The winding mechanism comprises a shell 203 and a pressing block 204 connected to the shell 203 in a sliding mode, a first rack 205 is fixedly connected to the pressing block 204, a first rotating shaft 206 is connected to the inner wall of the shell 203 in a rotating mode, a first gear 207 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the first rotating shaft 206 in a fixing mode, the first gear 207 is connected with the first rack 205 in a meshed mode, the shell 203 is fixedly connected to the outer wall of the training holding rod 202, one end of a second connecting piece 413 is fixedly wound on the first rotating shaft 206, and the other end of the second connecting piece 413 is fixedly connected to a second connecting plate 412.
The second driving part for driving the second rotating shaft 1003 to rotate comprises a second gear 1004 and a second rack 10 fixedly connected to the second supporting rod 5, the second gear 1004 is meshed with the second rack 10, the second gear 1004 is sleeved on the outer wall of the second rotating shaft 1003, an electric telescopic rod 1001 is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the top of the bottom plate 1, and the output end of the electric telescopic rod 1001 is fixedly connected with the connecting seat 1002.
A backrest 101 is fixedly installed at one end of the bottom plate 1, a supporting pad 102 is fixedly connected to the backrest 101, and a blocking pad 103 is fixedly connected to the bottom plate 1.
When the training holding rod is used, a patient is placed on the surface of the bottom plate 1, the head of the patient is rested on the supporting pad 102 when the buttocks of the patient are seated between the backrest 101 and the blocking pad 103, the neck of the patient can be protected through the supporting pad 102, then the arm holds the training holding rod 202, the lower leg part is placed between the first arc-shaped plate 501 and the second arc-shaped plate 502, the second arc-shaped plate 502 can enable the massage balls 504 arranged on the inner walls of the two groups of third arc-shaped plates 503 to be tightly attached to the surface of the part of the patient under the compression of the second spring 508, at the moment, the training holding rod 202 is moved through the left-right reciprocating motion of the arm, the training holding rod 202 winds the second connecting piece 413 through the winding mechanism, the tensioned second connecting piece 413 drives the second connecting plate 412 to move upwards under the limiting position of the supporting column 411, meanwhile, the second connecting plate 412 drives the buckle assembly to synchronously move outwards through the first connecting piece 410, at the moment, the training holding rod 202 drives the second supporting plate 4 to move upwards through the first connecting piece 413, the bolt 404 is matched with the second supporting plate 4, so that the arm can synchronously move upwards and the counterweight 401 can be used for training to recover the muscle of the arm;
when the arm is weak or the hand slips off the training holding rod 202, the balancing weight 403 moves downwards, at this time, the second connecting plate 412 drives the first rotating shaft 206 to rotate clockwise through the second connecting piece 413 to unreel, so that the second connecting piece 413 and the first connecting piece 410 are loosened, at this time, the compressed first spring 409 generates thrust to push the sliding block 407 to move, the sliding block 407 drives the second connecting plate 412 to move downwards through the first connecting piece 410 to reset, and at the same time, the sliding block 407 drives the fixing block 408 to move synchronously, so that the fixing block 408 moves out of the groove 406 to be clamped into the clamping groove 405 on the inner walls of the two sides of the frame body 3, and the second supporting plate 4 and the balancing weight 403 can be limited, so that the arm of a patient is effectively protected, and the situation that the other arm is damaged due to the fact that the hand slips off the training holding rod 202 on one arm is caused by large stress is solved, meanwhile, the first rotating shaft 206 can drive the pressing block 204 to move out of the shell 203 to automatically reset through the meshing of the first rack 205 and the first gear 207 in the clockwise rotating process;
meanwhile, when the training holding rod 202 is moved through the left-right reciprocating motion of the arm, the training holding rod 202 drives the second support rod 5 to move through the second connecting rod 6, the second support rod 5 drives the first arc-shaped plate 501 and the second arc-shaped plate 502 to move synchronously, and then the massage ball 504 rotating on the inner wall of the third arc-shaped plate 503 can massage the leg muscles in a rolling manner, so that the tension of the leg muscles is relieved;
meanwhile, the second support rod 5 drives the piston plate 701 to reciprocate in the sleeve 7 through the guide rod 702, when the piston plate 701 moves rightwards, the piston plate 701 extracts external air through the first pipeline 703, the heating box 8 and the air inlet pipe 801, the external air enters the heating box 8 through the air inlet pipe 801, at the moment, the heating wire 804 is opened, the air entering the heating box 8 can be heated by the heating wire 804, the heated air enters the sleeve 7 through the first pipeline 703, the first pipeline 703 and the second pipeline 704 are both connected with one-way valves, then, when the piston plate 701 moves leftwards, the hot air in the sleeve 7 is extruded by the piston plate 701 and conveyed into the air nozzle 506 through the second pipeline 704 to be sprayed out, the sprayed hot air can further relieve the tension of leg muscles, the leg muscles are relaxed, the blood circulation of the legs is promoted, and the leg muscle massage effect is improved;

Example 3: referring to fig. 1, 2, 3, 4 and 13, an orthopedic rehabilitation training and nursing device is substantially the same as embodiment 1, further, a first connecting rod 401 is fixedly connected to the bottom of the second supporting plate 4, a plurality of groups of counterweights 403 are arranged in the frame 3, mounting holes 402 are formed in the groups of counterweights 403 and the first connecting rod 401, and mounting bolts 404 are arranged in the mounting holes 402; balancing weight 403 through the multiunit setting, and all seted up mounting hole 402 on cooperation balancing weight 403 and the head rod 401, and then can be convenient for resume cycle or the intensity of taking exercise according to the patient and adjust the weight of balancing weight 403, thereby improve the exercise effect to patient's arm, accomplish the back in the regulation, all seted up mounting hole 402 threaded connection mounting bolt 404 on balancing weight 403 and the head rod 401, and then can realize fixing spacing balancing weight 403 and head rod 401, prevent to appear droing at the in-process balancing weight 403 of taking exercise.

The invention can effectively protect the arms of a patient during arm exercise, prevent the other arm from being damaged due to larger stress caused by the slippage of one arm from the training holding rod 202, realize the rolling massage of leg muscles, and spray hot air and essential oil to the legs during the massage process, thereby relieving the tension of the leg muscles and improving the massage effect of the leg muscles.
