The length of the needle is smaller than the length of the needle sleeve and the end of the needle is located in the space between the top end of the inner barrel 42 and the top end of the outer barrel 41 when the needle is in the needle retracting device 4.
The specific implementation process is as follows: initially, the hub 52 of the needle assembly is mounted on the end of the screw cap 2 which is covered by the needle, the needle cap extending from the top end of the needle hider 4, the end of the needle being located in the space between the top end of the inner barrel 42 and the top end of the outer barrel 41, the needle cap 50 passing through the first and second main apertures 110, 112 and the side strip 51 passing through the first and second side apertures 111, 113. Since the side edges of the side bars 51 are abutted against the inner walls of the first side holes 111 and the second side holes 113 at the same time, the second cover plate and the first cover plate are clamped by the side bars 51 at the same time, the second cover plate and the first cover plate cannot rotate relatively, the second housing 107 cannot rotate, and the second housing 107 is in a locking state. Thus, even if the inner cylinder 42 is touched by the outside, the second housing 107 cannot rotate, the bottom end of the inclined section of the chute 109 and the limit sliding portion 118 are locked in the vertical direction in fig. 3, the second housing 107 cannot move relative to the first housing 106 and retract into the outer cylinder 41, and at this time, the needle hiding device 4 is in a locked state, and the needle hiding device 4 cannot shrink.
In use, the needle sheath is first withdrawn, and during the withdrawal process, the needle sheath body 50 slides upwardly in the first main bore 110 and the second main bore 112, and the side bar 51 slides upwardly in the first side bore 111 and the second side bore 113. In the process of extracting the needle sleeve, as long as the needle sleeve is not completely separated from the hidden needle device 4, namely, the needle sleeve is not completely pulled out from the top of the inner cylinder 42, the side bar 51 is simultaneously clamped in the first side hole 111 and the second side hole 113, the second cover plate and the first cover plate are locked by the needle sleeve, the second shell cannot rotate, the inner cylinder 42 cannot retract into the outer cylinder 41, the hidden needle device 4 cannot be shortened, and the condition that the needle head possibly exposes a stab hand due to shortening of the hidden needle device 4 caused by holding the hidden needle device 4 in the process of extracting the needle sleeve or before extracting the needle sleeve is avoided.
After the needle sheath is pulled out and is completely separated from the hidden needle device 4, the first side hole 111 and the second side hole 113 are separated from the limit of the side bar 51, the second shell 107 is restored to a state capable of freely rotating, and at the moment, when the inner cylinder 42 is pressed, the second shell 107 can rotate, so that the inclined section of the sliding groove 109 and the limit sliding part 118 can slide relatively, the inclined section of the sliding groove 109 and the limit sliding part 118 cannot be blocked, the inner cylinder 42 can be retracted into the outer cylinder 41, and the hidden needle device 4 can be freely contracted, so that the injection operation can be normally performed.

Referring to fig. 7, the needle hiding device 4 of embodiment 1 is applied to an electronic needle hiding pen with a voice reminding function, wherein the voice reminding system comprises a power supply, a controller, a memory interface, a speaker and a sensor, wherein the controller, the speaker and the power supply are all located inside the pen body 1. The memory interface, speaker and sensor are all electrically connected to the controller. The memory interface is connected with a memory card, the memory card is an SD card, and corresponding audio is stored in the memory card.
