Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型沉香硅胶制品组合物、组合物及硅胶制品的制备方法,其由固态硅胶混炼胶或液态硅胶A和液态硅胶B、以及铂金催化剂、沉香粉、檀香粉、丁香粉、木香粉组成。本发明的配方合理,制备方便,利用了天然沉香粉的颜色替代了传统的硅胶色母(化工原料),相比传统的制作工艺,本发明更环保、健康,具有一定的杀菌效果,并且具有独特的沉香芳香气味,可以发扬传统文化。此外,本发明还加入了少量的檀香粉、丁香粉和木香粉,能够与沉香粉相结合使产品的芳香气味更加浓郁,并且檀香粉、丁香粉和木香粉分别具有各自的中药功效和作用。

本发明涉及硅胶制品技术领域,更具体地说,是涉及一种新型沉香硅胶制品组合物、组合物及硅胶制品的制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市场的硅胶制品几乎都是由硅胶为主体,再加上催化剂及传统的硅胶色母而制成,但是硅胶色母是一种化工颜料,不够健康和环保,并且不具有杀菌的特性及沉香的香气。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供一种新型沉香硅胶制品组合物、组合物及硅胶制品的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明的第一方面提供了一种新型沉香硅胶制品组合物,包括以下按质量份数计的原料:
固态硅胶混炼胶95~110份、铂金催化剂1~1.5份、沉香粉0.3~0.7份、檀香粉0.2~0.4份、丁香粉0.1~0.15份、木香粉0.1~0.15份。
作为优选的,该组合物进一步包括以下按质量份数计的原料:
固态硅胶混炼胶100份、铂金催化剂1.2份、沉香粉0.5份、檀香粉0.3份、丁香粉0.1份、木香粉0.1份。
本发明的第二方面提供了一种新型沉香硅胶制品组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将95~110份固态硅胶混炼胶在炼胶机混炼均匀,增加塑性;
(2)在步骤(1)中加入0.3~0.7份沉香粉、0.2~0.4份檀香粉、0.1~0.15份丁香粉、0.1~0.15份木香粉、以及1~1.5份铂金催化剂一起混炼均匀,得到沉香硅胶制品组合物。
本发明的第三方面提供了一种新型沉香硅胶制品的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将95~110份固态硅胶混炼胶在炼胶机混炼均匀,增加塑性;

(4)将步骤(3)的裁片放入到加温至100~130摄氏度的模具中,恒温恒压达到预设的时间后(不同产品,压力和时间均有不同)从模腔中取出,制得沉香硅胶制品。

液态硅胶A 45~55份、液态硅胶B 45~55份、铂金催化剂1~1.5份、沉香粉0.3~0.7份、檀香粉0.2~0.4份、丁香粉0.1~0.15份、木香粉0.1~0.15份。
作为优选的,该组合物进一步包括以下按质量份数计的原料:

(2)将步骤(1)中的混合物和剩余的45~55份液态硅胶B或45~55份液态硅胶A同时射入到加温至100~130摄氏度的模具中,恒温恒压达到预设的时间后(不同产品,压力和时间均有不同)从模腔中取出,制得沉香硅胶制品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
