a fourth spring (222) is fixedly sleeved on the annular side of the limiting rod (209); one end of the fourth spring (222) is fixedly connected with the positioning plate (208); the other end of the fourth spring (222) is fixedly connected with the first sliding block (205);
the first sliding block (205) is provided with a through groove (210) for the horizontal guide plate (204) to movably pass through; the first sliding block (205) is provided with a through hole (211); a plurality of limiting holes (212) are formed in the horizontal guide plate (204) side by side; the limiting rod (209) movably penetrates through the through hole (211) to be in plug-in fit with the limiting hole (212).

An exercise care device for preventing deep vein thrombosis after hip and knee arthroplasty as in claim 1 wherein: a vertical positioning plate (215) is arranged in the middle of the upper surface of the horizontal guide plate (204); a plurality of second springs (217) are arranged between the hip knee joint movable push plate (216) and the vertical positioning plate (215); a third spring (218) is arranged between the foot pedal (206) and the vertical positioning plate (215).

An exercise care device for preventing deep vein thrombosis after hip and knee arthroplasty as in claim 1 wherein: the foot pedal (206) is provided with a shoe type limit groove (219); a plurality of bolts (220) are arranged on two sides of the pedal plate (206); the top of the vertical guide rod (201) is provided with a first baffle plate (221).

An exercise care device for preventing deep vein thrombosis after hip and knee arthroplasty as in claim 1 wherein: the lifting seat mechanism (3) comprises a vertical guide plate (301), a vertical screw rod (303) and a motor (308); the bottom of the vertical guide plate (301) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate (1); a second baffle plate (302) is arranged at the top of the vertical guide plate (301); the bottom of the vertical screw rod (303) is rotatably arranged on the upper surface of the bottom plate (1); the top of the vertical screw rod (303) is rotatably arranged on the lower surface of the second baffle plate (302);
a lifting plate (304) is slidably arranged on the vertical guide plate (301); the lifting plate (304) is provided with a screw rod screw hole; the vertical screw rod (303) is meshed with a screw rod screw hole on the lifting plate (304); the vertical screw rod (303) drives the lifting plate (304) to lift on the vertical guide plate (301);
one side of the lifting plate (304) is fixedly connected with a seat plate (305); a back board (306) is arranged on one side of the upper surface of the seat board (305); the lower surface of the seat plate (305) is provided with a plurality of telescopic rods (307); the lower end of the telescopic rod (307) is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the bottom plate (1).
