When the elevation angle of the rolling cutter 6 is adjusted, the components for adjusting the height of the first adjusting seat 3 and the components for adjusting the horizontal distance between the rolling cutter 6 and the bottle mouth are not involved, so that the horizontal distance between the rolling cutter 6 and the bottle mouth can be independently adjusted, and the adjustment result is more accurate.
The terms "vertical" and "horizontal" also encompass embodiments that run slightly off this direction.

1. A rolling cutter assembly characterized by: comprises a mounting seat (1), a connecting rod (2), a first adjusting seat (3), a first rotating shaft (4), a second adjusting seat (5) and a rolling cutter (6) which are connected in sequence, the upper end of the connecting rod (2) is detachably connected with the mounting seat (1), the lower end of the connecting rod (2) is connected with a first adjusting seat (3) through a first adjusting piece (7), one side of the first adjusting seat (3) is connected with one side of the second adjusting seat (5) through a first rotating shaft (4), a first positioning piece (8) is arranged on the first rotating shaft (4), an elastic piece (9), a second rotating shaft (10) and an adjusting lever (11) are arranged in the second adjusting seat (5), the adjusting lever (11) is connected with the second adjusting seat (5) through a second rotating shaft (10), one end of the adjusting lever (11) is positioned outside the second adjusting seat (5) and is connected with the rolling cutter (6), a second adjusting piece (12) is arranged between the second rotating shaft (10) and the rolling cutter (6), the second adjusting piece (12) is connected with the adjusting lever (11) and the second adjusting seat (5), and is arranged along the axial direction which is vertical to the second rotating shaft (12), and an elastic part (9) is arranged between the other end of the adjusting lever (11) and the inner wall of the second adjusting seat (5).

The rolling cutter assembly according to claim 1, wherein a first positioning groove (13) is formed in the mounting seat (1), one end of the connecting rod (2) is fixed in the first positioning groove (13) through a second positioning part (14), the first positioning groove (13) comprises a first positioning portion (15), a first longitudinal mounting portion (16) and a second positioning portion (17), a first boss (18) and a second positioning groove (19) are formed in the connecting rod (2), the second positioning part (14) comprises a lapping portion (20) and a locking portion (21), one end of the connecting rod (2) penetrates through the first longitudinal mounting portion (16) to enable the first boss (18) to be clamped in the first positioning portion (15), the second positioning part (14) penetrates through the second positioning portion (17) to enable the lapping portion (20) to be clamped in the second positioning groove (19), and the locking portion (21) is locked with the second positioning portion (17).

The guillotine assembly according to claim 1, wherein a third positioning slot (23) is provided in the first adjustment seat (3), a connection hole (24) is provided inside a lower end of the connection rod (2), the first adjustment member (7) is detachably connected to the connection hole (24), the first adjustment seat (3) moves up and down relative to the connection rod (2) by adjusting a distance between the first adjustment member (7) and the connection hole (24), a second boss (22) is provided on a side portion of the connection rod (2), the third positioning slot (23) includes a second longitudinal mounting portion (25), a longitudinal positioning portion (26), and a transverse positioning portion (27), a lower end of the connection rod (2) is inserted into the second longitudinal mounting portion (25), the second boss (22) is matched with the longitudinal positioning portion (26), and the third positioning portion (28) passes through the transverse positioning portion (27) and abuts against a side portion of the connection rod (2) and locks the transverse positioning portion (27).

The guillotine assembly according to claim 1, wherein a first hinge arm (33) is provided on one side of the first adjustment seat (3), a pair of second hinge arms (34) is provided on the side of the second adjustment seat (5) abutting against the first adjustment seat (3), the first hinge arm (33) is clamped between the pair of second hinge arms (34), each hinge arm is provided with a through hole (35) for mutual abutment, the first rotation shaft (4) passes through the through holes (28) of the first hinge arm (26) and the second hinge arm (27) to hinge the first adjustment seat (3) and the second adjustment seat (5), a third positioning portion (36) is provided on the side of either hinge arm, the first positioning member (8) passes through the third positioning portion (36) to abut against one side of the first rotation shaft (4) and is locked to the hinge arm, a circular arc positioning block (37) is provided on the upper portion of the second hinge arm (34) located above, a fixed seat (38) is provided on the first adjustment seat (3) corresponding to the circular arc positioning block (37), two fixed seats (38) pass through four fixed seats (39) and are provided on the four fixed seats (39) to abut against two fixed seats (39).
