Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of road construction, in particular to a device for brushing adhesive layer oil on curbstones and a construction method. The remote control device mainly comprises clamping claw supporting legs, pulleys, a hopper, a guide pipe, a box sponge box, a brush with adjustable brushing width and a bracket, wherein the clamping claw supporting legs are arranged on two sides of a remote control trolley; the trolley is placed on the top of the kerbstone, the supporting leg bag is made to grab the kerbstone, the valve of the guide pipe is opened, the trolley is remotely operated to move forwards along the kerbstone and then move backwards along the original path, and then the valve of the guide pipe is closed, so that the coating of the viscous layer oil on the kerbstone can be completed.

Background
In the process of road construction, the kerbstone needs to be coated with the adhesive oil within a certain range so as to ensure firm bonding between the asphalt concrete and the kerbstone, and the road with the dividing strip is designed, so that the kerbstone is large in quantity and long in continuous meter number, the adhesive oil needs to be coated on the kerbstone before the asphalt concrete is paved every time, and the workload is large.

s7, an operator takes down the remote control trolley 8 and places the remote control trolley on the top of the next adjacent kerbstone;

Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following main advantages:
1. the grabbing support legs are arranged on the two sides of the remote control trolley and matched with the rollers and the springs, so that the remote control trolley can stably run on the upper surface of the curbstone;

4. the foldable support supports the material guide pipe and the brush head, so that the position of the brush relative to the remote control trolley can be kept fixed, the brushing position of the brush is stable, and the curbstone is not easily polluted;

Specifically, grabbing supporting legs 9 are mounted on two sides of the remote control trolley 8, and idler wheels 10 are arranged at the end parts of the grabbing supporting legs 9 and are in contact with the side faces of the curbstones 1;
the top of the remote control trolley 8 is provided with a hopper 7 for filling adhesive layer oil, the side part of the hopper 7 is connected with a sponge containing box 4 through a material guide pipe 5, the end part of the sponge containing box 4 is provided with a brush 3 with adjustable brushing width, and the sponge containing box 4 is filled with sponge to be contacted with the brush 3;
the side part of the remote control trolley 8 is provided with a folding support 12 with an adjustable folding angle, and the folding support 12 is used for supporting and fixing the material guide pipe 5, so that the position of the brush 3 is opposite to the area to be painted 2.
Further, the hopper 7 is of a sealing structure, a feed port and a one-way air inlet valve are arranged at the top of the hopper, and a feed port sealing cover is arranged at the feed port; and the middle part of the material guide pipe 5 is provided with a flow regulating valve 6 for regulating the flow of the viscous layer oil in the material guide pipe 5.
Furthermore, the holding support legs 9 are hinged to two sides of the remote control trolley 8 through self-tapping screws, and the distance between the end parts of the holding support legs 9 and the remote control trolley 8 is adjustable; meanwhile, the middle of the holding and grabbing supporting leg 9 is connected with the remote control trolley 8 through a spring 11, and the spring 11 is used for providing a pulling force from the holding and grabbing supporting leg 9 to the remote control trolley 8, so that the roller 10 is tightly attached to the side face of the kerbstone 1.
Furthermore, the hopper 7 is fixed on the top of the remote control trolley 8 through bolt connection; one end of the material guide pipe 5 is fixed with the hopper 7 through a hoop, and the other end of the material guide pipe is fixed with the sponge containing box 4 through the hoop; one end of the folding bracket 12 is welded on the side part of the remote control trolley 8.
2. Construction method for coating adhesive layer oil on curbstone
Based on the same inventive concept, the embodiment of the application also provides a construction method for brushing the adhesive layer oil on the curbstone, which is based on the device and shown in fig. 2, and specifically comprises the following steps:
s1, injecting viscous layer oil into a hopper 7 at the top of a remote control trolley 8, and screwing a sealing cover of a feeding hole;
s2, placing the remote control trolley 8 at one end of the top of the kerbstone 1, and opening the grabbing supporting legs 9 at the two sides, so that the grabbing supporting legs 9 at the two sides of the remote control trolley 8 clamp the kerbstone 1 through the rollers 10;
s3, adjusting the width of the brush 3 to be matched with the thickness of the asphalt concrete to be paved;
s4, adjusting the folding angle of the folding support 12 to enable the brush 3 to be opposite to and tightly attached to the area 2 to be painted on the side face of the kerbstone 1;
s5, opening a flow regulating valve 6 in the middle of the material guide pipe 5 to enable the sticky layer oil to permeate the hairbrush 3, and starting the remote control trolley 8 to move forward along the upper surface of the kerbstone 1 at a constant speed;
s6, after the remote control trolley 8 advances from one end of the top of the kerbstone 1 to the other end of the top of the kerbstone 1, controlling the remote control trolley 8 to return along the original path of the upper surface of the kerbstone 1, and then closing the flow regulating valve 6;
s7, an operator takes down the remote control trolley 8 and places the remote control trolley on the top of the next adjacent kerbstone;
and S8, repeating the steps S2-S7 until all the clay coating oil painting work of the curbstones is finished.
In summary, the device for brushing the coating oil on the curbstone and the construction method are adopted:
1. the grabbing legs are arranged on the two sides of the remote control trolley and matched with the roller and the spring, so that the remote control trolley can stably run on the upper surface of the curb stone;
