Referring to fig. 4, the second data stream is used to instruct the user equipment to popup and display a first head course information entry interface on the visual interface, where the first head course information entry interface includes basic logistics information and a first head course transportation process, the first head course transportation process includes at least one first transportation node, and each of the at least one first transportation node includes one or more of a first destination country (e.g., a "country" information column in fig. 4), a first head course cost input box (e.g., an input box below "default head course cost" in fig. 4), and a first cargo customs declaration rate entry box (e.g., an input box below "FBA cargo customs declaration rate" in fig. 4); the first freight rate first starting place entry box is used for entering a first freight rate first starting place, the first freight declaration rate first destination entry box is used for entering a first freight declaration rate first destination place, the first transportation mode entry box is used for entering a first transportation mode, and the first logistics merchant input box is used for entering a first logistics merchant; the headway freight data includes a first headway cost and a first cargo customs clearance rate for each of the at least one first shipping node.
Specifically, the user clicks the "logistics information" tab in the "add common goods" interface to display the first headway information entry interface; or when the management server detects that the user does not input the head journey freight data, the management server pushes the second data stream to the user equipment to directly display the first head journey information input interface. Illustratively, the logistics basic information includes input boxes of Chinese customs declaration names, english customs declaration names, customs declaration unit prices, customs declaration weights, customs codes, dangerous goods transportation and the like, and corresponding parameters are respectively input. And the management server calculates the head-distance freight of the current commodity according to the logistics basic information and the first transportation flow.
And step 207, receiving head distance freight data input by the user equipment.
Wherein the headway freight data is input by the user at the first headway information entry interface.
And 208, if the purchase order is detected to have the purchase cost data and the head distance freight data recorded, calculating the sales cost according to the purchase cost data and the head distance freight data.
In a specific implementation, the management server pushes the first data stream to the user equipment when determining that the head-end shipping cost data is absent in the shipping list. And after receiving the first data stream, the user equipment displays the first headway information entry interface on the visual interface in a popup mode according to the first data stream, and the user inputs the missing headway freight data in a first target country, a first headway expense input box and a first goods customs duty rate entry box in the first headway information entry interface.
Further, after determining the purchase cost data and the head distance operation charge data, the management server calculates the purchase cost according to the purchase cost data, calculates the head distance operation charge according to the head distance operation charge data, and finally calculates the sum of the purchase cost and the head distance operation charge, namely the sales cost.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, first, by receiving a purchase order and a transportation order from a user equipment, the purchase order includes purchase cost data, and the transportation order includes head distance transportation cost data; detecting whether the purchase cost data and the head distance freight data are input into the purchase order or not; if the purchase cost data is not input into the purchase order, pushing a first data stream to the user equipment, and indicating the user equipment to display a first purchase order input interface on the visual interface; and if the head journey freight data is not input into the transportation list, pushing a second data stream to the user equipment, and indicating the user equipment to display a first head journey information input interface on the visual interface. Therefore, the cost information can be determined when the purchase order and the transportation order are uploaded, and the loss of the purchase cost data and the head distance freight data is avoided.
In a possible embodiment, after the pushing the second data stream onto the user equipment, the method further includes: receiving a node increasing request sent by a user through the user equipment; sending first display information to the user equipment, wherein the first display information is used for indicating that the user equipment is additionally provided with a second transportation node in the first head journey transportation process, and the second transportation node comprises a second target country, a second head journey expense entry frame and a second goods customs declaration rate entry frame; the second head journey expense input frame is used for inputting first head journey expense, and the first cargo customs declaration rate input frame is used for inputting a first cargo customs declaration rate.
By way of example, the visual interface may be a webpage, APP, etc., and is not limited herein.
Illustratively, the transportation nodes of the headway transportation process comprise an internal section, an external section, an exit gate and an entrance gate, and the headway transportation process comprises a first headway transportation process.
In a specific implementation, when a user needs to add a new transportation node, the user can directly click a new button in the first head-end information entry interface to send the node addition request to the management server. And after receiving the node increasing request, the management server sends first display information to the user equipment. And after receiving the first display information, the user equipment adds one second transportation node in the first head journey information input interface according to the first display information, and the user inputs corresponding head journey freight data in a second destination country, a second head journey expense input frame and a second freight goods customs duty rate input frame corresponding to the second transportation node.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the management server directly pops up the window to display the first header information entry interface on the visual interface, so as to provide a function of adding/deleting nodes for the user, and facilitate the user to adjust the first header information entry interface.
Example two
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: pushing a third data stream to the user equipment, wherein the third data stream is used for instructing the user equipment to pop up and display a second purchase order entry interface on the visual interface, and the second purchase order entry interface at least comprises a picture uploading control; receiving a purchase order picture from the user equipment, wherein the purchase order picture is uploaded by the user through the picture uploading control; and scanning the purchase order picture and carrying out image recognition to obtain the purchase cost data.
In a specific implementation, in this embodiment and step S203, which are parallel schemes, the management server may push a third data stream to the user equipment to display a second purchase order entry interface on the user equipment; and finally, the management server carries out image analysis on the picture to acquire related purchasing cost data. The purchase order can comprise information such as purchase date, product type, quantity, purchase price and the like, and because the variable space of the purchase price is small, the branch burst problem is relatively less, and therefore, the numerical value of the purchase price can be directly identified by images; further, the user may manually enter the purchase order in the visual interface when the user does not upload the purchase order. In the reminding mechanism, a historical purchasing framework can be displayed in a pop-up frame for quick selection of a user.
It can be seen that in this embodiment, when the user forgot to upload purchase price, can upload the purchase order that has purchase price who fills in to management server in forms such as photo, picture or scanning piece, the rethread management server carries out image identification and draws purchase price, and then reaches the warning and the additional entry that purchase price lacked.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: sending a fourth data stream to the user equipment, wherein the fourth data stream is used for instructing the user equipment to display a transport node determination interface on the visual interface, and the transport node determination interface is used for generating selection information for a second head-end transport process according to selection operation of a user; receiving selection information from the user equipment, and determining the second initial transportation process, wherein the second initial transportation process comprises at least one third transportation node, and each third transportation node in the at least one third transportation node comprises a third starting place entry frame, a third destination entry frame, a third transportation mode entry frame and a third logistics provider input frame; the third starting place entry box is used for inputting a third starting place, the third destination entry box is used for inputting a third destination place, the third transportation mode entry box is used for inputting a third transportation mode, and the third logistics quotient input box is used for inputting a third logistics quotient; generating a second headway information input interface according to the second headway transportation flow; and pushing the second head program information input interface to the user equipment.
In a specific implementation, the embodiment and step S206 are parallel schemes, and the management may send a fourth data stream to the user equipment, so as to display a transport node determination interface on the user equipment, where a transport node number selection frame is displayed on the transport node determination interface; the user can select at least one third transportation node in the second headway information entry interface through the transportation node number selection frame, so that a second headway transportation flow is obtained, and the second headway information entry interface is generated based on the second headway transportation flow; the management server may push a flow to the user equipment to display the second headway transportation process, and the user may sequentially input corresponding headway transportation cost data according to at least one third transportation node in the second headway transportation process.
In particular, the at least one third transit node includes, but is not limited to, an internal segment, an external segment, an outbound customs and an inbound customs.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, when the user forgets to upload the head distance freight data, the management server pushes the transport node determination interface, and after the user selects a corresponding transport node, the second head distance information entry interface is pushed so that the user inputs the head distance freight data, thereby achieving the reminding and the additional entry of the head distance freight loss.

It will be appreciated that the mobile electronic device, in order to carry out the above-described functions, comprises corresponding hardware structures and/or software modules for performing the respective functions. Those of skill in the art will readily appreciate that the present application is capable of hardware or a combination of hardware and computer software implementing the various illustrative elements and algorithm steps described in connection with the embodiments provided herein. Please refer to fig. 5, which is a schematic structural diagram of the cost data loss reminding product 30 based on the e-commerce system provided in the present application, where the cost data loss reminding product 30 based on the e-commerce system may be applied to a management server in the e-commerce system, and the e-commerce system includes an e-commerce platform server, the management server, and a user device associated with a user account, which are connected in sequence; the management server is used for pushing a visual data stream to the user equipment, and the user equipment generates a visual interface according to the visual data stream; the device comprises:
a first receiving unit 31, configured to receive a purchase order and a transportation order from the user equipment, where the purchase order includes purchase cost data, and the transportation order includes head distance transportation cost data;

a third detecting unit 38, configured to calculate a sales cost according to the purchasing cost data and the head travel cost data when it is detected that the purchasing cost data and the head travel cost data are already input into the purchasing order.
Specifically, the cost data loss reminding product based on the e-commerce system may be a cost data loss reminding device based on the e-commerce system.
It can be seen that, in the embodiment of the present application, first, by receiving a purchase order and a transportation order from a user equipment, the purchase order includes purchase cost data, and the transportation order includes head distance transportation cost data; detecting whether the purchase cost data and the head distance freight data are input into the purchase order or not; if the purchase cost data is not input into the purchase order, pushing a first data stream to the user equipment, and indicating the user equipment to display a first purchase order input interface on the visual interface; and if the head journey freight data is not input into the transportation list, pushing a second data stream to the user equipment, and indicating the user equipment to display a first head journey information input interface on the visual interface. Therefore, the cost information is determined when the purchase order and the transportation order are uploaded, and the loss of the purchase cost data and the head distance freight data is avoided.
In one possible embodiment, the apparatus further comprises: a third pushing unit, configured to push a third data stream to the user equipment, where the third data stream is used to instruct the user equipment to pop up and display a second purchase order entry interface on the visual interface, and the second purchase order entry interface at least includes a picture uploading control; receiving a purchase order picture from the user equipment, wherein the purchase order picture is uploaded by the user through the picture uploading control; and scanning the purchase order picture and carrying out image identification to obtain the purchase cost data.
In a possible embodiment, after the aspect of pushing the second data stream onto the user equipment, the apparatus further includes: the fourth detection unit is used for inquiring unit price corresponding to the product type in a preset price comparison table when detecting that the user only inputs the product type and the quantity; and calculating a temporary purchasing cost according to the unit price and the quantity, and taking the temporary purchasing cost as the purchasing cost.
In a possible embodiment, after the aspect of pushing the second data stream onto the user equipment, the apparatus further includes: a fourth receiving unit, configured to receive a node addition request sent by a user through the user equipment; the first sending unit is used for sending first display information to the user equipment, the first display information is used for indicating that the user equipment is additionally provided with a second transportation node in the first head journey transportation process, and the second transportation node comprises a second target country, a second head journey expense entry frame and a second goods customs declaration tax rate entry frame; the second head journey expense input frame is used for inputting first head journey expense, and the first cargo customs declaration rate input frame is used for inputting a first cargo customs declaration rate.

In one possible embodiment, the transportation nodes of the headway transportation process comprise a domestic section, a foreign section, an exit and an entrance, and the headway transportation process comprises a first headway transportation process or a second headway transportation process.

It should be understood that, in the various embodiments of the present application, the sequence numbers of the above-mentioned processes do not mean the execution sequence, and the execution sequence of each process should be determined by its function and inherent logic, and should not constitute any limitation to the implementation process of the embodiments of the present application.

Claims (10)

1. A cost data loss reminding method based on an e-commerce system is characterized by being applied to a management server in the e-commerce system, wherein the e-commerce system comprises an e-commerce platform server, the management server and user equipment associated with a user account which are connected in sequence; the management server is used for pushing a visual data stream to the user equipment, and the user equipment generates a visual interface according to the visual data stream; the method comprises the following steps:
receiving a purchase order and a shipping order from the user device, the purchase order including purchase cost data and the shipping order including head haul cost data;
detecting whether the purchase order is input with the purchase cost data;
if the purchase cost data is not input into the purchase order, a first data stream is pushed to the user equipment, the first data stream is used for indicating the user equipment to popup and display a first purchase order input interface on the visual interface, and the first purchase order input interface at least comprises one or more of a purchase cost input frame, a buyer input frame, a commodity specification input frame and a commodity weight input frame; the purchasing cost input box is used for inputting the purchasing cost of the current commodity, the buyer input box is used for inputting a buyer purchasing the current commodity, the commodity specification input box is used for inputting the commodity specification of the current commodity, and the commodity weight input box is used for inputting the commodity weight of the current commodity; the procurement cost data includes at least one or more of the procurement cost, the purchaser, the commodity specifications, and the commodity weight;
receiving the procurement cost data from the user device, the procurement cost data being input by the user at the procurement order entry interface;
detecting whether the head journey freight data is input into the transportation list or not;
if the fact that the head journey freight data are not input into the transportation bill is detected, pushing a second data stream to the user equipment, wherein the second data stream is used for indicating the user equipment to popup and display a first head journey information input interface on the visual interface, the first head journey information input interface comprises logistics basic information and a first head journey transportation process, the first head journey transportation process comprises at least one first transportation node, and each first transportation node in the at least one first transportation node comprises one or more of a first destination country, a first head journey freight input box and a first goods customs declaration rate input box; the first head journey expense input frame is used for inputting first head journey expense, and the first cargo customs duty rate input frame is used for inputting a first cargo customs duty rate; the head journey freight data comprises the logistics basic information, and a first head journey expense and a first goods customs clearance rate of each of the at least one first transportation node;
receiving head distance freight data input by the user equipment, wherein the head distance freight data is input by the user on the first head distance information input interface;
and if the purchase order is detected to have the purchase cost data and the head distance freight data input, calculating the sales cost according to the purchase cost data and the head distance freight data.
2. The method of claim 1, further comprising:
pushing a third data stream to the user equipment, wherein the third data stream is used for instructing the user equipment to pop up and display a second purchase order entry interface on the visual interface, and the second purchase order entry interface at least comprises a picture uploading control;
receiving a purchase order picture from the user equipment, wherein the purchase order picture is uploaded by the user through the picture uploading control;
and scanning the purchase order picture and carrying out image identification to obtain the purchase cost data.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein after pushing the second data stream onto the user device, the method further comprises:
when detecting that the user only inputs the product type and the quantity, inquiring unit price corresponding to the product type in a preset price comparison table;
and calculating a temporary purchasing cost according to the unit price and the quantity, and taking the temporary purchasing cost as the purchasing cost.
4. The method according to any of claims 1-3, wherein after said pushing the second data stream onto the user equipment, the method further comprises
Receiving a node increasing request sent by a user through the user equipment;
sending first display information to the user equipment, wherein the first display information is used for indicating that the user equipment is additionally provided with a second transportation node in the first head journey transportation process, and the second transportation node comprises a second target country, a second head journey expense entry frame and a second goods customs declaration rate entry frame; the second first-pass cost entry frame is used for entering second first-pass cost, and the second cargo customs declaration rate entry frame is used for entering a second cargo customs declaration rate.
5. The method according to any one of claims 1-3, further comprising:
sending a fourth data stream to the user equipment, wherein the fourth data stream is used for instructing the user equipment to display a transportation node determination interface on the visual interface, and the transportation node determination interface is used for generating selection information for a second head journey transportation process according to selection operation of a user;
receiving the selection information from the user equipment, and determining a second head journey transportation process, wherein the second head journey transportation process comprises at least one third transportation node, and each third transportation node in the at least one third transportation node comprises a third destination country, a third head journey cost entry frame and a third cargo customs declaration rate entry frame; the third first-pass cost entry frame is used for entering third first-pass cost, and the third cargo customs declaration rate entry frame is used for entering a third cargo customs declaration rate;
generating a second head journey information input interface according to the second head journey transportation flow;
and pushing the second head program information input interface to the user equipment.

The method of claim 1, wherein the transportation nodes of the headway transportation process comprise an in-country segment, an out-country segment, an outbound and an inbound, and the headway transportation process comprises a first headway transportation process or a second headway transportation process.

A cost data loss reminding product based on an e-commerce system is characterized by being applied to a management server in the e-commerce system, wherein the e-commerce system comprises an e-commerce platform server, the management server and user equipment associated with a user account which are connected in sequence; the management server is used for pushing a visual data stream to the user equipment, and the user equipment generates a visual interface according to the visual data stream; the product comprises:
a first receiving unit, configured to receive a purchase order and a transportation order from the user equipment, where the purchase order includes purchase cost data, and the transportation order includes head distance transportation cost data;
the first detection unit is used for detecting whether the purchasing cost data is input into the purchasing order or not;
the first pushing unit is used for pushing a first data stream to the user equipment when the purchase cost data is not input into the purchase order, the first data stream is used for indicating the user equipment to popup into a popup window on the visual interface to display a first purchase order input interface, and the first purchase order input interface at least comprises one or more of a purchase cost input frame, a buyer input frame, a commodity specification input frame and a commodity weight input frame; the purchasing cost input box is used for inputting the purchasing cost of the current commodity, the buyer input box is used for inputting a buyer purchasing the current commodity, the commodity specification input box is used for inputting the commodity specification of the current commodity, and the commodity weight input box is used for inputting the commodity weight of the current commodity; the procurement cost data includes at least one or more of the procurement cost, the purchaser, the commodity specifications, and the commodity weight;
