Abstract
The invention discloses a ready-to-use polyacrylic acid silver fluoride caries prevention paste, a using method and a tool thereof; the instant polyacrylic acid silver fluoride caries preventing plaster is calculated according to the weight of the finished product, and the raw materials with the following weight proportion are needed: 5-10 parts of dimethyl sulfoxide, 35-40 parts of silver fluoride, 10-15 parts of polyacrylic acid, 15-20 parts of glycerol, 3-5 parts of zein and 0.1-1 part of licochalcone A; in the preparation process, proper amount of absolute ethyl alcohol is needed to be used as a solvent of the whole gel system; glycerol and dimethyl sulfoxide are used to alter gel lubrication and stability; zein is used to load licochalcone and adjust pH to form a uniform gel system. The invention adopts zein and Chinese medicinal polysaccharide, improves periodontal microenvironment, and has better antibacterial repair effect. And the irritation caused by amine is reduced, the operability is enhanced, and the shelf life of the product is longer.

The invention relates to a caries preventing paste and a using method and a tool, in particular to a ready-to-use polyacrylic acid silver fluoride caries preventing paste and a using method and a tool.
Background
The pit and sulcus sealing means that the tooth tissue is not damaged, the pit and sulcus sealing material is coated on the pit and sulcus point gaps of the occlusal surface and the buccal surface of the dental crown, and when the pit and sulcus sealing material flows into and permeates into the pit and sulcus, the pit and sulcus sealing material is solidified and hardened to form a protective barrier which covers the pit and sulcus, and the caries causing bacteria and acid metabolites can be prevented from corroding the tooth, so that the method for preventing the pit and sulcus caries is achieved. Pit and fissure closure is a painless, atraumatic method that has been used internationally for over 50 years.
Existing methods of socket closure require several steps of cleaning teeth, etching, rinsing and drying, applying a sealer, and curing. It is emphasized, however, that the pit closure requires the manipulation by a skilled person and the necessary instrumentation. If the operation of the acid etching agent is excessively large or small or saliva pollution occurs in the acid etching process in the traditional mode, pit sealing failure can be caused, and the caries risk is increased. The area of the acid etchant coating cannot be too large, otherwise the gums may be eroded; in addition, care should be taken to isolate moisture so as to prevent tongue movement from touching and corrosion caused by acid etching agents. The suitability of the etched dental mask body is observed empirically, and most of the dental mask body needs to be repeatedly operated. The classical conditions that need to be ensured are too many and the operation needs to be careful. Too much accumulation is easy to cause occlusion change, which is unfavorable for occlusion reconstruction and growth.
Silver ammonia fluoride (Silver Diamine Fluoride, SDF) was first proposed in the last 70 th century and has been increasingly investigated for the treatment of dentinal hypersensitivity, anticaries and anticaries; the earliest development of experiments and clinical researches of silver ammonia fluoride solution in the oral cavity in China can be traced to the 80 th century, but no deeper product level research and development exists. While until 2014, the U.S. food and drug administration did not approve SDF for treatment of adult tooth sensitivity, the european and american market did not develop SDF-related products; 10 months 2018, the american society of dentistry (ADA) issued clinical guidelines for non-restorative treatment of dental caries in children and adults, indicating that this non-invasive treatment with silver ammonia fluoride solution can effectively stop or remineralize caries lesions in crowns and roots of children and adults, and also attracts attention of domestic research teams.
Silver ammonium fluoride solutions are transparent liquids containing silver and fluoride, are pale blue in color, have an ammonia-water-irritating odor, and are commercially available in the market generally containing 29% -32% silver fluoride and 8% -10% ammonia. Studies have shown that silver ammonia fluoride solution can penetrate 25 μm in enamel and up to 200-300 μm in dentin.
Silver ions in the silver ammonia fluoride solution can form silver protein, so that the silver ammonia fluoride solution has a sealing effect on dentinal tubules and can isolate external physical and chemical stimulus, thereby achieving the effect of dentinal desensitization; occlusion of dentinal tubules also blocks the passage of bacteria and acidic products.
Fluoride ions in the silver ammonia fluoride solution can be combined with hydroxyapatite which is a main component in teeth to form fluoridized apatite, and the fluoridized apatite structure is more acid-resistant and insoluble, so that the acid-resistant performance of tooth tissues is greatly improved, and caries is prevented from further occurrence and development. In the reaction process of fluoride ions and hydroxyapatite, the formed by-product is silver phosphate, and the silver phosphate can react with sulfur groups and be combined with amino acid and nucleic acid after being substituted, so that bacteria lose metabolism and reproduction capacity, and the effect of killing the bacteria is achieved.
In a word, the silver ammonia fluoride solution inhibits the demineralization of hard tissues of teeth and the degradation of collagen tissues through the sterilization effect, dentin tubule sealing effect, ion replacement effect and the like, promotes the remineralization process of the tooth tissues, and effectively achieves the aims of dentin desensitization and preventing the occurrence and development of dental caries. In the prior art, enterprises begin to research the application of silver ammonia fluoride in preventing dental caries.
However, because the silver ammonia fluoride in the prior art contains ammonia, certain irritation is caused in the use process, and discomfort is brought to users. There is a need to develop new materials for more gently and effectively preventing caries and improving product competitiveness.

The concave end cover and the arc convex tip shaped rear push rod which are made of soft materials are further adopted, so that the arc convex tip shaped rear push rod can eject out of the concave end cover when in final extrusion, gel in the capsule can be extruded to a soft brush piece to the greatest extent, and the capsule can be used to the greatest extent. The concave storage channel is adopted, and when the forefront end of the soft brush piece is required to be used, gel stored in the concave storage channel can flow out of the front end outlet rapidly, so that the application by a user is facilitated. The supporting rod part with the stop protruding part is further adopted, so that in the extrusion process, the extrusion rod is pushed first, and then the pushing of the rear push rod is automatically switched through the action of the supporting rod part. The rubber ring can be further added, when the front half part of the capsule is extruded, the rubber ring is connected to the first-stage protruding outer ring part from the rear protruding outer ring part, and when the rear half part of the capsule is extruded, the rubber ring is connected to the second-stage protruding outer ring part from the rear protruding outer ring part, so that the extrusion force born by the capsule is kept in a reasonable range, errors are reduced, and convenience in use is improved. .
The foregoing examples are provided to further illustrate the technical contents of the present invention for the convenience of the reader, but are not intended to limit the embodiments of the present invention thereto, and any technical extension or re-creation according to the present invention is protected by the present invention. The protection scope of the invention is subject to the claims.
