Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present application more apparent, the present application is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application.
According to the technical scheme, the data acquisition, storage, use, processing and the like meet relevant regulations of national laws and regulations.
The method for controlling the state of the trusted vehicle provided by the embodiment of the application can be applied to the application environment shown in fig. 1. In which the in-vehicle terminal 102 communicates with the server 104 through a network. The data storage system may store data that the server 104 needs to process. In particular, the in-vehicle terminal 102 may be an intelligent in-vehicle device. The data storage system may be integrated on the server 104, or may be located on the cloud or other network server. The server 104 may be implemented as a stand-alone server or as a server cluster comprised of multiple servers.
For example, in one embodiment, the vehicle may be equipped with the in-vehicle terminal 102, and a network card is pre-installed, so that the vehicle can directly surf the internet and interact with the server 104, and the server 104 may perform credit granting processing on the vehicle based on the interaction with the in-vehicle terminal 102 and control the state of the vehicle after credit granting.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, a method for controlling the state of a trusted vehicle is provided, and the method is described by taking the application of the method to the server in fig. 1 as an example, and may include the following steps:
in step 202, a request for use of a trusted vehicle is obtained.
The credit granting vehicle can be a vehicle which obtains credit granting authorization based on the vehicle identification number of the vehicle. Specifically, a Vehicle Identification Number (VIN) is a unique code that is composed of several letters and numbers and is used to represent Vehicle information. The information such as the manufacturer, the production place, the production year, the engine chassis serial number and the like of the vehicle can be identified through the code.
Simply stated, trust refers to the act of a bank providing direct funding support to a customer or providing assurance to a third party regarding the customer's credit in economic activities. In this embodiment, the credit granting vehicle is a vehicle as a credit granting subject, and the vehicle activates credit payment for the credit granting subject and performs a guarantee action for a third-party user using the vehicle. In particular, the vehicle may be a motor vehicle, such as an automobile, a smart car, or the like.
The usage request may be a usage indication or a usage command initiated by a user who wants to use a trusted vehicle. Wherein the request for use carries a corresponding vehicle identification number.
In this embodiment, when a user wants to use a certain trusted vehicle, a request for using the trusted vehicle may be initiated. In one scenario, a user may initiate a use request for the trusted vehicle based on a vehicle-mounted terminal of the trusted vehicle, for example, the use request for the trusted vehicle may be initiated by triggering a use control on the vehicle-mounted terminal, and the server may obtain the corresponding use request.
In another scenario, a user can also initiate a use request for the credit granting vehicle through an intelligent terminal carried by the user. For example, a user may initiate a request for use of a trusted vehicle through an application installed in the smart terminal; or the intelligent terminal can scan the bar code of the credit vehicle body to initiate a use request of the credit vehicle; alternatively, the request for using the trusted vehicle may be initiated by scanning a barcode displayed on the in-vehicle terminal of the trusted vehicle. The server may then obtain the corresponding use request.
And 204, when the trusted vehicle is inquired to be in a standby state according to the vehicle identification number, acquiring a current first bill of the trusted vehicle.
The to-be-used state may be a state in which the trusted vehicle is waiting to be used, that is, an idle state. The first bill is a bill which needs to be paid by the credit vehicle at the current time based on the credit authorization, and the current time is the time when the use request of the credit vehicle is received. It will be appreciated that the amount of the bill is relatively small relative to the amount that would need to be spent purchasing the vehicle, e.g., if the amount that would need to be spent purchasing the vehicle is A, the amount of the first bill is 1-20%.
The credit vehicle is a vehicle which is used as a credit main body and opens a vehicle for credit payment, so that the credit vehicle has different bills to be paid at different times. Generally, for the credit vehicle in an idle state, the credit vehicle can be normally used after the payment of the corresponding bill is completed.
In this embodiment, in order to distinguish bills to be paid of the credit vehicle in different periods, the credit vehicle is in a standby state, and the bill to be paid corresponding to the credit vehicle is defined as the current first bill of the credit vehicle at the time when the request for using the credit vehicle is received.
Specifically, since the server can control the state of the trusted vehicle, when the server acquires a use request for the trusted vehicle, the server can inquire the state of the trusted vehicle according to the vehicle identification number carried in the use request. And when the server inquires that the credit vehicle is in a standby state, further acquiring a current first bill of the credit vehicle.
And step 206, returning the first bill to the trusted vehicle.
Specifically, the credit granting vehicle is provided with a vehicle-mounted terminal, and the vehicle-mounted terminal is pre-installed with a network card, so that the internet can be directly accessed. Thus, the server may interact with the trusted vehicle over a network. In this embodiment, when the server obtains the current first bill of the trusted vehicle through the above steps, the server may directly return the first bill to the trusted vehicle through the network, that is, return the bill that the trusted vehicle needs to pay currently.
And step 208, updating the state of the credit vehicle to be the use state according to the use request when the state of the first bill is determined to be the payment completed state within the first set time length.
Wherein the first set time period may be a preset time period for paying the first bill. Specifically, the first set time period may be configured according to actual needs, and may be, for example, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, half an hour, 1 hour, 24 hours, or the like. This embodiment is not limited to this. The use state may be a state in which the trusted vehicle is in use, i.e., a busy state.
Specifically, after the server returns the first bill to the credit vehicle, timing is started, the payment state of the first bill is further detected, and when the condition that the payment state of the first bill is completed is detected within a first set time period, the condition that the credit vehicle is in the use condition can be updated according to the use request. Namely, when the server detects that the state of the first bill is the completed payment state within the first set time length, the to-be-used state of the corresponding credit vehicle is updated to be the use state, namely, the credit vehicle can be normally used by the user who currently pays the first bill.
In the method for controlling the state of the credit vehicle, the server acquires the use request of the credit vehicle, acquires the current first bill of the credit vehicle and returns the first bill to the credit vehicle when the credit vehicle is in a to-be-used state according to the vehicle identification number, and updates the state of the credit vehicle to be the use state according to the use request when the state of the first bill is determined to be the payment completed state within the first set time. Because the credit vehicle of the embodiment is a vehicle for obtaining the credit authorization based on the vehicle identification number of the vehicle, when a user needs to use the credit vehicle, the user can obtain the right of use of the credit vehicle only by initiating a corresponding use request and completing corresponding bill payment.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, before the step 202 of obtaining the request for using the trusted vehicle, the method may further include the steps of:
step 302, a trust request of the vehicle is obtained.
The credit granting request can be a request for opening credit payment for the vehicle and making a guarantee action. In this embodiment, after the vehicle is shipped after being assembled, the manufacturer may record the vehicle in a third-party regulatory authority (e.g., a vehicle administration office), such as a vehicle identification number based on the vehicle and perform registration and related procedures in the third-party regulatory authority, to ensure vehicle compliance and obtain related certification materials. The manufacturer may then initiate a credit request to the credit acceptance organization for the filed vehicle, specifically, the credit request including the vehicle identification number of the vehicle. The server may then obtain a trust request for the vehicle. It is to be understood that the server may be a server on the credit granting reception mechanism side, and the server may perform credit granting processing for the vehicle based on a credit granting request of the vehicle and control the vehicle state.
And step 304, acquiring the authentication information of the vehicle according to the vehicle identification number, and verifying the authentication information.
The certification information may be related certification material issued when the third-party supervision authority registers and transacts related procedures, for example, related information that proves that the vehicle can travel on the road. Since the vehicle identification number is a unique code for representing the vehicle information, the relevant authentication information has a certain correspondence with the vehicle identification number.
In this embodiment, after the server obtains the trust request of the vehicle, the authentication information of the vehicle may be obtained according to the vehicle identification number in the trust request, and the authentication information may be verified. The verification authentication information is used for verifying the authenticity and the validity of the authentication information of the vehicle. Specifically, after acquiring the trust request of the vehicle, the server may acquire the authentication information of the vehicle from the vehicle-mounted terminal of the vehicle based on the communication connection with the vehicle, and access the third-party supervision authority based on the vehicle identification number of the vehicle and the authentication information to verify the authenticity and validity of the authentication information of the vehicle.
And step 306, when the verification is passed, determining that the vehicle is a credit granting vehicle, and controlling the state of the credit granting vehicle to be a to-be-used state.
Specifically, when the server confirms that the authentication information of the vehicle is consistent with the authentication information of the corresponding vehicle identification number recorded by the third-party supervision authority and is within the valid period, the server indicates that the authentication information of the vehicle passes the verification, so that the server can determine that the vehicle is a trusted vehicle, namely, can open credit payment for the vehicle, and control the state of the trusted vehicle to be a standby state. When the server confirms that the authentication information of the vehicle is inconsistent with the authentication information of the corresponding vehicle identification number recorded by the third-party supervision mechanism, or confirms that the authentication information of the vehicle is consistent with the authentication information of the corresponding vehicle identification number recorded by the third-party supervision mechanism but not in the validity period, the server indicates that the authentication information of the vehicle is not verified, so that credit payment cannot be opened for the vehicle, namely the vehicle is not a trusted vehicle.
In the embodiment, the server acquires the credit granting request of the vehicle, acquires the authentication information of the vehicle according to the vehicle identification number in the credit granting request, further verifies the authentication information, determines that the vehicle is the credit granting vehicle when the verification is passed, and controls the state of the credit granting vehicle to be a to-be-used state, so that credit granting processing is performed on the vehicle, namely credit payment is opened by taking the vehicle as a credit granting subject, and further the state of the credit granting vehicle with the credit granting authorization can be uniformly managed, so that the utilization rate of the credit granting vehicle is further improved.
In one embodiment, the method may further include: and when the state of the first bill is the unfinished payment state within the first set time length, keeping the credit vehicle in the to-be-used state.
Specifically, the server starts timing after returning a first bill to the credit vehicle, further detects the payment state of the first bill, and when the first set time length is reached and the state of the first bill is detected to be an unfinished payment state, the state of the credit vehicle is kept to be a to-be-used state. At the moment, the bill of the credit vehicle is not paid, so that the credit vehicle cannot be normally used currently, and the state of the credit vehicle is effectively managed.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 4, after the step 208, updating the state of the trusted vehicle to the use state according to the use request, the method may further include:
and step 402, when a request for stopping use of the trusted vehicle is received, acquiring the current position information of the trusted vehicle and a second bill.
The request for stopping use may be an instruction or a command to stop use of the trusted vehicle. The location information refers to a geographical location of the trusted vehicle, and may be, for example, location information, latitude and longitude information, and the like of the trusted vehicle. The second bill may be a bill generated during the current use of the trusted vehicle, for example, including but not limited to depreciation fee, a ticket generated in violation of rules, and the like. The current usage process is a period from when the current latest update of the state of the trusted vehicle is the usage state to when a request for stopping the usage of the trusted vehicle is received.
In this embodiment, when the server receives a request for stopping use of the trusted vehicle, the server acquires the current location information of the trusted vehicle and the second bill.
And step 404, returning a second bill to the credit vehicle when the position information is matched with the target position information.
The target position information may be a preset unified parking position of the trusted vehicle when the trusted vehicle stops being used. Specifically, the target position information may be plural.
In this embodiment, when the server receives a request for stopping use of the trusted vehicle, it is determined whether the current location information of the trusted vehicle matches the preset target location information, for example, it may be determined whether the current location information matches the preset target location information by distance, when the distance between the two pieces of location information is smaller than a certain distance threshold, it may be determined that the current location information matches the preset target location information, and when the distance between the two pieces of location information is greater than a certain distance threshold, it may be determined that the current location information does not match the preset target location information. Specifically, when the server determines that the current position information of the credit vehicle is matched with any preset target position information, the second bill is returned to the credit vehicle.
And step 406, updating the state of the credit vehicle to be in a standby state according to the use stopping request when the state of the second bill is determined to be the payment completed state within the second set time length.
The second set time period may be a preset time period for paying the second bill, and the second set time period may be the same as or different from the first set time period. The configuration may be specifically performed according to actual needs, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In this embodiment, when the server starts timing after returning the second bill to the credit vehicle, and further detects the payment state of the second bill, and when it is detected that the state of the second bill is the completed payment state within the second set time period, the state of the credit vehicle may be updated to be the to-be-used state according to the request for stopping use. When the server detects that the state of the second bill is the payment completed state within the second set time length, the service state of the corresponding credit vehicle is updated to be a standby service state, namely the credit vehicle is currently in an idle state.
In the above embodiment, when the server receives the request for stopping use of the trusted vehicle, the server obtains the current location information of the trusted vehicle and the second bill, when the location information matches the target location information, the server returns the second bill to the trusted vehicle, and when the state of the second bill is determined to be the payment completed state within the second set time period, the server updates the state of the trusted vehicle to be the state to be used according to the request for stopping use, so that the state of the trusted vehicle is uniformly and effectively managed, and the utilization rate of the trusted vehicle can be improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the method may further include:
and 502, returning the target position information and the second bill to the credit vehicle when the position information is not matched with the target position information.
In this embodiment, when the server receives a request for stopping use of the trusted vehicle, it is determined whether the current location information of the trusted vehicle matches the preset target location information, for example, it may be determined whether the current location information matches by distance, and when the distance between the two location information is greater than a certain distance threshold, it may be determined that the current location information does not match.
Specifically, when the server determines that the current position information of the credit vehicle is not matched with any preset target position information, a second bill and the target position information are returned to the credit vehicle. The returned target position information is used for indicating the credit vehicle to drive to the corresponding target position. If there are a plurality of returned target position information items, the return vehicle may be instructed to travel to the nearest target position, or may travel to a corresponding target position based on one target position information item selected by the user.
Step 504, when the state of the second bill is determined to be the payment completed state within the second set time period and the credit vehicle reaches the target position, the state of the credit vehicle is updated to be the standby state.
Specifically, timing is started after the server returns the second bill to the credit vehicle, the payment state of the second bill is further detected, and when the state of the second bill is detected to be the payment completed state within the second set time length and the credit vehicle reaches the target position within the second set time length, the state of the credit vehicle is updated to be the to-be-used state according to the use stopping request. Therefore, the unified and effective management on the states of the credit granting vehicles is realized, and the utilization rate of the credit granting vehicles can be improved.
In one embodiment, the method may further include: and when the state of the second bill is the unfinished payment state within the second set time length, updating the state of the credit vehicle to be the frozen state.
The frozen state is a state in which the travel function of the trusted vehicle is frozen and the travel service cannot be provided. In this embodiment, when the second set time length is reached and the server detects that the state of the second bill is an unfinished payment state, that is, the second bill is overdue and unpaid, the state of the credit granting vehicle is updated to be a frozen state according to the request for stopping use, so that the state of the credit granting vehicle is uniformly and effectively managed, and property loss is avoided.
In one embodiment, the method may further include: and when the payment request of the second bill is received and the state of the second bill is determined to be the finished payment state within the third set time length, updating the state of the credit vehicle to be the use state.
The third set time period may be a preset time period for paying the overdue second bill, and the third set time period may be the same as the first set time period or the second set time period, or may be different from the first set time period or the second set time period. The configuration may be specifically performed according to actual needs, and this embodiment does not limit this.
In this embodiment, when the second bill is overdue and not paid, the corresponding credit granting vehicle is in a frozen state, and the credit granting vehicle always has the overdue second bill. And starting timing when the server receives a payment request for the overdue second bill, further detecting the payment state of the overdue second bill, and updating the state of the credit vehicle to be the use state when the state of the second bill is detected to be the finished payment state within a third set time length. I.e., indicating that the trusted vehicle may be used normally by the user who is currently paying the overdue second bill. Therefore, the state of the credit vehicle is effectively managed, and the utilization rate of the credit vehicle is improved.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 6, the method may further include:
step 602, when a scrapping request for the credit vehicle is received, all bills to be paid and paid bills of the credit vehicle are obtained.
The bill to be paid may refer to all bills that the trusted vehicle needs to pay based on the obtained trust authorization. The bill paid may then be all bills based on completed payment for the trusted vehicle. The scrapping request may be a request triggered when the vehicle is informed of reaching a scrapping condition, specifically, the scrapping condition may be that the service life of the vehicle reaches a set life threshold, or that the driving mileage of the vehicle reaches a set mileage threshold, and the like. It will be appreciated that the rejection request may carry a corresponding vehicle identification number.
In this embodiment, since the trusted vehicle may communicate with the server through the corresponding vehicle-mounted terminal, when the vehicle-mounted terminal detects that the trusted vehicle reaches the scrapping condition, the trusted vehicle may automatically trigger to initiate a scrapping request to the server. And when the server receives the scrapping request of the credit vehicle, all bills to be paid and paid bills of the credit vehicle can be obtained based on the corresponding vehicle identification number, and the processing is carried out based on the subsequent steps.
And step 604, performing clearing processing according to the bill to be paid and the paid bill to obtain a clearing result.
