Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1, an embodiment of the present invention provides a method for identifying a video playing problem, where the method may include:
s101, bullet screen related data of the target video are obtained, wherein the bullet screen related data at least comprise bullet screen display content.
S102, performing text segmentation on the bullet screen display content to obtain a plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bullet screen is a user interaction function in a video playing scene, and when a user watches a target video based on a video client, the user can call up the bullet screen input box at any time and release bullet screen display content. Therefore, the bullet screen display content refers to the text content in the bullet screen published by the user. After the user sends the video barrage, the server can obtain the barrage related data corresponding to the target video. The bullet screen related data can also comprise video identification, video name, user identification, bullet screen sending time, corresponding video playing progress when the bullet screen is sent and the like besides the bullet screen display content. When a user publishes a bullet screen, the bullet screen display content of the user can be attached to the currently played target video, so that bullet screen related data of the target video can be obtained in real time, and text segmentation is carried out on the bullet screen display content of the video bullet screen in the bullet screen related data. The bullet screen related data may include a plurality of video bullet screens, the text segmentation may include, but is not limited to, text segmentation and text screening, so as to obtain a plurality of bullet screen key information of the fit target video, where the bullet screen key information may be content such as a word or a phrase.
S103, determining whether the bullet screen display content is a feedback bullet screen or not according to the plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information.
And S104, under the condition that the bullet screen display content is determined to be a feedback bullet screen, determining a target problem group to which the bullet screen display content belongs.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information comprise the main information of the bullet screen display content, whether the corresponding bullet screen display content is the feedback bullet screen can be determined based on the information of the plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information. If one of the plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information corresponding to the bullet screen display content is determined as the relevant content of the feedback video playing problem, the corresponding bullet screen display content can be determined as the feedback bullet screen, that is, the feedback bullet screen comprises the relevant content of the feedback video playing problem, and under the condition that the bullet screen display content is determined as the feedback bullet screen, the target problem group to which the bullet screen display content belongs is determined. The question grouping may be preset, and in one example, the category of the question grouping may include a sound category, an image category, a play control category, a subtitle category, and the like. Those skilled in the art can determine the number of packets corresponding to the problem packet according to the actual service requirement. For example, further refinement of question grouping is performed for sound classes, and so on, the number and type of the groups of question groups can be dynamically set, and are not limited herein.
And S105, generating alarm information corresponding to the target problem group, giving an alarm, and processing the playing problem corresponding to the target video according to the alarm information.
In the embodiment of the invention, an information template corresponding to the alarm information can be preset, the information template is a preset text template for generating the alarm information, and the information templates corresponding to different problem groups can be consistent if the information templates are consistent. After determining the target problem group to which the bullet screen display content belongs, the information template can be filled according to the bullet screen related data and the related content of the target problem group, alarm information is generated, and an alarm is given. Therefore, operation and maintenance service personnel can be reminded to process the playing problem corresponding to the target video in time, and the problem processing efficiency and the user experience are improved. Moreover, on the basis of improving user experience, the video payment willingness of the user is enhanced, and the method is beneficial to improving the operation income of the video service provider.
Referring to fig. 2, an embodiment of the present invention further provides another method for identifying a video playing problem, where the method may include:
s201, acquiring bullet screen related data of the target video, wherein the bullet screen related data at least comprises bullet screen display content.
S202, performing text segmentation on the bullet screen display content to obtain a plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the bullet screen is a user interaction function in a video playing scene, and when a user watches a target video based on a video client, the user can call up the bullet screen input box at any time and release bullet screen display content. After the user sends the video barrage, the server can acquire barrage related data corresponding to the target video. The bullet screen related data can also comprise video identification, video name, user identification, bullet screen sending time, corresponding video playing progress when the bullet screen is sent and the like besides the bullet screen display content. When a user releases a bullet screen, the display content of the bullet screen can be attached to the target video played currently. Therefore, the bullet screen related data of the target video can be acquired in real time, text segmentation is carried out on bullet screen display content in the bullet screen related data, and therefore a plurality of bullet screen key information attached to the target video is obtained, and the bullet screen key information can be content such as word segmentation or phrases.
In one example, the bullet screen display content may be segmented by using a preset text segmentation model, for example, the text segmentation model may be an n-gram language model. For example, when the bullet screen display content is "how there is no sound", if n is 4, 4 pieces of bullet screen key information are obtained, which are "how there is no sound", "no sound", and "sound".
And S203, calculating the text similarity between each bullet screen key information and the preset feedback key information.
And S204, when one of the text similarity is equal to or greater than the similarity threshold, determining that the bullet screen display content is a feedback bullet screen.
In the embodiment of the invention, as the plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information comprise the main information of the bullet screen display content, whether the corresponding bullet screen display content is the feedback bullet screen can be determined based on the information of the plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information. And if one key information of the plurality of pieces of bullet screen key information corresponding to the bullet screen display content is determined as the relevant content of the feedback video playing problem, determining that the corresponding bullet screen display content is the feedback bullet screen. In one example, the text similarity between each bullet screen key information and the preset feedback key information may be calculated to determine whether the bullet screen key information is related to the video playing question feedback. Specifically, the feedback key information corresponding to the determined feedback-type barrage may be preset, for example, the feedback key information may include contents such as "no sound", "too loud sound", "black screen of picture", "fast forward not possible", and the like. Wherein the text similarity may be calculated using a cosine similarity. For example, a text union between the feedback key information and the bullet screen key information is determined to form a character set, and a word frequency corresponding to each word is calculated. And then vectorizing the word frequency to obtain a feedback vector corresponding to the feedback key information, obtaining a bullet screen vector corresponding to the bullet screen key information, and calculating the text similarity between the bullet screen key information and the feedback key information according to a vector model formula corresponding to the cosine similarity.
And when any text similarity in the text similarities is smaller than the similarity threshold, determining that the bullet screen display content does not belong to a feedback bullet screen, namely that the bullet screen display content sent by the user is unrelated to the related content of the video playing problem. Therefore, the bullet screen related data corresponding to the bullet screen display content can be filtered, and subsequent processing is not performed. And when one text similarity in the text similarities is equal to or greater than the similarity threshold, determining that the bullet screen display content belongs to a feedback bullet screen, namely determining that bullet screen display content sent by a user is related to a feedback video playing problem.
S205, under the condition that the bullet screen display content is determined to be a feedback bullet screen, dividing the bullet screen display content into problem groups having a mapping relation with corresponding feedback key information and taking the problem groups as target problem groups.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the question packet may be preset, and in an example, the category of the question packet may include a sound category, an image category, a play control category, a subtitle category, and the like. Those skilled in the art can determine the number of packets corresponding to the problem packet according to the actual service requirement. For example, further refinement of question grouping is performed for sound classes, and so on, the number and type of the groups of question groups can be dynamically set, and are not limited herein.
After the problem group is set, a key information table may be further set, which is used to establish a mapping relationship between feedback key information and the problem group, where the key information table may be as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1 Key information Table
Figure BDA0003761063790000071
Figure BDA0003761063790000081
As shown in table 1 above, each question group may correspond to a plurality of pieces of feedback key information, and therefore, when it is determined that the bullet screen display content is a feedback-type bullet screen, a question group having a mapping relationship with the feedback key information is queried from a preset key information table and is used as a target question group, and the bullet screen display content is divided into the target question group.
And S206, counting the number of the feedback type barrages corresponding to the target problem groups in a preset time period.
In the embodiment of the invention, in order to ensure the accuracy of the alarm, statistical analysis can be performed on the feedback bullet screen in the preset time period, for example, a real-time stream processing frame Flink is adopted to calculate the bullet screen related data of the target video in each 5-minute time interval. Considering that the number of feedback-like barrages in a certain time period is small, it may be a problem at the user end, such as a problem of a poor network state where the user is located or a problem of hardware failure. In order to improve the accuracy of the alarm and the urgency of processing the problem, an alarm threshold and a processing priority may be preset, wherein the number of the alarm thresholds matches with the number of the processing priorities. In one example, a first alarm threshold and a second alarm threshold are provided, wherein the first alarm threshold is smaller than the second alarm threshold, and the processing priority can be divided into 3 priority levels by the first alarm threshold and the second alarm threshold. For example, the processing priorities may include a first priority, a second priority, and a third priority. The first priority is higher than the second priority, the second priority is higher than the third priority, and when the priority level of the priority is higher, the urgency degree corresponding to the video playing problem is higher.
In another example, in order to avoid false alarms, in consideration of the fact that feedback-type bullet screens in a certain time period may be sent by the same user multiple times due to the existence of problems such as poor network state where the user is located, or hardware faults, in an optional embodiment of the present invention, user identifiers corresponding to a plurality of feedback-type bullet screens corresponding to the problem groups generated in a preset time period may also be matched. And removing the feedback bullet screens with consistent user identifications from the plurality of feedback bullet screens. And then counting the number of the feedback bullet screens after the clearing operation. Therefore, only when the feedback bullet screens sent by different users are determined under the condition that the user identifications corresponding to the feedback bullet screens are inconsistent, the number of the bullet screens of the feedback bullet screens is counted, and therefore the alarm accuracy is improved.
And S207, determining whether the number of the bullet screens is smaller than a first alarm threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present invention, when the number of the bullet screens is less than the first alarm threshold, step S208 is executed, and when the number of the bullet screens is greater than or equal to the first alarm threshold, step S209 is executed.
And S208, not carrying out alarm.
S209, determining whether the number of the bullet screens is less than or equal to a second alarm threshold value.
In the embodiment of the present invention, in the case that the threshold value is smaller than or equal to the second alarm threshold value, step S210 is executed; and executing the step S211 under the condition that the number of the bullet screens is greater than a second alarm threshold value.
And S210, determining the alarm level as a second priority.
S211, determining the alarm level as a first priority.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the number of the feedback type barrages corresponding to the same group type is more in a certain time period, it is determined that the video playing problem corresponding to the target video is fed back by more users, so that it is determined that the target video affects more and more user experiences, and it is determined that the urgency of the video playing problem occurring in the target video to be processed is more urgent and needs to be processed as soon as possible, otherwise, the user may be prompted to abandon the play or watch the video APP instead, and the payment will of the user is affected.
Therefore, when the number of the bullet screens is determined to be smaller than the first alarm threshold, for example, when the first alarm threshold is 5, it is preliminarily determined that sporadic feedback-type bullet screens appear in the target video playing process, the main reason is that the network state where the user is located is poor or a hardware fault is present, and at this time, it is determined that the alarm level is the third priority, that is, no alarm is performed. When the number of the barrage pieces is determined to be equal to or greater than a first alarm threshold value and smaller than a second alarm threshold value, for example, when the two alarm threshold values are 20, it is determined that a few feedback type barrages appear in the target video playing process, but the corresponding video playing problem has no influence on the viewing experience of most users, and at this time, the alarm level is determined to be a second priority level. When the number of the barrage is determined to be larger than the second alarm threshold, it is determined that more feedback barrages appear in the target video playing process, the watching experience of most users is affected by the corresponding video playing problem, and the video playing problem needs to be processed as soon as possible to ensure the operation income and the user experience of the video service provider.
S212, generating alarm information corresponding to the target problem groups according to different alarm levels, and giving an alarm to process the playing problems corresponding to the target videos according to the alarm information.
In the embodiment of the invention, the information templates corresponding to the alarm information can be preset, and for example, the information templates corresponding to different problem groups can be consistent. After determining the target problem group to which the bullet screen display content belongs, the information template can be filled according to bullet screen related data, the related content of the target problem group and the alarm level, and alarm information is generated.
In one example, the alarm information may include question content, bullet screen sending time, video name of the corresponding target video, video playing progress, and the like. Wherein, because the video bullet screen is sent with the bullet screen sending time and the video playing progress, for example, the video bullet screen is sent in 5 minutes and 20 seconds of the 5 th set of the target video in 7 months, 5 days and 12 days. Therefore, the video name, the bullet screen sending time and the video playing progress of the target video can be obtained from the acquired bullet screen related data. The question content may be complete bullet screen display content, or may be bullet screen key information determined to correspond to the feedback-type bullet screen. If the alarm level is the first priority level, the alarm information corresponding to the sound-type problem grouping may be "sound-type problem feedback: the user sends video barrage feedback on 5 minutes and 20 seconds of the 5 th set of target videos on 7 months and 5 days 12. Therefore, operation and maintenance personnel can quickly determine the video playing problem through the alarm information without carrying out extra dimensional investigation work, and the problem determination efficiency is improved. The processing time limits reserved in the alarm information corresponding to different alarm levels may be different, for example, if the alarm level is the second priority, the alarm information corresponding to the sound problem group may be "sound problem feedback: the user sends video barrage feedback without sound at 5 minutes and 20 seconds of the 5 th set of target videos on 7 months and 5 days 12.
In conclusion, the feedback bullet screen is automatically determined from the bullet screen related data of the target video, the corresponding video playing problem is determined based on the identification of the bullet screen display content of the feedback bullet screen, the alarm information matched with the video playing problem is generated and directly sent to the butted operation and maintenance personnel, the pressure of a customer service system and customer service can be reduced on the basis of greatly shortening the feedback path, and the labor cost is reduced. Meanwhile, on the basis of improving the user experience, the video payment willingness of the user is also enhanced. The conversion of the paying user is facilitated, and the operation income of the video service provider can be improved.
In an example, operation and maintenance service personnel corresponding to each problem group may be predetermined, and alarm modes corresponding to the operation and maintenance service personnel may be collected in advance, for example, the alarm modes may include voice call, mail, short message, and some other instant messaging tools. And sending alarm information to the terminal equipment corresponding to the operation and maintenance service personnel in a preset alarm mode under the condition of determining to alarm.
In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the method may further include:
and acquiring an alarm processing result responding to the alarm information.
And hiding the bullet screen display content corresponding to the alarm information, and feeding back the alarm processing result.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the alarm is performed, the corresponding alarm information can be recorded, for example, an alarm record is formed and stored in a corresponding problem tracking system, wherein the problem tracking system can adopt a Jira tool and the like. Therefore, after receiving the alarm information to process the video playing problem fed back, the operation and maintenance service personnel can perform the filing operation of the feedback bullet screen corresponding to the target video, for example, mark the alarm information in a problem tracking system, such as marking as processed. And generating an alarm processing result based on the mark of the alarm information.
In one example, the alarm processing result may be displayed by a dashboard tool, so that the processing condition of the operation and maintenance personnel on the alarm information may be determined in a visual manner. In another example, the alert processing result may be sent to a bullet screen system. After the bullet screen system receives the alarm processing result, the video playing problem fed back by the feedback bullet screen corresponding to the target video can be determined to be processed according to the alarm processing result, so that in order to guarantee user experience, the feedback bullet screen corresponding to the target video can be hidden (namely, public users are not shown), and the alarm processing result is fed back to the user side sending the related feedback bullet screen, so that the user can check the personal homepage or other pages of the client side, follow-up processing results are timely fed back based on the user problem, and the improvement of the user experience is facilitated.
