The specific method is described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 2, the present application further provides an order-based data processing method, which is applied to a store management server in the electronic commerce system, where the electronic commerce system includes an electronic commerce platform server, the store management server and user equipment associated with a user account of a seller, and the store management server is used for managing store data of a target store, and the user account of the seller refers to a user account associated with the target store; the method comprises the following steps:
step 201, obtaining first sales data of an order to be paid from the e-commerce platform server, wherein the first sales data comprises a head freight rate and a commission;
step 202, determining whether a paid historical order exists in the target commodity corresponding to the to-be-paid order;
step 203, if the paid historical order exists, estimating second sales data of the to-be-paid order according to sales of the paid historical order, wherein the second sales data comprises profit of the to-be-paid order;
step 204, if the paid historical order does not exist, acquiring the real-time unit price of the target commodity currently put on the e-commerce platform server, and estimating the second sales data according to the real-time unit price;
Step 205, receiving an acquisition request for the first sales data and the second sales data from the user equipment;
and step 206, pushing the first sales data and the second sales data to the user equipment in response to the acquisition request.
In a specific implementation, in an existing e-commerce platform (such as amazon), sales data of the to-be-paid order is not comprehensive. The order in the state to be paid is not paid by the buyer, so that the data value of the order to be paid is not available on the e-commerce platform, and the seller cannot inquire the sales data (the sales data comprises the first sales data and/or the second sales data) of the order to be paid. The sales data for an order includes head freight rate, commission, product amount, etc. (there is also a rating if the order belongs to the rating order).
It can be seen that in the embodiment of the present application, first sales data of an order to be paid from the e-commerce platform server is obtained; determining whether a paid historical order exists in the target commodity corresponding to the to-be-paid order; if the paid historical order exists, estimating second sales data of the to-be-paid order according to sales of the paid historical order; if the paid historical order does not exist, acquiring the real-time unit price of the target commodity currently put on the shelf of the e-commerce platform server, and estimating the second sales data according to the real-time unit price; receiving an acquisition request for the first sales data and the second sales data from the user equipment; and pushing the first sales data and the second sales data to the user equipment in response to the acquisition request. In this way, the first sales data is directly obtained from the e-commerce platform server, the second sales data is estimated through sales of paid historical orders or real-time unit price of target commodities, and further the sales data is pushed to the seller in response to the obtaining request of the seller for the sales data of the order to be paid, so that the seller can obtain the sales data of the order to be paid timely.
In one possible embodiment, the acquiring the real-time unit price of the target commodity currently put on the e-commerce platform server and estimating the profit of the to-be-paid order according to the real-time unit price includes: acquiring a target online commodity price list of the target store from the e-commerce platform server, wherein the target online commodity price list comprises a plurality of online commodities and prices corresponding to the online commodities; and inquiring the target online commodity price list according to a preset commodity naming rule and/or the name of the target commodity to obtain the real-time unit price of the target commodity.
Specifically, the obtaining, from the e-commerce platform server, the target online commodity price list of the target store includes: acquiring an online commodity price list set maintained by the e-commerce platform server, wherein the online commodity price list set comprises N online commodity price lists, the N online commodity price lists are in one-to-one correspondence with N stores, and the N stores comprise the target stores; acquiring target site information corresponding to the to-be-paid order, wherein the target site information is related to the target store; determining the target store according to target site information; and screening the target online commodity price list from the online commodity price list according to the mapping relation between the target store and the target online commodity price list.
In a specific implementation, sales data of all shops are stored in an e-commerce platform server, when real-time unit price of the target commodity is required to be inquired, the shop management server sends a second acquisition request for the target online commodity price table to the e-commerce platform server, and after the e-commerce platform server receives the second acquisition request, the target online commodity price table is sent to the shop management server.
Or the store management server acquires the online commodity price list set once every preset time, wherein the online commodity price list set comprises a plurality of online commodity price lists corresponding to a plurality of stores, and the store management server determines the target store from the stores by acquiring target site information corresponding to the to-be-paid order, so that the target online commodity price list is acquired.
The shop management server queries the real-time unit price of the target commodity from the target online commodity price list according to the name of the target commodity; or the shop management server analyzes the name of the target commodity according to the preset commodity naming rule to obtain the catalog coordinate to which the name of the target commodity belongs, and the real-time unit price of the first commodity at the real-time catalog coordinate is obtained, namely the real-time unit price of the target commodity.
It can be seen that in this embodiment, the real-time unit price of the target commodity is directly obtained through a preset naming rule or the name of the commodity, so as to calculate the profit of the to-be-paid order.
In one possible embodiment, when the to-be-paid order is converted into a paid order, acquiring an actual payment price of the paid order; comparing the actual payment price with the real-time unit price or historical price; if the actual payment price is consistent with the real-time unit price or the historical price, determining that the profit calculation is accurate; if the actual payment price does not coincide with the real-time unit price or the historical price, the profit is recalculated based on the actual payment price and the first sales data.
Illustratively, the historical price is a unit price of the target commodity in the paid historical order.
In particular implementations, the order to be paid is an order placed by the buyer but not paid. Since the order to be paid is generated when the buyer places an order, that is, when the buyer places an order, the unit price of the commodity placed by the order is a, and when the store management server pulls the real-time unit price or the historical price of the target commodity to the electronic commerce platform server, the real unit price of the commodity becomes B when the data is obtained due to time lag of data pulling. However, when the buyer pays (for example, after one week), the buyer pays according to the unit price a, and at this time, since the unit price B pulled by the store management server is different from the unit price a actually paid by the buyer, the actual profit is calculated according to a, and the estimated value of the store management server is calculated according to B, the estimated value is inaccurate.
Specifically, for the above situation, the paid order has complete data in the e-commerce platform server, so when the complete paid order data is obtained from the e-commerce platform server after the user pays, whether the actual payment price in the paid order is consistent with the real-time unit price or the historical price is compared first, if so, the prediction of profit is proved to be accurate, and if not, the profit needs to be calculated again according to the actual payment price to correct the data.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, in order to avoid errors in estimated profit, a verification mechanism is provided to verify the estimated profit by using the actual payment price, so as to ensure the accuracy of the profit finally obtained.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: if the to-be-paid order is an evaluation order, determining an evaluation fee of the evaluation order; and recording the evaluation fee, and calculating the profit according to the evaluation fee, the first sales data and the second sales data at preset time.
In particular implementations, for the head freight and commission, the store management server may immediately obtain data from the e-commerce platform server (e.g., by accessing an amazon server interface from amazon online sharing).
The preset time may be, for example, one or more timing nodes, such as a fixed time of day, week or month, a fixed time interval, an irregular random acquisition, or a regular time interval (e.g., adjusted according to different seasons, sales, off-season, etc.).
For example, the evaluation fee may be immediately marked as an evaluation order when the evaluation fee is generated, and the evaluation fee is immediately synchronized to a data module in the store management server for presentation (the data module is used for pushing the data to be currently displayed to the user equipment), and then pushed to the financial module for calculating profit data at a preset time, so that the data update is faster.
It can be understood that, unlike a normal order, the evaluation order is that the user obtains the commodity for free and experiences the commodity for free, but the evaluation order is classified as a normal trade order on the e-commerce platform, i.e. the buyer purchases, the seller delivers the commodity, but the seller pays the principal and commission of the buyer in private, so that the data of principal and commission corresponding to the order needs to be obtained, and meanwhile, the cost of the head process needs to be obtained, but only the cost of the head process and commission need to be obtained from other places in the e-commerce platform. The principal refers to the payment price of the assessment order.
The procedure of evaluating the order is as follows: the seller asks the evaluator A to evaluate the product B, the evaluator A pays principal of the product to purchase the product, after the seller sees the order, the seller returns principal to the evaluator A, the evaluator A evaluates the product, and when the seller sees the good and confirms that the good is effective, the evaluator A pays the commission. Therefore, the principal and the commission are paid in two steps, when the finance pays money, a part of the principal is paid in the last month, and the other part of the principal is paid in the month, if the bidding is adopted, namely, the principal pays money together with the commission, the financial data of the last month and the month are inaccurate, and the principal and the commission are separately recorded in a shop management server, and the corresponding time is filled in, so that the management is convenient.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the profit is further calculated by marking the to-be-paid order and obtaining the evaluation fee data in the to-be-paid order.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: and if the refund message aiming at the evaluation order is detected, sending a refund prompt to the user equipment, wherein the refund prompt is used for indicating that the evaluation order is refunded maliciously.
In a specific implementation, the following mechanisms exist in the e-commerce platform: if the buyer considers that the received product is not satisfactory (possibly malicious or possibly problematic), the buyer can apply for refund, if the electronic commerce platform checks the product correctly, the electronic commerce platform refunds the buyer, the buyer can return the product within 30 days, but the buyer also possibly does not return the product (the normal business condition is not returned). It is therefore desirable to design refund alerts to alert sellers, and in particular to evaluate orders, so that sellers learn about the corresponding situation to assist sellers in making their decisions.
In the evaluation order, the seller pays the principal and the commission to the buyer, and if the buyer applies for refund maliciously, the e-commerce platform refunds one principal to the buyer, which is equivalent to the buyer obtaining two principal and one commission, and adverse effects can be generated for the seller. Thus, in the event that a customer applies maliciously for refund in an evaluation order, the seller needs to be alerted to assist the seller in making a policy, e.g., the seller may choose not to cooperate with the customer later, etc.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, the refund reminder is designed to remind the seller, especially the refund reminder for evaluating the order, so that the seller knows the corresponding situation to assist the seller in making a corresponding decision.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: obtaining a refund order data set from the e-commerce platform server at intervals of preset time, wherein the refund order data set comprises a plurality of order data corresponding to a plurality of evaluation orders in a refund state; determining target order data corresponding to the evaluation order from the plurality of order data; updating the second sales data according to the target order data; and refund marking is carried out on the evaluation order.
In a specific implementation, the e-commerce platform server marks a refund order data set in the order data set once, and the store management server may acquire the refund order data set from an e-commerce platform server interface at preset time intervals (may be 10 minutes, 15 minutes, half an hour, etc., and no unique limitation is made here). And the store management server determines the target order data from the refund order data set, updates profit data according to the target order data, ensures that the profit data are accurate, and makes refund marks on the store management server.
Preferably, the preset time is 15 minutes. Reasons for acquiring a refund order data set once every 15 minutes: the limitations of the e-commerce platform server interface and the pressure of the store management server. For the user, the shorter this time interval is, the better, because the user needs to know the order status of the store at a high frequency. The store management server automatically accesses the e-commerce platform server interface once for 15 minutes to acquire order data, and then performs data update (data dynamic update) without manual access of a user.
The user needs to know the order situation of each store at high frequency, and timely find out abnormal orders and sales situations. Abnormal situations such as: under a large selling scene, hundreds of orders can be given out in one minute, if the coupons are misplaced or priced, the books are lost, and if the order situation is updated too slowly, the order situation of the user needs to be updated as soon as possible, so that the user can manage the orders conveniently.
It can be seen that in this embodiment, the refund order data set is acquired at preset intervals, and the target order is marked to classify the refund order.
In one possible embodiment, the method further comprises: data analysis is carried out on the sales condition of the target store so as to determine the off-season and the rich season of the target store; setting the preset time as a first preset time when the season is off; and setting the preset time as a second preset time in the busy season.
Because the store management server needs to acquire order data from the e-commerce platform server at high frequency and push the order data to a user; however, there may be situations where the user needs to acquire order data at a high frequency for a particular time period and not at another time period.
Therefore, the light season analysis of sales is performed for a single site (store), and it is analyzed that the target store belongs to the light season in the first period and belongs to the heavy season in the second period. The store management server provides a dynamic update strategy, the frequency of order update is a first frequency (namely the preset time is set to be a first preset time) in the off-season (the first period), the frequency of order update is a second frequency (the preset time is set to be a second preset time) in the on-season (the second period), the second frequency is larger than the first frequency, and the first preset time is larger than the second preset time. Thus, the user requirements can be met.
It can be seen that, in this embodiment, by predicting the off-season and the on-season of the store, and further setting different order data acquisition frequencies according to the off-season and the on-season, order data is acquired according to actual needs, and unnecessary pressure applied to the store management server can be avoided while the user needs are satisfied.
