Background
The highway construction difficulty in the plateau area is high due to the reasons of severe natural environment, low temperature, high wind speed, changeable climate, low ground surface temperature, long distance and the like in the plateau area. If the road surface seeps water, the adverse effect can be caused to the basic unit, the cushion layer frost heaving phenomenon even the basic unit cracks, the road surface is damaged, and therefore the waterproof coiled material needs to be paved on the basic unit. The waterproof coiled material is a flexible building material which can be curled into a roll shape and is mainly used for building walls, roofs, tunnels, highways and the like to resist external rainwater and underground water leakage, and can ensure that no leakage exists between an engineering foundation and a building.
At present, most of waterproof coiled materials are paved by adopting a manual paving mode, workers need to firstly paint a base course treating agent on a base course of a road, then pave a coiled waterproof coiled material on a road surface coated with the base course treating agent, and then compact the paved waterproof coiled material.
In view of the above-mentioned related art, the inventor believes that the defect of high labor intensity in the waterproofing process exists.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to reduce the labor intensity of workers in the waterproof construction process, the application provides plateau asphalt highway waterproof construction equipment and a plateau asphalt highway waterproof construction method.

and S3, continuously pulling one end of the base for a distance, and paving the waterproof coiled material on the next section of road until the waterproof coiled material is paved.

Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the compacting mechanism 3 includes a supporting plate 32, a compacting plate 33 and two compacting cylinders 31, two mounting rods 17 are welded on the end surface of one end of the base 1 away from the pulling handle 11, the two compacting cylinders 31 are fixedly mounted on the two mounting rods 17 in a one-to-one correspondence manner, piston rods of the compacting cylinders 31 penetrate through the mounting rods 17 and extend to the lower side of the base 1, the supporting plate 32 is located below the compacting cylinders 31 and is fixedly connected with the piston rods of the compacting cylinders 31, the length direction of the supporting plate 32 is consistent with the width direction of the base 1, a sliding groove is formed in the bottom surface of the supporting plate 32, a sliding block 3311 is welded on the top of the compacting plate 33, and the sliding block 3311 is connected to the bottom surface of the supporting plate 32 in a sliding manner along the length direction of the sliding groove.

One side of the second support plate 332 far away from the first support plate 331 is provided with a conical block 3321, the width of one end, close to the second support plate 332, of the conical block 3321 is larger than the width of one end, far away from the second support plate 332, of the conical block 3321, and the bottom of the conical block 3321 is provided with an arc-shaped chamfer so as to reduce the friction coefficient between the conical block 3321 and the waterproof coiled material and enable the compaction process to be smoother. Starting compaction cylinder 31, compaction cylinder 31's piston rod drives backup pad 32 downstream, and the in-process that backup pad 32 removed can drive compaction board 33 promptly and remove to with ground looks butt, slides compaction board 33 along the length direction of backup pad 32 this moment, can flatten the waterproofing membrane who accomplishes promptly to paving to improve the planarization after waterproofing membrane paves.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the supply mechanism 4 includes a material storage tank 41, a material discharge pipe 42 is installed at the bottom of the material storage tank 41, the material discharge pipe 42 is communicated with the material storage tank 41, the width of the material discharge pipe 42 is smaller than the width of the material storage tank 41, and a plugging member 43 for plugging an opening at the top end of the material discharge pipe 42 is installed in the material storage tank 41. When the base course treating agent in the material storage tank 41 needs to be supplied to the road surface, the plugging piece 43 is opened to enable the discharge pipe 42 and the material storage tank 41 to be in a communication state, and at the moment, the material can flow out of the discharge pipe 42 to the road surface; when the feeding process is completed, the discharge pipe 42 is plugged by the plug 43, i.e. material cannot flow into the discharge pipe 42.
Referring to fig. 1 and 6, the refining mechanism 5 includes refining plate 51, the top welding of refining plate 51 has T-shaped block 511, the T-shaped groove has been seted up along self width direction in the bottom of base 1, T-shaped block 511 sliding connection is at the T-shaped inslot, the bottom fixedly connected with pressure spring 512 of refining plate 51, the one end welding that refining plate 51 was kept away from to pressure spring 512 has mounting bracket 513, refining roller 52 is installed to the bottom of mounting bracket 513, the length direction of refining roller 52 is unanimous with the length direction of base 1. The leveling plate 51 is driven in the width direction of the base 1, that is, the leveling plate 51 can drive the leveling roller 52 to roll on the road surface, thereby leveling the base layer treating agent supplied from the supply mechanism 4 on the road surface.
Referring to fig. 7, a driving mechanism 6 for driving the compacting plate 33 and the refining plate 51 to move simultaneously is installed on the base 1, the driving mechanism 6 includes a driving motor 61, a first fixing frame 12 is welded on one side of the base 1, the driving motor 61 is fixedly installed on the first fixing frame 12, a driving shaft 62 is connected on an output shaft of the driving motor 61 coaxially, a second fixing frame 13 for fixing the position of the driving shaft 62 is welded on the base 1, the driving shaft 62 is rotatably installed on the second fixing frame 13, a first driving lead screw 14 and a second driving lead screw 15 are rotatably installed at the bottom of the base 1, the compacting plate 33 is sleeved on the first driving lead screw 14 and is in threaded fit with the first driving lead screw 14, the refining plate 51 is sleeved on the second driving lead screw 15 and is in threaded fit with the second driving lead screw 15, a first driving bevel gear 63 and a second driving bevel gear 64 are connected on the driving shaft 62 coaxially, a first driven bevel gear 141 meshed with the first driving bevel gear 63 is welded on the first driving lead screw 14, and a second driven bevel gear 151 meshed with the second driving bevel gear 64 is welded on the second driving lead screw 15.
The driving motor 61 is started, an output shaft of the driving motor 61 drives the driving shaft 62 to rotate, the driving shaft 62 drives the first driving bevel gear 63 and the second driving bevel gear 64 to synchronously rotate in the rotating process, the first driving bevel gear 63 is meshed with the first driving bevel gear 63, the first driven bevel gear 141 drives the first driving screw 14 to rotate, the compacting plate 33 is driven to move along the width direction of the base 1, and the paved waterproof coiled material is compacted; the second driven bevel gear 151 engaged with the second driving bevel gear 64 drives the second driving screw 15 to rotate, so as to drive the material homogenizing plate 51 to move along the width direction of the base 1, and homogenize the base course treating agent on the road surface.
Referring to fig. 5 and 8, a stirring shaft 411 is rotatably installed in the storage tank 41, a length direction of the stirring shaft 411 is consistent with a length direction of the unwinding roller 22, one end of the stirring shaft 411 extends to the outside of the storage tank 41, one end of the stirring shaft 411 located outside the storage tank 41 is coaxially connected with a first chain wheel 412, a second chain wheel 231 is coaxially connected to the rotating shaft 23, and a chain 413 is wound between the first chain wheel 412 and the second chain wheel 231. Unreel the roller 22 and drive the in-process that the pivot 23 took place to change right, and second sprocket 231 drives first sprocket 412 through chain 413 and takes place to rotate, and first sprocket 412 pivoted in-process can make (mixing) shaft 411 take place to rotate promptly to the basic unit's processing agent in the storage case 41 stirs, thereby has avoided basic unit's processing agent to take place to condense to a certain extent.

Under the condition of no tension force, the tension spring 434 is in a compressed state, the connecting plate 433 drives the connecting rod 432 to move downwards under the action of the elasticity of the tension spring 434, and the plugging plate 431 positioned at the bottom end of the connecting rod 432 can plug the inlet end of the discharge pipe 42, so that the base layer treating agent cannot flow out of the storage tank 41 through the discharge pipe 42; when need supply basic unit's processing agent to the road surface, upwards stimulate connecting plate 433, can drive shutoff board 431 rebound through connecting rod 432 when connecting plate 433 removes promptly to make basic unit's processing agent can be carried to the road surface on through discharging pipe 42.
