;
one half oil shell lateral surface is connected one clamping jaw finger of pneumatic clamping jaw, another half oil shell lateral surface is connected another clamping jaw finger of pneumatic clamping jaw, two cooperation settings clamping jaw fingers when being close to each other close the oil flow seam, two cooperation settings clamping jaw fingers are kept away from each other open the oil flow seam.

The oiling mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the oil holding device is provided on the support plate, the oil injection main pipe is provided along the width direction of the working steel strip, and the nozzle is connected to a side of the oil injection main pipe close to the working steel strip.
3. The oiling mechanism according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of nozzles are provided, and a plurality of the nozzles are uniformly distributed along the length direction of the main injection pipe;
and the oil guide pipeline is provided with an oil pump.
4. The oiling mechanism of claim 1 wherein the end of said main fuel injection tube is connected to said support plate by a first connection plate.
5. The oiling mechanism according to claim 1, wherein two pneumatic clamping jaws are arranged, and the two pneumatic clamping jaws are respectively arranged at two ends of the oil receiving groove; the two pneumatic clamping jaws are electrically connected with the controller.
6. The oiling mechanism of claim 1 wherein said linear drive is a linear motor or a cylinder.

The oiling mechanism of claim 1, wherein the power output end of the linear driving device is connected with a sliding block, the sliding block is slidably connected to the second guide rail, a sliding table cylinder is connected to the sliding block, and the power output end of the sliding table cylinder is fixedly connected with the hairbrush.

The thick paste method tobacco sheet test equipment comprises a main frame, and is characterized in that an operation steel belt is arranged on the top surface of the main frame, a first guide rail is suspended at the upper end of the operation steel belt along the length direction, an upper heating sliding table, an oiling mechanism and a pulp flow sliding table are connected to the first guide rail in a sliding mode, and the oiling mechanism is the oiling mechanism according to any one of claims 1-7.
